My husband & I are both disabled & take a lot of meds. The folks in the Pharmacy at our Walgreens work very hard up against some really big problems like a national shortage of certain ingredients they need to produce particular medicines. People come to get their meds & they aren't ready, through no fault of the employees, but they are the ones taking the verbal beatings. It's not fair but when you're sick or hurting you just want to get your pills & go home to bed! Hopefully the shortages are soon over & folks will remember why they chose Walgreens in the first place!

I had the nicest pharmacy employee help me get the lowest price on my meds 12 minutes before closing tonight.As a recent Medicaid recipient under NC's expansion, she took her time, with empathy, to guide me through my transaction.Customer service like that is hard to find!

Just left Walgreens in Walkertown ,where I saw an item in the clearance for one price but It was actually a different price? None of the associates knew what the issue was. Nobody was willing to change the price for me for what it was labeled for? Just bad customer service!!! Do better Walgreens

Pharmacy area could be cleaned looks as it hasn't been cleaned in sometime you all are handling people's medication with dust flying everywhere paper in the floors it's not sanitary to be where they handle medical supplies

As of today, I am completely done with this pharmacy. I have been using this same pharmacy for over 5 years and it has went downhill. The pharmacy manager Alex is very unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t try to help customers resolve problems or help his pharmacy staff he just denies and turns customers away. I am completely disgusted with his behavior. The other pharmacy operations manager Chelsea was helpful and tried all she could to resolve the problem before Alex decided to interrupt her. This location needs new staff and better training!

I had a very good experience with the pharmacy sales clerk Terri and with the Pharmacist Mandy. Picking up a prescription for someone else isn't always easy and there was an issue with one of them. Even though the problem was actually with the doctors office ability to send the script, they were both very nice to me with all my questions. Hey sometimes you have to wait in line again when you step away to make a phone call. While I waited I watch their interactions with other customers and it was nothing but professional and it was super busy.

Went this morning at 8:30a the door was locked, so I go to exit the parking lot but I look through the window and see the manager dive behind the counter so I stop and look at her peek over the counter to see if I’m gone and then she proceeds to crawl away, yes this is a true story her name is Sylvia and then I call and she answers the phone out of breath and lies to me when I ask her why she was hiding and says it wasn’t her and then proceeds to tell me she’s the only person in the store and yes I have her on video maybe she needs to be trained again or maybe another JOB ELSEWHERE, yes corporate was contacted

I drive past this store twice a day for work,but I have all my prescriptions sent to Walgreens in rural hall because I'd rather drive out of my way than face the horrible customer service at this location. My prescription accidentally got sent here today so I called to see if it was ready. I've been on hold 32 mins now just to check and see if it's ready so while I sit here waiting on this pathetic customer service I decided to leave this review. I've never went in this store without a ridiculous wait and they act like they don't even care.

Worst service ever. Don't come here for anything. Go to CVS or any other pharmacy. If I could post a zero for a review, I would have. I had an appointment, the technician on duty, didn't know how to check me in. Cool, I understand that. Then she had me sit, so she can get help. Okay. Then, she continues to help other customers, more people come to check in for their appointment and then she gets help to check in those people. They get seen first and even though, I have an appointment, they go first... it's now an hour later and I'm still waiting. This is ridiculous.

the slowest walgreens i have ever been to. extremely disorganized. the pharmacist is going through ever box for a prescription because they aren't in the right spot. been here for 20 minutes with 2 people in front of me and i wait a minimum of 30 minutes every time im here. this place is a joke.

Walgreens has a bit of everything. Beauty products for everything from head to toe. Wonderful selection of sweet treats, snacks, drinks and wine. Everything from laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper and everything in between. Batterys and cards for any special day. So much more. They also have a great pharmacy. They also have diabetic supplies. Blood pressure cuffs, thermometers ect. Products for pain relief, allergies ect. You have to stop in some time. You would have never thought they would have so much of everything you need in a place you would call a drug store. It's Walgreens. Everyone is very friendly and so helpful.

Never before have I waited almost thirty minutes in drive through with one person in front of me. There is a difference between being short staffed and hiring those that are demonstrably incompetent.

I've had nothing but problems with walgreens. I've tried several different walgreesn and they're all about the same. I went to the walkertown location today to pick up a prescription. She told me I had 3, explained I needed one removed because I can no longer take it. I get home to realize that she removed the wrong one so now I have to drive back up there to get it all straightened out. During all of this, the girl didn't have the best of attitudes either. Not happy with the service I received today.

The drive thru continues to be very slow. Average wait 10 minutes.If the person at the drive thru needs more assistance other than simply picking up a prescription, pharmacy staff should have that person come in rather than holding up customers that have prescriptions that are already filled.Still very slow drive thru. 30 minutes….9/17/21

Was short on my antidepressants by two pills and had to get a refill. Before she even knew what I needed refilled, she went "MMMmm!" in an extremely rude tone as if she was suspicious of me. Don't treat your customers like pill heads.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a prescription called in on Tuesday 1/2 was available the other I told would be ready the next day by 12 ok fine I go back Wednesday not filled they said come back tomorrow which I did! When I get to the window the rudest WITCH ever told me they were short staffed. Trust me I get that but that DOES NOT give you the right to be rude EVER…Long story short DONT go here go to CVS

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Alyse, who was running the register, was argumentative and condescending rather than trying to correct a mistake. I spent over an hour waiting for the error to be corrected and rather than receiving any sort of apology, Alyse chose to argue and complain about how bad of a day she'd had and that they were too busy. At one point she threw my RX down and walked away. Complete lack of training or customer service skills. After many years of being a Walgreens customer, I won't be taking my business back to this store.

The crew at this pharmacy is top notch. 2912 Main St. Walkertown,NC The wife had her prescription lost in the system, they helped us find it and in what walgreens it was sent to. They did this while giving out flu and covid shots and waiting on a long line of customers, I know I was in that line. They were very, very helpful. Both the pharmacist and the techs. I don't know their names, but it was about 3 different people helping. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Absolutely horrible. Prescription dropped off, and over the following 5 days, unable to fill until I requested the prescription be returned. Emphasis on "it wasn't my fault." CVS down the street filled in under 30 min. Don't waste your time on this unprofessional and incompetent branch.

Extremely rude and unprofessional experience I had tonight. I tried to drop off a Fedex shipment from Rent The Runway, which I had previously done many times. The person at the register made me wait with no customers in the store and ended up not taking my FedEx shipment as they usually do. She didn’t try to help me out at all, she asked her manager and her manager sat in the back and answered from the store camera. I would suggest that Walgreens review their FedEx package policies.
