This is definitely one of the most crowded Pilots I’ve been too, they are under construction though so I can understand. For the most part it’s everything you’d expect from a Pilot. Overall not too dirty and staff members were friendly. I’d recommend stopping here if needed.

Nasty and new employees are rude. There is always either truckers or people who live in their cars washing themselves in the bathroom sinks. Coffee here sucks. Go to circle K

This place is finally getting together. Showers up and running no wait because there’s like ten spots for truck parking. Laundry machines but the drier wasn’t working. An employee was nice and let me use the drier they use for towels. Even though I give this place 5 stars I have it saved as “Pilot from hell” because the set up is so small for drivers. It’s not their fault though. Guys on trucker path are always concerned if there’s beer or not so, yes there’s beer lol

Nice place to get a shower when in the road even if you are not a trucker. Esha was friendly and informational when we call for more information and she was a delight in person. The shower were clean, spacious and private(they also provide you with a clean towel). Highly recommend this place for on the road showers and gas plus there's a big and clean rest stop 2 mins away from here.

If you are expecting to pull in here and grab a hot shower after a long days run, don't. Apparently there was some construction a while back and even though it has obviously been completed they have not reopened the showers. Just another reason why I dislike the Pilot Flying J brand. There are always issues, low quality establishments among other things.

Truck drivers beware. This place is terrible. Fuel islands are always backed up, or not working. The scale is in the back next two probably the worst parking I've ever seen at a Pilot (Very small very tight). It's a nightmare if you have to weigh and re-weigh your truck cause there's nowhere you can park to just grab your ticket quick without either blocking the parking lot or blocking a fuel lane. This place is honestly a last resort stop. Only stop here if you absolutely have to, otherwise go somewhere else.

Been coming there for almost a year they have Dunkin Donut coffee in there to sell but I go in around 9 they didn't have any coffee an was acking like they was wanting for me to Lev to make more I had to say something to them first they said it was Brewing but she had liever open to drain the cashiers kept looking at me an smile then I knew they were playing around I'm sure dunkin didn't put there coffee in for them to pick a choose who should get coffee gangstalkers this is Wat happens when I'm park out front first a pickup pulls up an park back the if trucks park blocking a spot for big truck fuel guy in red truck gets nasty wit attitude telling me to move so I move but picks up blocking the spot could parked so I park were the blue an then he pull tell to move again gangstalkers this was planned I park there haft a nite were the red truck is just about every Tuesday this never happens the.yellow is a rental so no name ,so this an the coffee the thing yea gangstalkers one? Why do so call BLACKS LOVE HELPING PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEM?????!!!!!!! These two were Wight but the people in blacks

Incompetent management at this location. Trying to make a simple charge in here had me being charged more than I was supposed to and other management could not do anything so I had to wait a week to get it fixed because the general manager was not in. Assistant manager didn’t even try to help, just passed the ball. Next time I need fuel, I will try another location

Clean bathroom, clean showers. The store personnel is friendly, Arby's is OK and clean. Small parking though and no laundry this is why I gave a four star. Also to my surprise the parking lot and fuel isle was exceptionally clean.

Nice friendly staff, tight parking but can be done with some skills. I love small truck stops because they are very peaceful. My dog had a ball running around in the open space. It was a great night with the stars out and clear skies. Showers are of question but can deal with. Overall.... nice place to relax for the night.

Nice, but it's a very small pilot, not a lot of room for trucks. But gasoline was 30 cents higher than every other gas station in town.

