Dropped off a package for FedEx pickup. It was lost for five days. Store employees couldn’t find it. I went to the store to find out what happened to it. It was still on the shelf and the person I spoke with said another employee put it in the wrong area. She apologized and said it would go out that day as they had found it. It did not. NEVER LEAVE A PACKAGE FOR FEDEX WITH THEM! Still trying to get my package sent!

Affordable merchandise, but it's usually very messy, and aisles are usually cluttered with crates of merchandise that has just arrived, and needs to be put on the shelf. A lot of the things that I usually go there for, are out of stock. Not very organized for a reputable store.

Most of the employees here are really nice but then there are few that are very unfriendly and not helpful at all!! The store is always a disaster there's always tons of boxes and crates and carts in the aisles blocking the way. I go out of my way to go to germanton to shop at Dollar General!!

Very nice employees! but to much clutter!! It is dangerous for my Mom to walk thru the store! She is on a cane after breaking her hip!!! And she loves this store!!!

Shopping at Dollar General in Walnut Cove was unpleasant. Store and merchandise very unorganized and scattered. Wish I had taken photo to attach showing disarray. Also, noticed cashier was not professional with customers when checking out.I regularly shop Dollar General stores in Stokesdale, NC and on Hwy 220 North in Madison, NC. Both these locations are excellent with inventory stocking, organization, management and customer service.I was surprised and shocked with Walnut Cove location.I will continue with Dollar General. However, unlikely continue to shop Walnut Cove location.Thank you for opportunity to respond to your customer satisfaction inquiry.

It's different. Definitely not cluttered. It was my first time being in this one and I enjoyed it very much. Of course I wished I had more money but all in due season.😊

The staff is very nice, but there are a lot of times what I need isn't there and takes a long time to restock. Need more help when there is so many boxes to unpack.

Didn't seem to have a large selection. Store was clean and organized. Only store fir miles so I guess you can't be too picky. Love DG!

This Dollar General has about everything you need me and my wife call it the little Walmart and is very close to our home so that is convenient we shop there I would say at least 6 days a week prices are good

Not enough room to get thru the aisles.Everything is messed up in the clothes section.Carts of products not put on shelfs.

Dirtiest, most cluttered DG I have ever shopped. Carts and boxes blocking aisles and shelves. Cashiers are too busy fraternizing to check out customers. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Great place to shop with great prices. The only negative feedback is the corporate office controls the temperature in the store. I have been in there and it was so hot I had to leave.
