Audrey's Barkyard has outstanding reviews and for good reason. They are extremely accommodating, compassionate, and loving to my baby Dallas. He is a huge lover and hugger, loves to hang out under people's feet, and has no boundaries of personal space when it comes to humans. He has endless energy and will zoom everywhere. This doesn't stop them from giving him the best care and showing him the love he needs that I unfortunately cannot while I am working for 12 hours. They treat him like he is their own personal pup and he is definitely family there. When I go to pick him up, he doesn't want to leave! He has so much fun.Lauren has been absolutely amazing. She has been very communicative with me while Dallas is at daycare and has helped accommodate my difficult work schedule.I see a few reviews (very few compared to all the positive ones) about people blaming the facility for health issues with their pup and how the facility "missed it". Don't let these reviews deter you from bringing your pup into Audrey's family!!! Dallas has a cut inside his ear flap (which has been there since I rescued him) and as soon as they noticed it, they let me know. When I brought him back, they informed me of the status of his cut and asked if there was anything outside of what their general protocols are that they could do to help. Personally, I find it extremely difficult to believe that the staff there missed health issues with other pups when they can spot something as small as a cut inside my dog's ear- and from my experience they have been extremely attentive and helpful.All in all, while watching Dallas on the pup cam and seeing his huge smile and report card at pickup, I can tell this is his favorite place. He gets so excited to go and play here that he doesn't even look back at me like he usually would anywhere else when he leaves. Snoopy always looks and smells great when coming back from Audrey’s Barkyard! He loves going there and they always recognize Snoopy when he comes back and love on him. Audrey’s is our go to for grooming each month!

Audrey’s is the only place I recommend for both Training and for Boarding! Mark and Doran did an absolutely mind blowing job with training two of our puppies. Not only did we see a night and day difference in their behavior and response, but it was almost instant. They always worked with us on a schedule and at a pace that worked well for us. Our puppies get so excited to see Mark and Doran and we feel like they’re part of the family now, too! There is no price I could put on the services we receive from Audrey’s- always top notch!

This review is for the grooming service. 10/10 recommend. We got lucky with a last minute appointment before Christmas. She was only there for two hours. I’m used to her being gone for long periods with other groomers and that’s ruff for the both of us. Her nails actually seemed like they shaved em down. Other places they don’t seem to make a dent. Very happy with what I got for the price.

Thank you to the staff of Audrey's Barkyard!My sweetness has never been boarded, does not like other dogs or humans, won't eat without me and can be very demanding when left alone barking loudly his frustrations.I believe the staff attempted to assist my dog and I appreciate their efforts but no one was able to get my dog to eat, drink or eliminate. My fault.Next boarding experience, I will want a walk through, schedule of events and feeding alternatives before leaving my "fur baby".I do recommend Audrey's Backyard overall because I felt the love of dogs in their humans.

Riley enjoys his doggie spaw day and he smells so good! I tend to get the deshed treatment and he looks amazing afterwards. He is so soft and handsome. The staff are kind and gentle and provide you with a spaw day report card of your dog’s experience! 💙🐾

I have been so pleased with the grooming experiences at Audrey's Barkyard. Once our beloved Shepherd Lab mix Drake reached 70 lbs it became near impossible for me to bathe him at home, which created stress in both him and I. I never felt as if he was really clean. But with Audrey's Barkyard grooming services, I am so pleased with the thorough job done by the groomers. Drake is a happier dog since we began trusting Audreys Barkyard to handle his grooming needs. And that makes me happy. Thank you to the Audrey's Barkyard grooming staff!

First grooming here, the groomer did not finish the job. I had to return the dog to have another groomer finish him. This was the most expensive groomer I have used and got the worse groom. However, they did correct the previous groomers horrible groom. I gave 1 star because they did correct the patchy hair left all over my dogs body from the first groomer , from non shaved paws, non shaved belly, non trimmed ears. The groomer also razor burnt my dogs front legs.

The staff are friendly and interactive. The facility is clean and well equipped. We like the live camera feed for doggy daycare and boarding. They offer a large variety of affordable services and discounts for packages. Our pug puppy Annabelle always seems to be comfortable going here.

I have been taking my dog to Audrey's Barkyard and never had an issue with them until we had to euthanize our dog last week. Audrey's has been sending out comms for a couple of months on the upper respiratory infection. While it's good that they are communicating that information, unfortunately in our experience, the manner in which they handle dogs that contract the infection while there is less than stellar.When I picked my dog up, his breathing was extremely labored. He could barely stand up and he had no energy so I took him straight to the emergency vet. All I could think was, "how could the woman that gave him to me not see how he is struggling to breathe". It turns out that it was the one of the owners that gave him to me without acknowledging the condition that he was in.This facility called me to ask me if I wanted to add the Strawberry Lemonade package to his grooming but they couldn't call me and tell me that my dog's breathing was labored??? And then I was subjected to the Sunday 4PM pick-up time which, if they were paying attention to him, I would've been called to pick him up much sooner.The other owner, Josh, called and offered his condolences and apologies but then spent 20 minutes trying to convince me of why his facility is safe. He took no accountability for the lack of attention that his staff gave my dog and that his wife handed me a sick dog. It was as if he was looking to exonerate his business from what happened. He was also very focused on my dog's size (8 lb. Yorkie) as if that mattered. All I know is that my dog was vibrant and healthy when he was dropped off and I picked him up in poor health in which he died two days later.So be careful if you decide to board your dog there or take your dog to their daycare. Find out what their action plan is. I'd hate for another family to go through the unexpected heartbreak that we've endured in the past week.

