Everything in Anson Co sucks. People & Most Businesses do to. This is coming from someone who lived in Anson her whole life and used to own a business in Polkton. LIKE I SAID THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Nothing to do can't even have a walmart. Anyone looking to move there, good luck.

I visited Tractor Supply on this evening. It was a horrible experience and I was expecting to hear from the company and have not. During my visit, a gentleman who was employed there seemed to be flirtatious, until my boyfriend came in. When we were in line to check out, I was told by this gentleman that this was"his" store and I was accused of stealing, which I WAS NOT!!! I ask why he thought so and was told it was bc I picked up items to look at them. I then ask if I was not supposed to do that. He said it was the way I picked things up. I ask if he could explain BC I wasn't sure what he meant and I did not want to do this again. He said no and told us we really were not welcome in his store but we could pay for our items and leave. We put our things down and left. Also, a gentleman in line beside us left without his things BC of the way the "MANAGER" acted. I would NOT at this time recommend anyone to visit TRACTOR SUPPLY at this location. This man needs a new job or A LOT MORE TRAINING....and me, I at least deserve an appology!!

It's always busy since we only have 2 grocery stores for our entire community. Foodlion is out of alot of items and constantly are. You can drive 45 minutes away at other foodlion stores an find what you need. It's not safe for elderly or women to be out by themselves from pan handers an crime. There's not enough surveillance in the area either

I love ladies who work the store they always great me friendly and know me by face! Store had almost everything I need in a quick stop grab and go. I buy all my drink beverages for the house there, the manager always makes sure she makes the Pepsi or Coke rep. Add more of 5he two liters I buy weekly which is customer service at it's finest! they accept cash, credit/debit, and Ebt. Will continue to shop with them!

Well, as a 30 year retail manager in food...the store is well kept...and the best thing is " you never have to wait! All lines are open including customer serviceStay away from Walmart....you pick, you scan, you bag it, you push it yo you car...no customer service ever...just pay them!

Supermarket prices are going up! Food Lion shopping is more effective because of the coupons, etc. Unfortunately, local gossip and innuendos can make your shopping experience difficult.

Typical shopping mall with fast food, clothing and other retail stores. It has several entry and exit routes for a better traffic flow. It need some maintenance though, as it looks old and not cared regarding landscape. It is a convenient spot for travelers to stop and grab something on the way to their destination.

This shopping center is very family friendly, yet more conducive to a mature adult. It has that down home feel to it and that's the way it has always been. The younger populist doesn't fit in, yet they patronize some of the nearby spots. Overall, I conclude that change isn't bad; as long as you aren't open to it. I like the calm of Anson Station and appreciate a down home feel every now and then. I was born and raised here, went off to college, lived all over the southeast, came home, left again and again. Now as I contemplate my next move, the slower pace of a local shopping center is appreciated.

If your trying to shop healthy food lion is not the place to go. Alot of soy filled food(were not cattle). Their produce section is descent though I notice alot of the fruit is usually starting to go bad when I shop there maybe wadesboro is last to be delivered to. Theis is no butcher in town besides iga and that is not a great place to shop. I believe anson station/Wadesboro would benefit from a showmars and a Harris teeter. The closest Harris teeter is in Albemarle.

I visited the Goody's store and they had so many good deals on everything, I because I found out they are closing that location. But I found some lovely tops and dresses there. Very friendly atmosphere also.

I went to the Burger King here during breakfast, ordered French toast sticks. What I received was leftover garbage! Initially I didn't have syrup. Some pieces were hard others were under cooked. Needless to say it was tossed out. If I was not on my way home to Charlotte to a doctor's appointment I would have turned around.SN: I was really hungry. Therefore I was really disappointed. They are lucky to get one star, only because I cannot give zero stars

Hey they closed and abandoned a Walmart I understand from the water-cooler that they had immense theft and loss ,I can see as they are a fairly closed off town everyone shops at small store and the median income is low,but you cant show that much loss without insider Assistance.

This is a shopping area. There is a Subway, Food Lion, AT&T, H&R Block, tanning place, medical supply store, chinese restaurant, and a Goody's. It's a clean and safe area. There is also a Burger King as well.
