It was my first time going into this store. So, I was excited about it. See what they had. I even made a purchase, although they r expensive. I got the shoes home, put them on the next morning, they were tight. So I said well maybe they will losen up. After an hour my feet were sore(I spent 52 mins outta that hour driving some place there and back. So a total of 8 mins i wore them) got home, took them off, and seen they gave me a 71/2 I wear and 8 1/2.When I tried to return them, the woman from the start had a "I really don't want to be bothered look" but whatever. I gave her my receipt, explained what happened ( but she showed me she didn't care) and says "I can't take these back, they have been worn.. I started to say " yea I had them for an hour, she says "There's too many creases in them." " I can't take them back" She didn't even try to help me. I knew I wasn't getting anywhere. So now I have a $108.00 pair of shoes that I CANT WEAR.So, that is one place I will not be returning, I gave them a 1 stars bc the woman who helped me the day b4, she was nice.. I think the owner need to train thr employees better. Its cost 0 to be nice. Do better.....

Hi I went here to this Hibbett sports store in wadesboro on July 4 around 7:35 this guy with frankel's on his face comes to the door like yo we close in 15 min u know we trying to get up out of here so if u come in hurry up and I was shock not because they close in 15 min but because of the way he said it, like if u dnt want to make the business that u are working for money then stay at home I am a manager if a employee was to say something to my consumers like that they would be fired we are running a business that means great customer service experience so the customers keep coming back to our store so I told him that I would just go purchase from another store that has better customer services and cares about customers as well as making the money because that's what u are there for to make money not to sit around.

I am a left leg blk amputee. I enjoy nice sneakers from Hibbett Sports. Sometimes I may not physically be feeling my best and the store employees recognize me they will come out to my car get the money and bring the shoes in which I like to purchase. This means alot to me because the employees go above and beyond for me and I am forever grateful and a Hibbett Sports customer. Thank you Hibbett Sports. Wadesboro N.c.