Our Beagle, Bentley, required some professional training. Mark and Davon came to the house for an assessment and my other dog, Freddie, who is leary of everyone, just followed them around. Freddie kept jumping up on Mark. We decided to use the trainers as both dogs were very taken with them. We ended up doing four sessions with Mark. Bentley did extremely well. We learned techniques to help us enforce some good habits with our very stubborn Beagle. We have been using Audrey's Barkyard for several years to groom Freddie and are very pleased with their training professionals as well. We did in home training, which I would highly recommend.

My dogs have been going there for a few years. My golden doodle has been cut my groomers and no one told us. This has happened a few times in a year. My dogs currently have kennel cough from there. They sent an email saying that it was spreading in the area but didn’t shut down grooming. I think the owners have a good business but need to make sure they hire or train groomers appropriately.

This was my favorite place to bring my dog for grooming until it wasn't. I called twice on several days to make an appointment, but no one returned my call. I assume that they are overwhelmed being in the heritage area. Fortunately, there are other places where I can take my dog. I found a wonderful place that is awesome and 30% cheaper.Thank you Audrey's for the great service, and I shall miss you; however, you have become too busy for me to cross my fingers and hope someone answers the phone.

As others have said, our two dogs (3 y/o and 6 y/o) also came home sick recently after being boarded for 3 days and 2 nights (8/1/23 - 8/3/23). Both are coughing, vomiting, and now prescribed a trio of medication. This was our first experience with the kennel and it seems to be an abnormal experience compared to the history of good reviews.The staff is extremely friendly and the facility is clean. However, a warning or advisement of recent infections would've been appreciated before we boarded our dogs.

Cudos and a great big shout out to Leann, the head groomer. We brought our 10 month old, long haired German Shepherd in for a de-shedding and a cut. His rear end fur was so thick it looked like he had cheerleader Pom-poms. And with the continued heat, he needed help. He came out looking like he should be on the cover of a magazine. His hair is soft, his markings are amazing and his rear… let’s just say WOW! Paco is a new dog and smells so good that I want to cuddle him.Thank you Leann!Patti

Recently boarded our dogs at Audrey's and we were completely satisfied! I loved watching them play on the webcam. We got them exit baths before they left and days later our dogs are still smelling so clean! I can always tell our pups have a great time because they sleep a lot after spending some time at Audrey's! I love all the love the staff gives to the dogs and would highly recommend!

My mom takes me to Audrey’s Barkyard while she goes to work. I know I am going to have a great day when she tells me to get in the car to go see my friends. I LOVE to play with my dog friends and I really LOVE all of the incredibly sweet, fun and loving humans that take care of me like family. My mom is so happy to see me when she picks me up and I’m so tired from playing all day that I take great naps. My family is so thankful to have such a wonderful place for me to play!

Our experience with Audrey’s Barkyard was terrible! Despite being promised and paying for high-quality care, our dogs did not receive it. One of them developed a severe hot spot while being boarded over a long weekend. The hot spot was so severe that it required emergency veterinary care, and the staff at Audrey’s failed to identify or notify us of the issue despite the fact that he was licking and crying incessantly. We are extremely disappointed in the care provided by Audrey's Barkyard and caution others against using their services!

I had the pleasure of working with Mark to teach me how to train my sweet 6-month-old, very energetic, puppy. Everyone I had contact with at Audrey’s was very professional and friendly. Once my first appointment was scheduled I then made the rest with Mark at the end of each session. I always received reminders of scheduled appointment too. The training sessions were better than I expected and the results are amazing. Mark is super friendly (to dogs and humans) and knowledgeable about dogs and their behavior. My Sunny did so well and caught on fast (me too!!!). I diligently did my weekly homework with her. I received a written sheet each session of what we learned and how to train her on what I had learned, which was helpful to look back on. I also was encouraged, by Mark, to reach out to him with questions between sessions, which I did. Sunny is now still fun, sweet and energetic but very well behaved. I would highly recommend Mark and Audrey’s if you need some training for your pup. You will both enjoy getting to know Mark and working with him.

Please, please reconsider sending your pups here. If you could see how sick my dogs are and how high my vet bills are, I promise you would. One of our dogs spent 2 nights and came home sick and passed it to the other one. Spoke to owners who are not concerned at all. If your pets are family members like ours are, please send them somewhere else that is concerned for the health of the dogs in their care.
