I am BEYOND floored at the changes made in the past 8 months at this shelter. We recently made a visit to add to our family and I just cant even put into words the fantastic changes made. Not to mention the fact IT WAS CLEAN! How many shelters can say that? Not many at all. No cat smell no nothing and staff was friendly director was amazing. Excellent work Tri County

Heartbreaking scammers with no consideration for real familes. Even After you have already filled out ALL the adoption paperwork and scheduled a pick up date they will turn around and give it to someone else. Terrible organization. Workers work sideways deals and dont follow proper adoption protocols. When they screw up the, Managers could care less and show no empathy. Avoid this shelter if you re a true pet lover.

I adopted my boy Copper from Tri-County on March 10th 2022. The staff at the facility are so dedicated to these animals that it warms your heart. If I could I would rate them with six stars.

Come visit. The adoption is straightforward, and there are so many sweet pets. The staff is kind, friendly, and helpful.

The Young ladies there are so nice. We found a stray Chihuahua on the side of the road . We couldn't find the owner so we took her to the shelter where I know she will be cared for. Thank you tri County Animal Shelter employees for all you do. GOD BLESS.

Thank heaven we have a shelter like this in the area. Its clean, the staff is friendly and informative but more importantly, they genuinely love animals. Please come by and rescue your new best friend... or, donate!! They will always be in need financial support along with food and supplies. I know that our community will help keep this location going strong for as long as there is a need for shelters.

Super place to see what kind of selection they had. The staff was amazing!! Very friendly and professional. The selection of animals was better than the selection I've found in other places were have looked. We're going back soon

Katelyn Robertson is the new director of Tri-County Animal Shelter & she is doing amazing things to help these animals not only get adopted but raise awareness in our community. She has a Facebook page where she updates almost daily to what animals are for adoption & strays that are brought in so they can find their home again. Often doing fundraising (tshirts, decals for cars, etc) to help with cost forwards adoption fee. She goes out into our community to talk with adults & children about proper care for animals, etc. The facility is well organized & easy to see the animals.

I see a bunch of baby cats here and am worried the owner of this trailer park will kill them with a knife or shoot them like he said he does every summer when unfixed cats have a liter of babies, I see about 4 or 5 new cats about 2 months old here. I'm trying to save them but I have no means of how to do this without help and I'm not talking money help.
