I’m sure the reason Michael Vela said Piggly Wiggly was run by inbreeds and simpletons are the words he has heard most of his life so therefore he uses them in most sentences trying to sound intelligent ( fails miserably ). Piggly Wiggly is a fine place and is changing with the times so keep it up fellas.

piggy wiggly was clean..good variety..got what we needed n had a delightful older cashier..she recognized that the friend I was with bc he is 87 did not recognize the correct place for him to check out ..she accommodated him n stepped aside n let him go thru where she was standing n made no big deal of it..very nice..

Avoid this place! It's run by simpletons and inbreeds! You walk in and there are different rotting smells as you walk through the store. Poorly run and managed!

Haven't been in this store since I was a little girl. I ABSOLUTELY love how they have changed. I will Definitely be going back to shop often. The meats selection is great and looks great all the time.

I like the smaller store format that was used decades ago. It's much easier to get in and out of a smaller grocery store. The prices are competitive with the larger chains and it is generally a better shopping experience. But that also depends on personal preference, that is to say that many people for the larger big box shopping experience. If you're a halfway decent cook find almost all the ingredients you need at small store like this. They keep the store very clean and the young people that work there are nice enough. Highly recommended.

Best meat selection and prices I've seen anywhere. You might be more able to get a dry aged something something at the more expensive groceries, but the prices at PW just can't be beat right now, and if you are buying/cooking/grilling for a large family, or needing meat for your homemade sausage habit, PW is your first stop.

Very clean excellent prices and Deals. A coupon machine at the front that is unlimited and is definitely worth the time to stop at and look through and simply touchscreen the coupon you need with no limits. Very nice staff willing to help and also still bagging the groceries and willl take out to the car for you if needed. Excellent prices on Meats! To hell with Food Lion and Walmart prices. Still need to mix it up but this is a very good place to shop

Best grocery store in the area. Because it's a smaller store it's over looked alot, compared to the larger stores. But what it lacks in branding, and marketing, it more than makes up for in prices, and quality goods. Local farm fresh items, and the best prices on the freshest meats, in a multiple county radius!! Keep up the good work guys. And as their slogan says, "I'm sticking with the Pig!" Lol.. give em a try. You would t be disappointed.*fun fact, piggly wiggly is the first to use the typical setup for a modern day grocery store!!!! So not only a great store, but an innovator!! Lol.

Piggly Wiggly is a great place to get groceries! All the workers are, usually, nice and it has most of what you need as far as the basics go. It's not like like they have gormet meals there. They always have Christian music playing and are closed on Sundays. It's a very pleasant place. I go get groceries there all the time.

You have to understand what you're getting with Piggly wiggly. It's a small town type of supermarket that's a pretty small store. But they do have the essentials. The employees are always pretty helpful. I give it a 3 Star because the place is never clean looking. If you're in Vass it beats driving to Aberdeen to shop for groceries

It's a mom and pop country store. Small selection of items, but recently priced for being in the middle of no where. Staff is friendly and helpful. Floors could be cleaned especially since they are selling food there. Stay clear of the deli🤢🤢 but not too bad for a small timey grocery store or last minute item on your trip passing thru.

Sometimes they have really good deals, that's about the only time I shop there. Prices seem slightly above average for the area. The store could certainly use a remodel. Not opposed to shopping there.It's just not my first choice either.

I live in the Harnett- Cumberland area, actually my family and I are going to the PW now because we not only enjoy the country drive, but we also support our local farmers of produce, poultries, pork, and beef as well as the other companies. We love shop in Vass it's perfect welcoming country atmosphere ever💯👍🏾

There's nothing quite like a hometown grocery store - no crowds, no rushing and there is always a register open. Oh, and if there are more than two people in line they open another one! Maybe you can't get everything you want , but you can get what you need and that's enough. Friendly staff too!
