Closed at 3:30 on Saturday for no reason.. All the lights on. Doors locked. Can't make money if you hide from customers during business hours. Ridiculous.

Although this place is usually messy and sometimes utter chaos, I do like the fact that I could usually find what I need at a reasonable price. I use the app for coupons for really good deals, however read the fine print. Oh and clip the coupons before you go in because signal is weak in the store.

One of the better Dollar Generals I've been to, it is always kept stocked up and the store is always clean. It's also close to home if your a Valdese local and the next closest one is in Morganton. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a problem here.

Come here often for odds and ends. Staff is friendly and helpful. An employee took the time to help me find something I was looking for and helped me decide which option was best for my needs.Thank you and keep up the good work!

The second staff could use some etiquite training. They didnt want to honor the 50% clearance, that wasn't unmarked, and two previous stores honored the exact same items. I even found two items that would not ring up, and the second shift staff refused to sale them since it wasnt in the system. I guess I should have just left the store wuth them but the sarcastic cashier placed yhem behind the counter. I suppose she took them for herself, or just threw in the dumpster. The store was hard to get around in, especially with a buggy. I have yet to shop here without having to wait to long in checking out process. I must add that this review is geared towards the hours of 4pm and until closing.

Great, friendly staff. I ride my bicycle, so naturally I have a backpack. They had no problem with it being in the store 👍.

This is a great little place the staff are nice and they will stop what they are doing to help you find what they are looking for we are lucky to have the store close to town

The clerk had a patron that messed up the bathroom and said she closed it due to that. But it has been closed for hours she said. Very bad attitude. Said she couldn't do it all by herself. And followed me out the store fussing about how bad she had it. Pittiful person and bad.for store.I'll use any.other store than that one if, she is working. I don't think that's very professional of that person or store.

The staff is always friendly. It's not always perfectly straightened up but I've seen a whole lot worse as far as DG's go

They have a little of everything and very good prices. You can buy a complete line of food and clothing among lots of other items.

The store never has anything on the floor unless it's really on the floor but you can look in back and stockroom is full and when i asked him a question he said we are out as i was asking him about something else he just walked off
