First time taking our puppy to Dirty Dogs Spa for grooming today and very satisfied with the outcome and experience. Groomer was very conscientious about asking what we wanted done and did a great job. The facility is clean and lots of interesting items in the store. Will definitely go back!

Fantastic experience! My Samoyed, Milo, was new to this (so was I) and was VERY nervous. The staff were truly amazing-they were so kind and helpful! Milo did much better than I had expected. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Dirty Dogs Spa!

First time bringing Minnie! Looked like she enjoyed it! Minnie looked and smelled beautiful after her bath and beauty treatment with Christina! Her coat felt so soft. Thank you, Christina, for taking such good care of her!Just brought Cal and Minnie and they look and smell so good! Loving their new collars for St. Patrick’s Day!I love these folks! We had a wonderful experience at Dirty Dogs in Wake Forest. We had Jamie as our groomer and she was great with Mocha. I took a photo of the cut I wanted for him and she brought our handsome guy out and surprised us!

The folks here a super friendly, do a great job when grooming, & very helpful if you’re washing your dog yourself. When you wash your own dog they provide shampoos, conditioner, blow dryer, towels, and aprons while you wash. They also have assortments of treats and grooming products. We’ve been taking our dog here for about 2 years and Bella loves it! Photos are just after we got home from a bath.

Staff super helpful. Jumped right in even though I was there to wash my dogs. My frenchie had an accident. Staff happily had it cleaned up in a jiff. Great washing / drying areas. Clean and plenty of room. I’ll be back for sure. Great experience.

We have taken our dog here twice to be groomed. The first time, I scheduled online and then found out that the time I scheduled for was not available despite the website allowing me to schedule. We ended up rescheduling that time and just moving past it. However, I once again scheduled online this time around, and was told once again that the website had allowed me to schedule a time that was not available. We were called and offered a time slot for the following day which we gladly accepted. Upon arriving with our dog, I was told that he was not on the schedule. I explained that I was scheduled over the phone and they pulled my card and everything. Apparently, after the website messed up, they then proceeded to forget to put our dog on the time slot that they offered us. I was offered nothing to accommodate us for the inconvenience. We have had 3 scheduling issues in 2 visits, the 3rd one coming despite speaking to someone personally over the phone. Safe to say we are not happy with our experience here.

THIS is our new groomer! We needed to get our dog cleaned-up last minute and they were able to fit us in. The staff was outstanding, very professional, and quick. Our dog was very comfortable and looks great. If you haven't tried Dirty Dogs Spa yet, you're missing out!

My golden doodle went to get groomed for the first time at the Stonehenge location and Sarah did an INCREDIBLE job! Very patient, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely recommend requesting her and trusting her with your pup! You won’t be disappointed when you pick up! Will definitely be returning!

I recently took my dogs to Dirty Dogs for grooming appointments, and to say that I am extremely disappointed would be an understatement. The grooming services provided were subpar, with my dogs' haircuts turning out uneven and sloppy.To make matters worse, I specifically requested for my dogs' ears to be cleaned out and their anal glands to be expressed during the grooming session. However, when I took my pets to the vet, I was shocked to learn that not only were their ears still dirty, but their anal glands were also full and had not been properly taken care of by Dirty Dogs.This experience has left me deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and competence displayed by Dirty Dogs. As a pet owner, it is crucial to entrust the care of our beloved animals to reputable and responsible establishments. I urge others to beware of the poor business practices exhibited by this grooming service and to consider alternative options for their pets' grooming needs.

I had to take my dog back for a groom only about 3 weeks since the last one, they'd not cut enough off the first time. I thought I'd left too much time to do anything about it, but they still did a clip for free. Service is always excellent.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a self grooming location. I googled and found Dirty Dogs Spa in Wake Forest. The owner Vanessa let me know over the phone the price, what they provided, and all I needed to do was bring my dirty dog. When I arrived she showed me how to use everything, where everything was located, the table I could use to clip and style my dog, and the safety of using the tools. I’m so excited I found this place and how nice and friendly everyone was. Everything was clean and for it to be a place with constant wet fur babies, it didn’t smell like it. They also have a little shop with cookies, treats, and cute collars. Hawk and I will definitely be regulars. If I could give this review more than 5 ⭐️ I would.

The self-wash station was great! It's the first one I've found since getting here that has the shampoo come through the hose. Makes it so much easier to wash my big fluffy dogs!

I have been taking my dogs here since they opened in Dirty Dogs in Stonehenge. We are always happy with their grooming. My smaller dog (45 pounds) is a rescue and she was abused, so she doesn't love other dogs and gets nervous with a lot of loud noises. So, I appreciate the groomers here and the ability to handle that. Picture of my two goofballs attached, just for fun.

Great Customer Service and wonderful grooming services. They have the cutest boutique to shop in while you wait for your dog, which could lead to you splurging on your pampered pet. They offer self wash if you are into manual labor, however their team does a great job. As my experience in Vegas with groomers is you really have to verbalize what you are expecting in your grooming service just like a human hair cut if you don't those expectations will not be met. Oh, and how great your pups face will smell after they get that blueberry facial.

This is a no-brainer. We had been washing our dog at home, getting the place filthy and clogging up our sinks. Took him to Dirty Dogs Wake Forest, in 20 minutes he was washed, conditioned, brushed and dried. And they had a senior discount so it only cost $13.50! Win Win!!

Went to dog park, my dog got all muddy. Took her there afterwards to clean her. Friendly environment. Helpful staff. My dog looks amazing. Had fun washing her. So thrilled to have been able to do this today

I have been taking my dog to the Stonehenge location for over a year now. He is a 10lb Havanese. I've been paying $45 for a tidy up (bath only). My most recent appointment, I was told AFTER the grooming, that the cost was now $60 and when I questioned it, I was told that my dog, who does not have long hair, was in the system as a "long hair" breed and then when I challenged that, I was told, "oh our rates increased". When I asked to see the new rate menu, I was told that the new written rates were not available. I asked her to please honor the rate that I've been paying for a tidy up as this new rate was not only unexpected, but this information should have been provided to the customer up front. Her response was "I'll take $10 off" but next time, you'll have to pay the $60". I will likely be looking for a new groomer for my baby. It just seemed to be very unprofessional, and I was enjoying the services.

So nice to get your dog washed with little hassle and get their nails clipped. Thursday only $20 for both, you wash the pup. The staff are sooo nice.

Excellent service! I’ve been taking my mini Schnauzer here for years & I highly recommend them. I prefer him shorter than the traditional Schnauzer cut. They always go above and beyond to make sure I am happy with the groom and I feel confident that they treat my dog well.

Love visiting Dirty Dogs for a quick bath for my dog. Everything is there and I can give a bath without having to bend over my bathtub! Three choices of shampoo and conditioner leave my dog soft for days! Everyone is so helpful! So glad I found this place.

Update: the owner reached out to us, apologized, and asked for a chance to make things right. That's a good approach to business. We had already gone to another groomer to fix things up, but we came back five weeks later and received an excellent cut. Our pup looks great! In the end, it really comes down to the groomer and the day.We've been there twice. The staff was friendly both times. The first cut was fine. The second cut was the worst we've ever gotten. Our poor guy was somehow less groomed than when we started, and his tail is so sad. The groomer said it was too hard to cut and dry the hair around his ears, and so much hair came off everywhere when we got home. We won't be returning.
