Employess are typically friendly.However, the red haired manager is insistent on selling out of date food.She knowingly puts out of date food on the clearance area. Things that went out of date in Aug.31 Were almost in October.Yes Brandi, its Taylor, I want my brownies. I've as a customer have pulled them off the shelf TWICE over being out of date and yet still YOU put them back at just 50% off.Stop being gross. You could seriously hurt someone. Thanks

I don't typically give bad reviews on businesses but this place has gotten to be stupid. They are consistently closing early with as someone previously mentioned hand written signs on the door stating this fact at anywhere between 3pm and closing at 10pm. What's the point of opening this Walkertown store if no one can never go in to shop? As others have said if you pay your employees accordingly turn over wouldn't be so bad and the business might make enough money to pay them. But you can't make any money if always closed. I am a regular customer here, and its getting to be seriouly irritating..... if these issues would be taken care of and addressed properly I will do a follow up review.

Handwritten note on the door that due to staff shortage they will not open until 12noon. Corporate you should adjust pay to attract higher quality employees and retain them. In addition adjust store hours and instead of such unprofessional handwritten notes whenever there is an issue. The store isn't open consistently.

This is a comparatively large store with good selection. The staff is always helpful. Biggest negative is that the floors are always dirty, with black, stains everywhere. I asked an employee about it and was told that they used to do deep cleaning to remove those stains, but have stopped doing that.

Walkertown NC store:Store closed 10 minutes early on Wednesday the day before thanksgiving. Girl who worked there refused to open the door! Bad customer service! You are going to be closed the next day, I’m sure family dollar corporate doesn’t appreciate you losing money! Do better. . .

Last week an associate stated the manger was going on vacation next week so if I needed to do a return I needed to bring it in before then. I go by today, there’s a sign saying temporary Saturday hours are 11p-7p. I thought a typo for sure except that at Noon, the store was still closed and no one answered the phone at 1245 either. Like really? So the manager is gone and no one wants to work?

Never had a more aggravating experience with a screaming & unreasonable staff, who made my honest & kind children cry, because they were gathering toys for me to buy for them, as I spoke on the phone outside of the shop for 5 mins. Garbage attitudes. Shop elsewhere