Very nice place to stop if your on a trip with the family or just need to stop in for a drink. The bathrooms were very clean and well kept. What also had me surprised was how it didn't seem like a truck stop but it was. Overall I give it four stars would have gotten five but I wasn't greeted by the staff or even asked if I needed help when I was looking for sunflower seeds and I went up and down two isle three times and one employees was watching me. Good place tho Che k it out if your near by

Right there with you Marty Dudek! The 2 gals working were pleasant. However, a $2 bag of chips rings up at $2.19. Two shelves of $2 $2 $2 across in red AND the receipt even says $2 bag in description, but rings higher! Girl gives me a deer in the headlight look about the issue. Nothing to say except "that's the price" & when pressed "it's the tax." Manager isn't much more with it. But she does check the shelf, but comes back with a different bag of chips that shows $2.19 as if that explains all! I know it's only 38¢ (bought 2), but I tell her it's illegal to advertise & charge differently. So she proceeded to take the $2 strip off. I say that's fine by me for future purchases but not for this one. She still does nothing till as I'm walking out I state I'll be contacting Pilot about this illegal activity. To her credit, she then asks me to wait while she refunds the extra.Ultra small lot for semi's too. I'll avoid this place if possible.

I'm not a driver, but I was in definite need of a shower early this morning. I was welcomed and happy to find a clean, warm, powerful shower to use. Also towels provided. The store had a decently stocked clothing selection.If you're in need of a shower after being on the road, no need for fancy stuff.Pilot truck stop is ready for you.

Unfriendly cashiers, all of them, pumps for 18 wheelers half not working or not working at all. Thanks for letting customers know....it's so easy to back out an 18 wheelers.

The experience here was overall pretty bad. Small parking, thankfully we were able to squeeze in the last spot. We went in to stretch our legs and look around, we saw the lottery machine so we wanted to get some tickets, will exchanging a $20 for smaller bills a "thin blue line" truck pulled up outside the window and we complimented it to ourselves, the lady handing us the cash snickered at us. We continued being nice to her the rest of the time. Then we went to the lottery machine and another worker out of no where gets super close to us saying it's not going to work and waves his hand under the scanner for ID'S. I said oh its okay I'm just gonna see if the light will come on if I bring my ID close, like in case it's sensitive to bar codes or something. He got so snotty and said it's not going to work. I said well I tried it anyways, mind your business or put a sign on it saying it's not working? So rude here. 😒

This location is great for a quick stop instead of going to the rest stop on the other side of the road. There is a fast food restaurant there if you want hot food. The store area has plenty to choose from with personable staff. The restrooms are clean and supplies are kept up with.

99% of the time that I stop by, which is daily, no creamer for the coffee or its sour ,out of date.Drivers want coffee for the road, come on Pilot ,you need to up your game. Get better employees, and quit running the good ones off !!!

Always clean inside the store and the restrooms. But, if you go in at night, the back parking lot is always packed and generally people are blocking the only while lot where you can't drive at all. It's not unusual to have to back off the Cat scale and out of the lot because you can't make the turn. Staff should do something about this. Many times I just pass up this stop because of that. I'm positive I'm not the only one.

I absolutely love this place. I stop here on my way too and from going to RDU Raleigh from Jacksonville NC. Always clean restrooms, extremely nice staff and clean food/beverage bar. Truckers can save 10 cents a gallon using cash for diesel. Always filled window wash buckets. Completely safe place for women to shop at even at 2am.

Hardees inside the stop. Always fresh and hot food. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my onion rings to cool down enough to eat. Portions are Excellent. I can hardly wait for this time of year when they put out their fish sandwich. It beats any other hands down and 2 for $5 is a GREAT deal!!!! I only wish it was served year round.

Parking lot sucks! Extremely hard to get parked and even pull out of your parking spot. Oversize loads, I highly recommend bypassing this place! Driver beside me had to back up so I could get out and even then it was still tight. Has Arby's and it was a decent one. They have showers but I did not use them and they have cat scale.

It's was a nice place and prices were decent. And if you gotta stop somewhere might as well check it out. May offer some food cold drinks all in all OK place. What I like about it is close to the highway. I also like the fact that I can pull and pull out usually not a lot of traffic big open ways for in-and-out. Plenty of pumps don't have to worry about who'a where. Nice gas station

They have a surprisingly large selection; from snack foods to rice, toothpaste to condoms, if you forgot to pack something you can probably find it here. I found a specific ready to eat lunch thing I'd only seen once before (in a travel stop vending machine) which absolutely made my night! The night time staff was incredibly friendly as well. Couldn't recommend this place enough if you're traveling through the area!
