Definitely deserve FIVE STARS! Kimmie at the Vass location did an AMAZING job grooming my Great Pyrenees, Joan of Bark. My dog was getting groomed at Woofgang Bakery in Fayetteville but they insisted she be groomed every 6 weeks and were charging me almost $300 each time. After Woofgang refused to see my dog after not being groomed more than 3 months I took her to Five Points and it's the BEST decision! Best grooming, great location, prices reasonable, and friendly staff! I even found a great small town local coffee shop in Vass where I enjoyed the food and coffee and did some online work while waited for my dog to finish her spa day! I absolutely LOVE FIVE POINTS PET RESORT! I've also taken my dog to the other location in Raeford for boarding and grooming!

My two labs spent 9 days at Five Points while we went on vacation. I can’t say enough good things about it. We loved being able to watch them in their room on the camera and the staff kept me in the loop nearly every day about how they were doing. They care immensely about the dogs well being and safety and the cost is 100% worth the peace of mind. My dogs tonight after being picked up are happy and playful which is a change from picking them up previously from another facility where they seemed sad and out of it. I will definitely take them back to Five Points again! Thank you so much for taking good care of my dogs.

I guess, They took good care of my cat however , they are in a tiny glass case, and the price was ridiculous. They quoted me a price and never mentioned anything about a $35 fee on top of the nightly $26. I think they just make their own prices up. I would definitely get everything in fine print and explained before you drop off a cat.

Absolutely a God send! We’ve only needed to board our dogs (2 labs) a couple of times with the most recent being 9 days. Five Points went over and beyond taking care of our babies. The staff took care of our babies as if they were their own. We will only ever use Five Points and highly recommend them to anyone that needs to board.

We board our dogs quite frequently at Five Points and have always received the five star treatment! Our dogs practically run inside when it’s time for drop off and the staff is always friendly to all of us! I highly recommend using them for all your boarding and grooming needs! Thank you Five Points for being our fur babies home away from home!!!

I like to start out by saying we have been boarding our pets at Five Points Pet Resort since 2015. The facility is great, the best in the area, and our dogs love it there. But ever since the new management took over the Vass location they have made it very difficult to get day spa visits and have now changed their drop-off times that benefit their staff and inconvenience the customer. You can no longer drop your dog off at 7:30 AM in the morning, and if you want to, you’ll be charged $35/dog for early drop off in addition to the cost of boarding your animal. They expect working (dual especially) families who need to be at work by 9 AM to drop off their pets at 12 PM the day of or before the requested reservation date. This makes no sense because people have to be at work before 9 AM and come home from work after 4 PM. Now they are charging you for an additional day because they know as a working family you’ll have to bring your pet in the day before to meet this 12PM drop off time or be charged an additional fee for early drop-offs. They say this is because it gives their staff time to disinfect their kennels. This is fine and dandy, and we all want clean kennels for our loved ones, but the management should be accounting for kennel cleaning in their daily operations that do not inconvenience clients to drop off their pets early in the morning before they go off to work and without additional drop off fees per animal. I truly hope the owners Billy and Candace Brock reconsider their current policy for drop-off times and go back to how it use to be where we could drop-off our pets at 7:30 AM without additional fees or we’ll be looking for a new place to board our animals.

We trust Five Points in Vass to care for our two pups when we are away. We also send our pups there for grooming. Their customer service is great and their portal easy to use.

I am not a custom to leaving my furbaby to others that are not family to me. The last two times I brought my sweet baby girl here, I have felt like she has been in good hands. She's an older fur baby and needs a different type of care than the you younger fur babies that come there. I had my Siberian Husky, Gracie stay over a weekend at the Five Points Pet Resort in Vass. They had offered many accommodations to choose from, I enjoyed their reasonable pricing and how friendly the service was from the moment I called. I was impressed by how much they cared for her as this was her first being away from home. When I got her back, they included a behavior card which for me was insightful to know how she did. I would recommend this place for your fur babies.

I absolutely love my fur baby grooming today. This was my first time bringing my baby here and I was pleased from start to finish. The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the groomer was very kind and asked questions about my baby and was very knowledgeable on Doodles grooming. My baby came out with her Halloween bow (she shook it out already so I replaced it with a Fall bandanna) and her hair felt so soft and fluffy (and smelled wonderful). I will definitely book in the future for her grooming (the price was also the cheapest I’ve paid) but the service was the same if not better!!!

Every time we bring our babies here they are very well taken care of. You can tell by how happy they are when we arrive they had a great time and employees even give you a daily report of how your pets did. We have taken our dogs in the past to other places and when we pick them up they are scared and seem very afraid. Not when they come here. They are happy, excited and stress free. Thank you so much for taking such great care of Pope and Sophie 🤣

We had such a positive experience with Five Points in Vass. They kept our senior dog and took such great care of her. The feature of a camera being in her room made us feel at ease the entire length of our trip. We were able to check on her throughout the day. Seeing her wagging her tail and people interacting with her and giving her love reassured us she was being well taken care of and that she was happy. We will definitely use Five Points again!!!!

Took my boy shadow there when we went on a Disney Cruise, he was well taken care of and got to watch him on the web Camara and received pictures of his play times, the staff was amazing and shadow had alot of fun and loved it. The staff was amazing and took amazing care of him!

Great experience as usual. We have an older dog that we boarded for over a week. They did a great job walking me through pricing options to come up with the most affordable plan for our needs. We also had very limited access to email and phone during our time away and they were very quick to respond when I did have a chance to check in on my pup. Five Points is our go-to every time for boarding!

The staff were friendly, attentive and kept us informed about what happened. Appreciated the report card of the stay. We boarded cats and we really liked the suites for the dogs...something we will keep in mind should we get a dog in the future. The dog suite was set up like a small living room with couches and chairs for the dogs to lay on or destroy. Excellent stay. Just wish the cats got outside of their cat rooms to play (maybe it happened and we didn't know). And also wish there were webcams for us to spy on the cats when we wanted. Not a deal breaker by any means.

Our pets are always in a great mood when we pick them up from Five Points Pet Resort. We can tell they are treated well and have a good time while we are out of town! The staff is also very friendly and sad to see our dogs leave.
