This by far one of the worst DG I've seen. I travel to the next town to shop at DG. I truly hate having to go in when i have to. (FAMILY DOLLAR's is currently closed. I usually go there when closed to home) Today i had to go in. This store is extremely Unorganized and product is never put out. No guidance or leadership. Cashier had on flip flops and she dragged her feet and manager cared less that product was not in proper place or properly priced. Repeated what cashier said "Not our responsibility to change the lables. They have someone to do that" and left out store and drove away. One thing about it neither would be there if i was in corporate.

I go here only if I can't get to the one in Faison. The employees have always been nice and helpful. It is cluttered but all of the stores I've been in are. They don't have enough help to put things out. This store does have some things the others don't. But I've been pleased when I leave.

The store can definitely use some more management. Most Staff can definitely benefit from some customer service training. But overall it isn't a bad store and has had some minor improvement over the past 2 years.

Today makes 3 days that I've been at this DG in Warsaw and they are not open at 8:00 am how they have listed. Today currently is 8:10 am and they are NOT OPEN! Last 2 times they were open 5 minutes late and one of those times the girl working rolled up late she was not in the store yet!Let's not talk about the mess they have inside. They can NEVER clean up and put away anything. It's like a maze inside. I only come here because they have a specific item they sell and I dont want to drive 25 miles to buy it. They need to get it together.

Well..when you are looking for household cleaning wipes and you find none..as well as other cleaning items...then to see the cashier pull 3 tubes of Clorax wipes and other cleaning items from under the check out counter she was holding for the man behind me...that is wrong. No it wasn't ordered online...he was paying for it as I was leaving the store. I had just come back to the store because it was finally clean...it had been nasty for years since the manager was killed in a wreck.

I only shop in this particular store if I absolutely have to. The store is always very cluttered! I feel so sorry for the employees that have to work in very uncomfortable conditions! FIX THE AIR CONDITIONER!!! I must say, most employees are still very pleasant and helpful. This store REALLY needs a makeover and someone with managerial skills who can attract and KEEP great employees! I hate to be so blunt but I live about the same distance from both the Warsaw store and the Kenansville store...so it doesn't matter to me...but the Kenansville store usually gets my business!

Not the most organized store I have ever seen but seems pretty well stocked and the staff is nice. Very visible location and decent parking and at least one nice customer who saw me drop some money and let me know...only a couple bucks but still nice... straight easy drive from the freeway if just passing through town...

The staff always have a smile and friendly conversation. Real down to earth people. I laugh and joke with the employees every time i shop here. Especially the small framed white guy, he is hilarious.

This store is always cluttered! The employees aren't always rude, but there have been times I've wondered if they really need a job! It's a good thing I'm not the manager....

This store needs to be cleaned and restocked everything is out of place and stocks still in the boxes in the middle of the floor. It looks like a hurricane went through there I thought it was a one time thing so I went back today nope this must be there norm
