The manager here is really kind, knowledgeable and thorough. My pooch loves coming here to get treats and to get pets. They have the largest collection of pet grooming care I’ve seen! I wish they had doggy socks with grips and carried more Lord Jameson treats, but that’s for my own interest. Really nice pet shop.

I go here just about every week for my GSD Zuko. They have such good products and a nice selection of high end quality dog food. Also the staff is super friendly and helpful!

Elise was so very knowledgeable!! She spent time with me today to give recommendations and even called a coworker when I ask a question that she wasn't quite sure about--that gained my respect! She spoke highly of the owners and stood by their philosophy and explained rationale behind their decision to no longer support a particular brand that i had asked about and provided alternatives. As a new pet owner, her knowledge about the products and services she sells is to be celebrated. Kudos to whoever hired her and extra kudos to her for her stellar customer service today during my visit. Ill be back!

i really like the selection of this place and i have had positive interactions here before, but today i went in with my puppy and as i was checking out an employee asked to pick up my 12 wk old puppy and i said no, she does not like being picked up. and the employee continued to hold my dog and did not put her down for a good 30 seconds. again, love the selection here, but will not come back due to the lack of personal space.

I liked the selection of food brands and products here. The employees are something else. Asked about a harness for my dog and was dressed down about it. I don’t know if this was a reaction to me saying she is a pitbull and a puller on the leash, but one of the employees stopped me mid-speech with a loud NO! multiple times. I had to ask if it was ok for me to continue shopping. Ended up browsing awkwardly until she was in another part of the store, made my purchase with the other employee who seemed like a nice person, left and never coming back. Seriously insulting and crazy.

Was in this store a month ago. Brice, the sales associate was very professional, courteous, and kind. The store is very beautiful. However, limited on some bird supplies. I was interested in obtaining food, toys; other bird products; even a nice cage that I seen African Grey "Kiko" being housed. I sent a very nice, lengthy email to the owners a month ago, hoping to hear back from them. While, I understand how busy a business can be; as a minimum they couldn't even respond to my email -- not even to say "thank you, received your email, we'll get back to you shortly". No response. I find this very bad for business. Was so interested in purchasing products on a monthly basis. Sadly, this is one customer they lost.

I LOVE this store!! Wonderful selection and very helpful and friendly staff! They carry a wide variety of healthful, Made in the USA products, since I am very picky about what my dogs eat. I wanted to get a baby Guinea Pig since I recently lost my pet bunny and I missed having a small furry critter around. I asked the owner, Kevin and he said he could get one for me. I had my little furry bundle the next day! I highly recommend Pet Mania!!!

I come here about once a week with my boyfriend and my sweet 12 year old leopard gecko, Freckles. Staff are both very friendly and helpful, and connect with you as fellow lovers of their non human family members. We always look forward to visiting, and Freckles enjoys the attention, and seeing her food brought out. Also, the store is kept organized and clean.

Cool little pet shop! The staff here are helpful and kind. Local pet rescues hold adoption events here from time to time. Large selection of dog toys and foods. Lots of supplies for cats, birds, and rodents as well.The surrounding shops are nice to visit as well.

Expensive, but most helpful staff I've ever encountered at a pet food store. they gave use over a dozen free samples so we could see what food our dog preferred. Shop local!

We have been buying our cat and dog food here for over a year and have been pleased with the friendly service and helpfulness of the employees. We recently bought a new bag of our usual cat food, The Wild Salmon, and found that our cat was vomiting violently very soon after eating it. We took her to the vet and they ran blood work, gave her fluids, and found no problems with the cat. After several days, we took her home and as soon as she ate The Wild cat food started vomiting. We suspected that was the problem and after researching on the Internet found that the company had numerous complaints of the same nature although most were from dog food. I called Pet Mania and asked for the owner to call me figuring if there was a bad batch of food, he/she would not want other pet owners to get it and possible kill their pet. A month later and no response. I just hope other did not have to go through our harrowing experience with the same food.

Love the staff here, we bought one of their leash and collars and if either of them get chewed or destroyed they replace them for free, and it doesnt matter how often it happens as long as you bring in what's left of them. Love this store.
