I TOTALLY 1000% recommend this vet!! We can't thank Ms Jenny and her team enough for helping us with our sick fur kids. She is VERY passionate about animals. She listens to what you have to say and thoroughly looks at the dog over. She takes her time in the room to care for the animal and when you have to put your old fur kids down it's never easy, we all cried in the room. When you see a vet cry you know very well they are passionate about what they do. We have been there 4x this month for our dogs and every time they we're all passionate.We cannot thank you all enough!!

My little 10 year old dog Barley had a pretty bad tooth abscess "emergency" but she also has severe esophagus issues but they worked me in the very morning I called and got the surgery done in a couple days with no issues! The staff are warm, calming and welcoming. Absolutely recommend! I also approve of the fluffy orange cat they have. Thank you Animal Hospital!

Adopted a dog from animal control and he had his leg amputated here. Awesome staff, awesome vets, I only wish I had known of this place when my last dog was still alive. The attitude in a vets office and the kindness of the vet and the staff make a world of difference to anyone who truly cares for their pet and wants the best care. This place checks all the boxes!

Very nice place and great experience with one on one conversation with the vet. He put his own personal care with our dogs. We are the owners of our own kennel and give all our puppies the best, and we will be sending them to this clinic for the best care.

My dog was having issues walking. This place was booked up through closing time but still offered to check him out if I could wait. I did and found out from the blood work that he had advanced leukemia and probably didn't have long to live. I had not planned on leaving there without him but I couldn't let him suffer through all that pain and chose to put him to sleep. The staff were very caring and told me my options. They allowed me to have time with him before they put him to sleep and stay with him until the end. They were very kind and supportive, especially the doctor. She really cares about people and their animals! I highly recommend this place to anyone whose animals are like family!

Dr. Jenny is so amazing! I had a hard time finding the right vet after we moved to morganton. Then I found Dr.Jenny! They are very reasonably priced. You can tell how much she cares for the animals. She goes out of her way to be there. She does not communicate things in a way that is terrifying. She isn’t trying to make extra money and push things on you. I have had animals forever and she is the best!! The entire staff is very kind and welcoming. Even my senior dog loves them.

I want to tell you all how grateful I am for y’all, and for the man vet who did try to save my baby but it was too late. I wished I would have known sooner the people I rescued him from poisoned him, but they didn’t admit to it until I text them and told them he passed. And I'm so sorry to the people sitting out in the parking lot yesterday when I completely lost it when I was told he had no heart beat. I will forever miss him, in just five short day’s he became the light of my life. Thank you all again, I can’t thank you all enough for being so caring and compassionate!

2nd visit to have my dogs nail clipped. This time was totally different from 1st visit. This visit they didn't file them. They were very sharp, jagged, some barely clipped. Was very disappointed.

Everytime I go here they are super accommodating. Very sweet. The vets and vet techs are wonderful. Very kind people who go out of their way for you, your fur babies, and even the random strays.

They take good care of our babies. They don’t rush and are very knowledgeable. They have even given us things we needed that had been donated, including new insulin syringes when my dog was initially diagnosed. Very nice people too. Highly recommend.

I've been bringing my dogs and cats here for years. My babies are always treated with respect, and I feel like everyone who works here genuinely loves animals. My dog actually tries to run back inside every time I bring him, which makes me feel good because this is a place he doesn't dread coming to. He's always very excited when the techs come out to get him.This is one of the best vet offices in the county in my opinion, and your pets will feel right at home.

While scheduling an appt may take a while for just a well check, they are wonderful at getting your pet in asap if he/she is sick.Dr. Jenny was wonderful with Sadie as were her staff. We are really happy with this veterinarian's practice!

Even tho is was for a sad situation this place and very friendly staff took care of my girl Even tho we weren't clients there. They prescribed my dog more than twice the amount of thyroid medication she needed. Labs showed that at half of what was prescribed her levels were at 4.4 with 4.0 the high normal level. I’m a nurse and knew it when I saw how much they gave it was too much. It shows the incapability to correctly prescribed correct dosage and it could have seriously harmed my dog. No way I’d take my animal here.

Always blames patient never is helpful, talks down to patient, does NOT care about animals, pretty much told me to put my dog down, very uncaring. I requested records and a note was wrote on the chart that was untrue. Never can get through. Sad that a good vet has such poor staff. This has been constant. I have finally gotten the nerve to find a new vet office. They said they have had multiple people tell them the same concerns. I would never recommend.

My dog needed to see a doctor for an abscess. Could not get an appointment with our regular vet any this week. I called East Burke Vet and they saw him that day. They were extremely helpful and kind!! I appreciate them so much for seeing Levi and treating him!! Thanks to Dr. Wallrichs and all the staff!!

This is the best vet I know! After 3 vets told me my puppy's leg had to be amputated, Dr. Wallrichs decided to put her dislocated bone back in place and he did a fantastic job. She runs like nothing ever happened. I thank God for Dr. Wallrichs! 🙌
