I look forward to shopping here each month. Staff are all always helpful and pleasant. They have items here for birds in my yard I cannot find elsewhere such as hot pepper items that squirrels leave alone. And safe items for squirrels to eat also. Pricing on some items can be higher but I'm glad to support a local business.

Extremely rude owner. Her staff is fantastic, but she is awful - no customer service skills whatsoever. I was told by her staff (on two separate visits) that if a product didn’t work out, it could be returned anytime. She was there on the day I need to return a squirrel baffle -see photo. She informed me, in a rude way, that it is not her policy. No returns if used. No apologies or even an offer for store credit. I pressed her and she reluctantly let me exchange. I will never shop here again, which is unfortunate as it is a nice store, although more expensive. She does not deserve my money.

Just moved into the area and our house had a bird feeder, came here to get everything we needed! Penny was really helpful and gave us sufficient information for our first time bird feeding.

Nice shop with a couple of very knowledgeable employees, who are happy to help with products and recommendations. I will not be shopping there, however, because of the way the owner berates and embarrasses her employees in front of customers. It has happened several times and I will not support a bully.

A fantastic store for anyone looking to attract and feed wild birds. They have a plethora of feed options, including some live feed. They also have a modular pole hanging system that looks great and has tons of different options.The staff was also extremely knowledgeable about the products and about wild birds in general.
