I supported Joeveo with the original kickstarter campaign and have thoroughly enjoyed my mug since receiving it, but beyond how good their product is, the company and owner Dean deserve to be supported by coffee and tea drinkers everywhere.I dropped my mug a few times and it caused a slight indention/warping of the rim. This caused the lid to not seal fully every time and occasionally dripping coffee all over my shirt when I took a drink. The mug still worked great and 9 out of 10 times, it wouldn't leak. I emailed Joeveo and got a response the next day (Next day?!?) Dean said I could send him back the mug and he would fix it. When I asked him how I could pay for the repairs or shipping, he said there was no need. I sent my mug back and it was returned to me within two weeks. (Shipping from CA to NC and back is more than a week) The mug works well, no leaks after using it for a couple of weeks. A few weeks after getting the mug back Dean even followed up to ensure the mug was working. That type of customer support is rare and deserves to be supported. I bought a 2nd mug just to have a spare/backup. If you are thinking about buying a Joeveo mug, just do it. You will not be disappointed, in the product or the company you are supporting.

One of the best coffee mugs I’ve ever used. My coffee is ready to drink within minutes of pouring and remains hot for hours. Beautifully made and a joy to use.

I love my Joeveo mug! It cools my coffee down to a drinkable temperature quickly then keeps it there for hours. Ceramic mugs cool too quickly, and insulated mugs take too long to reach a drinkable temperature. Seriously, buy one of these. You can thank me later.

Our Joeveo mugs are perfect for car traveling. When we are finished with the hot beverage we started with at home, we buy our store bought beverage and pour it into the Joeveo mug to help it get to drinking temperature and then to keep it hot until the last drop. Of course we use them day-to-day at home and at the office too. I use it for hot tea, hubby for coffee. Great product.

Joeveo is amazing company, and their mugs are among the best you can get at prices that are much less than competitors! You can't attend a meeting around my office witout seeing a Joeveo mug, and everyone who has one loves it. I'm disappointented any time I'm having a hot drink and don't have my mug with me with how quickly it gets cold.Thanks for the huge amounts of time you've put into creating your Tempurfect mugs. I've followed your company for years (since the Kickstarter), and it's clear that bringing this to fruition has been a labor of love. I've rarely seen this kind of care put into a product, and it's one I'm happy to recommend.

They work exactly as it says. I have the kickstarted version and the coffee gets to the right temperature quickly and stays there. It is like magic. When the next generation lids are ready it will be the perfect mug.
