If I could leave less than zero stars, I would. This store has no quality. It is constantly dirty. I have never seen anyone cleaning. The managers have a poor attitude, with staff and customers. They also choose to take their smoke breaks directly in front of the only entrance, disposing of the butts on the ground with plenty trash receplicles in site. I do not recommend visiting this dollar tree for any reason.

I love Dollar Tree! This location did not have what I was looking for (fall patterned plates that I'm searching all over to find) but I spent my time and money there as usual! The young lady running the register (Savannah?) was very pleasant and friendly to each of us that she interacted with. I still count the trip as a win!

Super values. I had an outstanding customer service experience there a year or so ago and am just discovering google reviews so I wanted to add my feedback now. I visited the store and the employee took ownership of my request, walked me all over the store happily explaining different items. She was so kind and friendly. She even made a few suggestions I loved and it resulted in my purchasing more items. I believe the employee may be the manager. I prefer coming to this location over all the others in the area.

On my many occasions to this Dollar Tree I have seen some rude comments & unnecessary actions with the one lady Betsy. If she does not want to run a register or assist when the line is backed up with 5 and more customers. Why is she there? Someone is not doing the correct management to let this continue. Store manager do your job & stop letting this be a repeat occurrence.

always a great experience. they offer the really GREAT values one on one as you come to checkout. I purchase a $40 led touch desk lamp for $1. I truly got a great value.

Found everything I was looking for, except for a cashier to pay for my merchandise! There were no lights on at any register to indicate which lane was open, and there were no employees in sight. After a few minutes of being confused and wondering around with a few other customers who were also wanting to check out, a gentleman finally showed up to ring us up. He was apperently having a bad day, and was in a foul mood, because he wasn't friendly or pleasant, did not smile, did not thank anyone, or apologize for the wait, and acted as if we were a bother that he had to stop what he was doing to ring us up!!! I think I'll drive all the way to Kernersville the next time I need something from the Dollar Tree!!

I think I'm going to take them to court.. I believe they spray something in their store to make you spend EVERY dollar in yo pocket!!😂 I love this Dollar Tree!! The people are always wonderful too😍

Rude customer service. Workers smoking directly in front of doors, had to walk through their cloud of smoke. Aisles messy and out of order. Young cashier was very polite and apologetic though. Felt sorry for her.

No helium at store but plenty of balloons. I must of stood there several minutes deciding on which ones I wanted. A lady that worked there was on a personal call walked toward me thought she was coming to help. Looked at me kept talking on the phone walked away. I went to another lady near register ask if she could help me with the balloons. Her response was " we dont have any helium'. Wow! At least put up a sign saying "No Helium" so people wont waste time looking and asking for help . I finally found Helium&Balloons at Lowes Foods half mile away.

Dollar General didn't have my 2 favorite items. This is the second time. And please please get some glitter jel pens. I think this is the only doller general that doesn't Carry GLITTER JEL PENS. THANK YOU SO MUCH 💞

Dollar tree is the only real dollar store. It's the best and consistent with the products they sell. Better than dollar general or dollar store
