Sean and his Team at Pampered pooch are so great. They are extremely patient with our high maintenance dog and always communicate drop off and pick up times. They are very prompt. I especially appreciate the manner in which they handle the dogs. Ours feels extremely loved and cared for when being groomed.

I have a very hyper, vocal husky. I have taken her to 2 places trying to get her groomed before coming here. The 2 places were not able to brush her, cut her nails, dry her, nothing. I brought her here and I was able to get everything done for her. I got updates on how she was and what was going on. I got a text when she was ready and when I picked her up, I was looking at a different dog. They did amazing work and will be returning with her. I recommend them to anyone I talk to that has a dog looking for grooming.

Absolutely wonderful experience! This was our first experience at Pampered Pooch. We have a fluffy aussie mix and they brushed out all of his matted fur, he smelled so good from his bath and knew exactly how to trim him without doing too much. Definitely will be coming back. Service was excellent and the owners were so very friendly.

Initially I was very pleased with their services. They groomed my little "fur baby" several times and did a great job. However, the only way you can request an appointment is through text message. The last time I wanted to make an appointment, I sent them several messages, but they never responded. So I had to find another groomer. Not a good way to run a business.

Sean and James are both excellent groomers. Recently I took my totally matted long haired Yorkie over there and when I picked her up she was closely shown an absolutely beautiful. She feels better I feel better everybody in the senior home where I live feels better so not only did they do something for the dog they did something for me. I love going out in the country and watching what they can do with dogs. I would highly recommend them as I have been to several other Raleigh Wake Forest groomers and these two are absolutely the best. You don't have to tell them what to do insofar as expressing the anal glands and cutting the toenails. They always ask what you want and then they give you more.

Best groomer around. Left petsmart after using them for years, decided to give these guys a try and we are so happy. One of my dogs has severe anxiety and they were so patient with her and made her so comfortable. Go see them you wont be disappointed they treat your babies like their own. A+++

Excellent groomers who totally care for their customers/clients. They took the time to listen and genuinely cared for our pup who is 14 years old. She had no anxiety about staying with them and I could tell that she was very content that she had been there. Will ABSOLUTELY be our go-to groomer!!!!!!!

These guys are amazing! They are prompt, highly detailed, and you can tell they are genuine dog people. I was going to another place before them for my two pups and found them to be better priced, faster, and much more reliable. Don't miss out on a great service for your furbaby.UPDATE: Even more reason to trust these guys with your pet. These guys were grooming our pup when they noticed his lymph nodes were swollen. They recommended a vet trip. We did, of course, and we're able to catch a serious issue in time for treatment (our boy is okay btw). It is all thanks to the folks at Pampered Pooch. Fair to say we will be going here for a long time. Thanks Pampered Pooch!
