I’m a fan of Wendy’s. This one the bathroom was clean, and the food was hot. Restaurant was also clean and everything seemed well stocked (soda etc). I would like to see more friendly employees though as they all seemed miserable.I’m a level 10 (elite highest level possible on Google - rare, very rare to see a 10) with over 100 Million views to my reviews so please listen and make them happier. You’ll get far more customer loyalty. My only complaint was that the oatmeal bar was hard as a rock and overcooked.

I rarely give bad reviews. Normally, everything is at least ok. Ordered a chicken sandwich and discovered a bug in the wrapper. The response was „he already ate some of the sandwich „, and no apologies. The cashier was not friendly or helpful. The manager was not either.This is probably a random experience, but the service and response will prevent me from coming back here again.

This was not a good Wendy’s. My family and I visited this location at around 11:00 AM on 11/25/2018. The bathroom smelled disgusting. The paper towels were sitting by the sink instead of their dispenser. Worst of all, there was no soap in the soap dispenser. I guess that means the employees aren’t washing their hands.They also messed us my order. I asked for ketchup on my sandwich and they did not add it. My brother got several chicken snack wraps. They all contained much less chicken than is normally included in the wraps. The tortillas were also stale. Overall a bad experience.

A rude lady just ripped me off, handing me a " sprite" & I already heard another lady beside her mentioning ,sprite machine not working, yet she handed to me, she could see I had a small child I was handing it to, well my kid said it tasted funny, I tasted it, it was carbonated water, called Wendy's asked if their sprite machine was working, and just to confirm what I already overheard, NOT working. I know this isn't a big deal to most , but it's PRINCIPALS, being lied to, ripped off, and not even being friendly. It's not just there but all over most this town, im sick of it, if you don't like your job quit ,bc a lot of people are desperate for work and would appreciate a job. Im sick of this, and im not the only one, this town is full of tension. How are these type of people aloud to work, nasty attitudes, rude, terrible manners, ripping people off left and right, something needs to change in this town .

The employees here intentionally are slow to do less work and provide poor service. We waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. While waiting with my husband in the drivers seat, I walked my dog outside and walked around the building and looked through the 2nd pull-up window and they didn’t have anyone waiting past the speaker and there were 3 employees huddled together by the drink machine on their phones and when they saw me looking at them they all quickly dispersed away from the window except for the lady assigned to the window. Then another customer from inside the store came out and I asked her if they are waiting long inside and she said the wait inside is 20 minutes and she said they told her they were behind on orders and figured they were prioritizing the drive thru and I told her no that they make everyone wait 20 minutes and she was shocked. The workers only take one order at a time whether in the drive through or inside and claim they are behind when they are wasting time. After I got back in the vehicle and my husband told them the mobile order name and pulled up to receive the order, we were then told that they didn’t receive our order. So then I pulled up my mobile order to verify the address and told her it says to pick up in the drive thru. She told me to pull up and after waiting 20 minutes I told her I would prefer to wait at the window since they only take one order at a time and I was told that they would not be providing me service. I then asked for a refund and was told they couldn’t help me and she shut the window and put a cardboard in front. So after 5 more minutes of me waiting there trying to figure out if I should call the police or not, I was able to cancel the order. So save yourself some time and avoid this place because they work very hard at trying not to work.

This place is decent. Employees were nice and friendly. It was not that clean. The food was correct and fresh. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience. I believe the management team could be better and the place would be better.

Baked potatoes wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes. Ordered a sweet tea and it wasn’t sweet. Ordered a burger and got a cheeseburger. Fries were burnt. The lady working the second window at 2:35 PM on Sunday October 15th was either having a bad day, hates working in the food industry or is racist. Never said “hello”, “goodbye” or “go pound salt”. We ordered on the mobile app for delivery from this Wendy’s in Wadesboro, NC. Upon delivery we noticed that more than half of our food was missing. We tried contacting the store about our missing food, and wow was this experience so very unprofessional. We were told that they gave all of the food to door dash to deliver and that they “did not have time to deal with this”. They spoke with us very harshly on the phone, and ended up hanging up on us multiple times while we were just trying to explain to them what happened and what we were missing. We paid a lot to not receive most of our food, and regardless if door dash or the store is to blame for the missing food, management did not handle this situation in a professional manner, she was very rude, and we are left without enough food for our family after paying right at $60. They now refuse to answer our calls and at this point we would just like our money back. We will not be ordering from here again and hope that others don’t either based on all the bad reviews. I remained calm while on the phone and even asked why the manager was so angry and that’s the last time she hung up before no longer answering our calls. This experience was so awful. I have never experienced such unprofessional service in my life.

Trash was overflowing. Nothing was stocked. Had to ask for ketchup, silverware, and for refill of tea and other drinks. Service was friendly, and food tasted good. Place just needed to be cleaned up and stocked. It was not busy. I'm guessing they just had a rush of customers. Hopefully, next time we have a better experience. Agian the food was good and the staff was friendly.
