You did it again. Wow.... APRIL 2024 over $200 outOf pocket. For a prescription that has active coupons that would make the out of pocket $30.Never ends! Definitely a wolf in sheep'sClothing! Right up until you made sure I had to pay as "YOU" decided!

Almost everyone that works in the pharmacy there except the Manager are Extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Had one female put her hand in my face and tell me to "hold on'.They are Definitely Not there to take care of anyone in a professional and respectful manner. They need to fire them all and start over. Worst CVS EVER!!!

Down here for a family issue the gentleman Brian took his time and got my scripts from $70 to $23, took his time looking for any discount was blown away by the service he provided even though I know they were busy...went above and beyond to help me would be great if everyone at cvs had cared about the patients like Brian...thanks so much

Thank you doctor and his staff for filling my prescription so fast while I had parked my tractor trailer on the side of the road.super courteous and helpful.

Very Bad costumer service today when I went through the drive thru. Today I went to go pick up my prescription before I went into work and also get some Zyrtec for my allergies with a very short period of time. The girl that was checking me out was very rude to me about it, and said that I would have to come inside and get it, when I told her i don’t have much time to do that and when I told her I would show her my ID she continued to argue with me. In my opinion CVS in walkertown need better trained and professional pharmacist.

I absolutely love CVS. I buy everything here. This may be a large retail chain but the pharmacy definitely gives you a local feel. The pharmacist always goes above and beyond to answer your questions. And I love how the team knows my son by first name. And he loves going there to get a lollipop from the pharmacy team.

I don't know why the pharmacy has a phone number listed. They never NEVER ! answer the phone. It is nothing more than a paper weight !!Jeremy,Michael,etc. all of the pharmacy workers are so nice & have great customer service like employees at chick-filet. I understand that they are busy with filling RX's or ringing customers up, but if CVS is not going to answer the phone they should have it taken out & they could save the cost of phone service.It is very inconvenient to drive up there ,but don't waste your time calling the pharmacy.Why would a customer receive $5.00 coupon that expires in a few days to buy something in the store that is priced 3 times over what you could buy the same product almost anywhere for one third of what CVS charges.I only shop at the pharmacy because the ins. company says to shop at CVS. I do like the staff at walkertown CVS pharmacy !!

The Store Manager, Gayle, was extremely rude when I returned a hair dryer that I got for Christmas without a receipt (it was a present and mine already works fine). You would think I was taking the money out of her pocket. She loudly yelled, “we are not giving you cash.” I visit this CVS all the time so I didn’t care if it was store credit. She is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Pharmacy is great.

First let me say the staff is very friendly and helpful.Ive never had a probelm.You have to vocalize your needs.They cannot read your mind.They are very hard working. They need two people on drive thru.One to give Covid test.And one for pic up or drop off. Recently Cars were literally going around corner.I wanted too say now that they are not testing as much.So they are back to one lane to pickup.Which is ridiculous during peak hours.The store and pharmacy manager need to look at this issue.The worst thing about CVS is trying to get a pharmacist on the phone .I waited one day 20 mins.Juat to see.After all the automated prior to a staff member is average of 10minutes wait time on phone to speak ro the pharmacist.

Very unpleasant experience at drive thru. CVS recording advised me to pick up meds at 5:55 PM. When I arrived the window clerk told me med wasn't available. Earlier call with pharmacist confirmed availability. What is going on ????

My experience trying to get a COVID Test and the results has been a total frustration and disappointment from beginning to end. 2 separate appt = total of +2hour wait time! Day 4 and I still don't have results!

The staff is friendly and moved to this CVS to get away from another... a definite improvement.I get frustrated when I’m told an order is ready and then I’m told it’s not quite finished yet and I have to wait.I get more frustrated that the pharmacist isn’t wearing his mask correctly and has the sniffles and a cough. I can disinfect the bottle, but not it’s contents.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Went in there to get personal lady items (and it’s still something I don’t like for others to see me do) and the woman comes up to me acting as if I am trying to steal. She proceeded to take pictures of me. Sorry I like to make sure I’m getting the best products.

Had a very odd and creepy experience with one of the workers here. As soon as we walked in, we were followed by a male employee to the back of the store where he asked us how he could help us. I asked if he had a certain product, and he pulled down his masked and asked if he looked like he knew if they carried that product. After trying to dismiss him multiple times by saying “Okay, that’s fine, thank you”, he wouldn’t walk away. Still following around and trying to continue the conversation. Then me and my sister made it to checkout. He asked her if she knew it was 90° outside because she was in leggings and a big sweatshirt. She’s anemic, so she always wears a little bigger and heavier clothes. She was clearly uncomfortable, but continued to answer his questions. He asked if she was hot, to which she said no. I guess he didn’t hear her because he said “Yes, no, maybe?”. I was tired of him at this point so I said “She said no” and he complained that she didn’t even acknowledge or look at him when she answered. As we were leaving, I heard him mumble that she looked suspect. This rubbed both of us the wrong way, as my sister has dark skin. So because she’s darker and in baggy clothes, she’s suspect? Don’t sit right w me.

Whoever the guy is in the pharmacy, Brian or whatever his name is, Terrible at customer service. Asked him a simple question and before I could get it out, he puts me on hold and an automatic message which I didn't need to hear, and didn't help ..Called back and he does it again. Train him or fire him if he can't do a simple job.

Just tried to go here. Generally prefer CVS stores. Google maps says they open at 7am. However upon arrival at 7:36 the sign on the door now says 8am for an opening time. A delivery guy was even sitting in his truck out front waiting to deliver his refrigerated items. There's a Walgreens and a Rite Aid not even a half mile farther down hwy 66. Suggest going there for any needs.

I have been using cvs for years and the one in walkertown is the worst!!! Every since I moved to the area I have been using CVS off of reidsville rd. They are forever out of medicine and they dont even call or text to let you know. I will go by a day or two later and its always something. They do not try to help you figure it out or anything. I know this is not CVS standards because I use them all the time all over the state. WALKERTOWN CVS Pharmacy needs customer service retraining.

The store is always neat & staff always nice & helpful. The night I went, I was needing several items & they were only excepting cash. It was very inconvenient but they were very nice about it.

Friendly staff (front counter and pharmacy), clean store, just dont ask them about prices on the perfume in the locked shelves. Two employees were very confused, prices marked were wrong.
