It was a very sad day for me. I had to say goodbye to my family dog. She has been apart of my life for 19yrs. When I tell you this team has the most kindest and thoughtful people. Let me have as much time as I needed. Very respectful of me and my feelings. I believe they felt my pain and was there for me even for emotional support. I will not forget the kindness they showed me that day. Also what I had found very convenient was there side door to where I could just slip out to my car once everything was finished so I wouldn’t be in front of others while I was going through such a rough time. After all of that weeks go by and I get a letter signed personally from all the employees and a few of my dogs foot prints on paper. Very sweet. Great people. 100% recommend.
