This Food Lion knocks it out of the park! My go to. Clean, Well Stocked, Some of the most helpful staff on the planet. Don't see it, they will gladly go to the back and see if it is in stock. A rare gem in the world of Grocery Stores. Thanks to all there who make this location a standout!

In and out. Found everything I went to get. Check out was easy and fast and great young lady was our cashier #0129. Very sweet and friendly. She was a pleasure and delightful and talked to my 5 year old son. She smiled and has impeccable customer service skills. Very impressed. Nice, edge of country grocery store. Typical products, for the most part reasonably priced and not to crowed (this i really like). Service is standard, quick checking out most times. Only complaints was one lady was rough with the food but I avoid her line but I do not believe she works there any longer. This is my go to grocery store for Walnut Cove.

Pretty good, I'd say! They have quite a bit of natural items, just at higher prices than Walmart. I like how a lot of their veggies are grown locally as well. Good service, and all workers are very friendly. =)

I like this Food Lion. It's in a nice little & quiet town, the people are friendly. I like shopping here because it has certain groceries that are my favorite Go-to snacks, unlike any other Food Lion. It also has Lindy's Icees of every flavor that you have or have not seen or tried and they always have pretty good deals, prices, buy one get one on there products. And as long as you use your MVP card you're going to come out on the good side average to maybe cheaper than other places. The staff they have working there work together as a team, they're always friendly and helpful. The store is always very neat and clean I get in I get what I need also more than I need and I get out in less time then expected usually.

I love all the sales and deals but when we were checking out the cashier was very rude. I had 2 kids and a huge buggie full of groceries and they didn't even offer to help us out to the car. I used to love this food lion but it's been like this our past 2 trips as well. So think I'll be using a different store from now on.

Food Lion was clean its shelves were packed prices good here. Much better that their Wilmington store which I shopped for 5-6 weeks. Service was with a smile and fast the lines were short or nonexistent.

I like it. They carry the Star brand of Brunswick stew I love. Like that they put frozen and refrigerated foods in blue bags to differentiate. They have more variety on many items. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean , well maintained and friendly staffs. Produce were fresh if you are camping near hanging rock state park , this is the store to go for most of your needs.

Great selection and small town feel. I always choose Food Lion over Walmart when I can. They're not forcing people to wear masks either, which during this time is a welcome relief.

This Food Lion is excellent. The one I used to go to where I came from I couldn't say the sane. Everyone here is more than willing to help and they carry the kind of water I have to drink. Thanks for helping me all the time. You are the best!

I usually like this store however today after putting in an order for a birthday cake for my son's birthday, which btw the one that written down the order didn't want to listen to my requests and didn't ask the questions of what kind of icing and colors which are extremely important! They didn't put his name on it like requested either until my husband went to pick it up and asked again for it to be put on the cake. I go pick up the cake and was pastel colors to go with a monster jam theme not the red, just a disappointing mess but the party was about to start in 30 minutes so had to take it anyways. The icing was that nasty white whipped icing that nobody likes so most of it will be thrown away unfortunately! A very nasty cake!! But I am most certain that I will never buy a cake and order from them again!! Very dissatisfied Food Lion in Walnut Cove. I will have to take my business elsewhere if you can't do a better job than that!!!

Great Place to shop but no one wears mask to stop the spread of Covid-19 . They must have no limit on how much toilet paper pyou can get. Glad we have Dollar General.

Stockers not rotating products on shelves. I pulled stuff from front and it had Nov.22 and pulled same product from back it had Dec 22. So now I really watch dates on all products
