I love tractor supply for a lot of things but do NOT use their Vet Clinic service. You’ll end up fighting with them once a month to approve heartworm preventative medicine and they wont respond to the vet source website they partner with for subscriptions so you just end up waiting for meds that never come. I wish I could give zero stars.

Very, very disappointed. I placed my order of 4-50 lb sax horse grain 5 bales pine shavings and 2 tubs electrolytes (over $150) online Saturday before 10am for delivery by 2pm SAME DAY. Delivery driver neglected to pickup bales of shavings and only showed up with grain and electrolytes. Then told me someone else would be right out with my shavings. When I hadn't received my shavings over 3 hours later, at 5:45pm I call the store only to be told they will deliver my shavings "sometime Sunday or Monday". They won't call and let me know which day or when. Poor Customer Service. Am really rethinking my relationship as a customer.

I had a great experience during my visit. I was in the market for a battery operated tiller/cultivator.I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and Frank helped me out right away anything all my questions.They just happened to have a 60V Greenworks on sale that would serve my purpose. Frank was very thorough and even opened the box and making sure everything was in there. He then aided me in checkout and helped carry it to my car.I can't say enough about this tractor supply. You don't get this kind of service anywhere anymore.

Very helpful they didn’t have something in stock with the guy told me they just got a truck in if they had it, he would hold it for me. He took my number the next day he called me and said only one came in and if you want it, you can have it and he held it for me until I got off work best tractor around

I had bought me some cat boots about a week ago and the sole started separating. I walked in the store and asked for customer service desk. A very politely cashier directed me to customer service. After explaining to Dylan about my problem he solved it in a jiffy with no hick ups. Staff is super politely and solved my problem smooth like butter. 👍

Everything from tires to dog food. Seasonal options for plants and fruit trees. Propane refills are by the gallon and not a flat rate.

Barley stocked and raised their prices. If your going to raise price least be stocked up instead of wasting my gas money not having the stuff in stocked. More so when your website say you have it in stocked in that store smh. Now have to drive to sanford to get rest of the stuff to probably get over charged 5 to 10 there too

I love the fact that this store continues to greet it's customers by wearing face masks and gloves during this covid-19 period, great prices and certainly good customer service, regardless how busy they might be! Especially a cashier named Jennifer. She was nice and answered all our questions!

Great staff at SP store, customer service unbelievable, found a chain saw i liked and they matched the sale price from a competitor and i saved 56.00 dollars which i used to purchase new chains. Took it home and in 10 minutes i had it running and doing tree cutting and so far works great. Very happy and would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase.

This particular location was less than helpful on first visit to try on and possibly purchase boots. The response on the first day was "we don't have enough people to help you." I went to Sanford, NC location and they were polite, but did not have the right size in boots.I revisted the Southern Pines location and the assistance was horrible. The manager stopped by, but dismissed me only stating that we have a bunch of thieves. She would not give me her name.. She also would not take any reception of advice based on another store.Based upon these interactions at this location, I will never shop this store. I will also spread this experience and recommendation to everyone I know.I hope this will be reviewed and corrected.Regards,Ira

Store staff is always friendly and readily offer assistance. The store is well stocked, probably a little too well stocked - aisles are narrow and tall giving a bit of a tunnel effect. The overhead signing and signing in general is excessive, when you first walk through the entrance it's a bit overwhelming. If those type of things don't bother you, it's a good place to shop and you'll usually find what you're looking for and probably a few things you didn't know you needed. If you can't find an item the staff goes out of their way to locate or order it for you.

Used to be my go to for everything but the prices are climbing like crazy, even for busted bags they want to only take .99 cents off when a third or more product is gone. I also wish they would find a way to cover the bedding out front, the last 4 bags I purchased they were all moldy... I don't want my animals laying on mold when its supposed to be clean and fresh

Not happy with Tractor Supply in general. I always seem to run into problems dealing with them. People are nice, but contact is difficult unless I drive to a store. Currently trying to place an order and can't get the website to work for numerous reasons. I tried several different browsers. Tried to contact them through email and that wouldn't work. Tried to call the phone number provided, waited on hold for 8 minutes and was disconnected. Maybe someone from TSC will see this and address their issues. Update: Phone number given in Response from Owner is the same number that I can't reach anyone on.

I have been avoiding tractor supply because of my experiences in the Asheboro location. In four or five visits I have had no good experiences and have posted accordingly.But out of necessity went to the store in Vass today and had a totally different experience. I was met at the door by a man whose name I forgot to get and he took me to help find the item I needed. It wasn't easy to find but he kept at it and then gave me advice on how to use it. It's amazing what a different experience you can have with competent help.

Amazing helpful staff. Bought a Weatherguard crossover tool box for my truck. This store was the only one to stock it in three counties. Staff and manager got me in and out fast. I'm super excited about the purchase and cannot say enough good things about Tractor Supply Co. Vass NC store. Thanks again Greg.

Bought their last zero turn mower in stock. Emily And a gentleman whose name i forget were more than helpful letting me know why it was used and at a lower cost. Was in and out quickly and able to get to work with my new mower. Kudos to y’all for the great service!

I was building a fence around my property and the staff there was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The manager there was able to give accurate advice on the proper gauges of wire and what gate size would work best. The employees who helped us load our 90 8-foot posts, gates, and fencing were hard working and very pleasant to be around.All in all, it's a normal Tractor Supply, but it's got some great staff at it. Which is why I'll be coming there first for what I need before anywhere else, as long as I'm living in the area.

I spent most/all of my adult life in retail (I’m now 72). I know customer service! If I’m going to spend my money, which I earned the hard way, I want someone on the other side to act as though they appreciate that I chose to spend my hard earned money at their place of business!When I walk into the Vass store someone almost Always greets me, even if they are busy. I know from experience that this doesn’t take anything away from the customer they are currently servicing....people just want to be acknowledged.. No one wants to walk into & out of a store without any acknowledgement, like they are invisible!Just a quick, “hey how you doing” or “I’ll be with you in a minute”! The Vass store does this.Even when I have to find somehow bc retail is busy, managers & associates alike are friendly, knowledgeable & happy to help the newer “chicken tenders” like myself, just 3 years now. Thank you

Great store, clean and a good selection, unless you wear a small. Their selection is huge if you wear a large or 3XX. Their buyer needs to do their homework a bit better.
