My standard poodles love Flannery! She does a wonderful job and really has a way with dogs. The dogs always have a fabulous cut and Flannery has also given me tips on how to maintain them in between grooming.Earthwise is a great pet supply store too. I look forward to shopping there for fun toys and nutritious snacks for my babies.

Flannery is the best groomer! She takes such good care of my dog when I bring her. She knows how to handle my dog with care, and although my girl gets stressed when away from me, she comes back from the groomers calm and clean. Ask for Flannery when considering getting your dog groomed here!

As a first time puppy Mom, I need all the help I can get and Hugo and the staff have been beyond helpful every single visit! It’s apparent that they’re knowledgeable animal lovers who just want to help. Flannery has been grooming my golden doodle pup for about a year and she is absolutely wonderful! She is a great communicator, is caring and attentive to my pup’s needs, and pays close attention to details. My girl always comes out looking beautiful and happy. I highly recommend Flannery!

Small but awesome! They have premium quality food, treats, and toys. Everyone is super friendly to people and pets. Isabelle is a phenomenal groomer! My dog loves her and so do I. They have a self wash station that is so easy to use and have great products. They have cat and dog supplies for all sizes. This is a must see place to visit in wake forest!

She came highly recommended and absolutely did not disappoint! My dog has severe anxiety when it comes to grooming and Alexa was not only so sweet and so patient with her, she also kept me updated on exactly what was happening throughout the grooming process.Highly recommend this store and Alexa :) !

I went in inquiring about my puppy's nutrition, wanting to figure out any allergies, feed her more intentionally, with better food. I had the best conversation with Hugo. He is so knowledgeable and encouraging. He showed me around the store, explaining all the products; he only carries what he believes in. All products are high quality, many limited ingredients and zero confusion of what's in them. Great selection of toys, unique treats and supplements. I will be frequenting here for our bundle of 4-legged joy.

Amazing staff and selection! Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. My dog has never been good with groomers, but she gets excited we're there even if we're just stopping by to grab some treats.

Have 2 new adopted cats. They were not happy about going to get their nails trimmed. But were treated with loving care by Hugo & Summer. Highly recommend. My cats give them 5 trimmed stars!

Fabulous selection of every thing you may want and/or need for your furry friend. Staff is always nice and helpful - they definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We are especially happy with their grooming services. The groomers are happy to be there and they love to pamper your four-legged family member. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is fantastic ! Hugo is so nice, knowledgeable and remembers us every time we come in. They have great selection of toys, food , chews and supplements . The grooming staff is awesome and treated our dogs so well and the dogs loved them .

Great pet store with a good selection of high quality dog and cat food, treats and toys. My daily walk passes by the store and its tough not to make up an excuse to pop in and grab a treat for my pup. They also have a free to use dog wash station in the back!

I take my dog here for her monthly grooming. Everyone is great. Only downside is the cost of the grooming which is a little pricey.
