You should go to literally any other pharmacy in the world other than this one. Pharmacist Pritti Patel is the most rude, disrespectful, unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered. Not sure why she’s in the business if she hates it to much. And to make it worst the store manager Jared watched the entire interaction and was too scared to speak up. Pretty obvious who runs that store, and it’s not him. With such a quickly growing community this pharmacist needs employees with more patience and management with more of a back bone. Switched everything over to the pharmacy off East Broad St. A little out of my way but 100000% better customer service and experience, so it’s worth it.

Pharmacy service is terrible, for so long now. Finally transferred my prescriptions to Harris Teeter, where they are always helpful, welcoming, and efficient. Save the time & headache and use a different pharmacy if you can.

Absolutely incompetent pharmacy. By-and-large, the staff has been very rude these last couple of months. I just got off the phone with the pharmacist. (Pritty Patel) Incredibly rude. After they INCORRECTLY filled a prescription, expecting me to go through hoops to fix it. So beware this pharmacy is giving out controlled substances incorrectly!

This pharmacy is awful. You try to call and no matter the time you sit on hold for more than 20 minutes. The staff is extremely rude except for the pharmacists. If it weren’t for the fact that this is the only Walgreens in the area unless you want to go to Statesville, I’m sure you would have lost a lot of customers. They don’t call with updates, they expect the automated system to accurately update, and 9 times out of 10 it is ALWAYS wrong.

Calling in prescriptions to this Walgreens pharmacy is often futile- not sure if they just ignore; calling pharmacy directly takes >15 minutes- pharmacists are pleasant and knowledgeable if you can get to them. Many SNFs , ALFs do not have direct computer links w pharmacies- therefore would be nice if Walgreens voicemail or texting worked as well as other pharmacies.

This pharmacy is terrible, I always have to wait 20 plus minutes even when no one else is here, they are always confused, they forget to fill my prescription, and to top it off they are disrespectful and constantly interrupt me and have hung up the phone on my multiple times

The pharmacist here is extremely helpful. She always goes out of here way to assist you. Drive thru can be slow at times and their hours need to be extended for as busy as Troutman is. Sure beats driving all the way to Mooresville.

This Walgreens is convenient…as long as you don’t use the pharmacy. I have been using the automatic refill program they have. I always have several prescriptions on file. They don’t check the file to fill my prescriptions. They send a form to my doctor to get a new order. This happens every time. I quit using the refill feature and call to tell them my prescription is on file. They are still automatically filling that prescription after personally telling them to stop the refill feature. I use them for convenience but it is never convenient.

Waited on hold for an hour and 5 minutes to speak with someone. It's completely unacceptable. I assumed they had like one person working in the pharmacy if it took that long, but upon arriving to pick up my prescription that was sent over and not filled for multiple days, I realized there were 6 people working in the pharmacy... I informed the manager up front who did not seem to care and stated they are working on it. I think it's safe to say they are not working on it and I would suggest not calling as it will only make you upset when no one answers for an hour.

Not sure what happened to this place, but you should not expect your medicine on time or without a hassle. I’ve wasted so much time on hold for over half an hour, being told things that are flat out wrong, or just having them “forget” my prescriptions entirely. Today I got the privilege of waiting 1 hour in the store for a medicine they should have called for days in advanced and didn’t. I was told my name would be called within 30 minutes. After an hour I had to wait in line just to find out that filled it and didn’t call me over the intercom. There’s so many more examples of the incompetence here. I have a feeling it’s due to poor pay for employees and they keep leaving. Can’t blame them. Will be going to the pharmacy down the street from here on. The Waltons have enough money and don’t need my business.

Wonderful group of people.❤️ I had to call I know of six times to make sure my doctor had sent my prescription in. My doctor kept messing up my prescription the ladies that were working on ( I don’t know if there was any men working in the pharmacy) December 14, 2022 were wonderful. they were more than willing to help me get the medicine that I had spent over six hours calling different pharmacies trying to find. They treated me with respect and they treated me like a human being. They understood that things happen and things get messed up and they did not blame me at all andthey did not get mad not one time. I know that they were super busy but they still took the time to answer my questions and talk to me. I just want to say thank you to all the people that worked in the pharmacy on December 14, 2022. I hope that everyone of you have a merry Christmas and again I appreciated everything that you’ve done for me today . I’ll be a Customer for life❤️

Worst location ever! I scheduled a 840 appointment to get my flu shot the lady working on the front just act like she didn’t know what she was doing. I waited for over 20 minutes they told me to sit down and no one acknowledged me. She kept asking about insurance information multiple times. Then walks over to the drive-through window I started helping customers , instead of helping people that were there already. I finally got up and just took my insurance card back. I’d rather go to CVS! This is why I prefer a CVS or a Walgreens better customer service

This location's pharmacy rarely has your prescription within 24 hours. It doesn't matter if it is for an antibiotic or ear drops or a steroid cream... Doesn't matter. The wait is always a couple days and no one tells you your prescription is ready. You have to call multiple times a day and the hours are unreliable. I'm not sure why this particular location is so slack. The Mooresville Walgreens on 150 is the best option every time.

Twice I've used this pharmacy instead of my regular pharmacy because I wanted to use the drive thru. Both times now getting my RX filled has been a hassle. They send an automated call saying there's a problem with insurance. Then when I call to check they say they didn't have the correct info from the doctor. This doesn't happen when I use Sam's Club, so the common denominator is this Walgreen's.

Today will be the last time I come to this Walgreen's even though it is less than 5 miles from my home. I've been waiting in the drive through pick up for 10 minutes. One car in front of me. They have major issues with this service. Going to change to the Walgreens on East Plaza Drive, Mooresville where my wife goes. Longer drive but much better service. Still waiting.... 15 minutes and counting...

People working in the store are nice, but the phone line does not work. I’ve called over 12 times and was only able to connect with someone once. The system hangs up on you after a short period of time, or really long hold time I’ll need to be hung up on by the system. I don’t think it’s anybody in the store, but I think that a big company like that should have a phone system that works properly. Will definitely adjust the rating once they fix their phone lines.UPDATE: Staff is awesome there and I think the phone line thing was a fluke. Haven't had to call since, but everything else there has been amazing.

Coming from a pharmacy technician this is the worst Walgreens you can transfer your prescriptions to! They have people quitting every week and actually do not care about your needs! Been trying to transfer profile for last twos days! HUNG UP ON ME WHEN ASKED FOR IT ONE LAST TIME!

By far the worst walgreens ive ever been to,you wait on the phone forever on hold,meanwhile its saying "only 1 caller ahead of you" really?30mins for 1 caller ahead of me,then i get told its ready,drive 20mins outta my way,wait in line,for 30mins,meanwhile theres only 2 cars in the drivethru,im one of em,,to get told to come back in 40mins for some bullcrap reason,then other times, they say the most disrespectful things,judge you for the meds you take,you know yall keep up with the condescending judgement,an your really gonna cause someome to hurt themselves,yall shpuld really be ashamed smh

I had an issue with Express Script mail order. My doctor's office has changed their hours so I couldn't depend on them Bridget, the pharmacist, was able to push through and fill the prescription that I really need. Thanks so much for going above and beyond. You rock!!

Staff is always helpful, but for the volume the pharmacy is severely understaffed. Phone calls are on hold for upwards of an hour. The lines inside and at the drive thru go as fast as they can for the constantly limited staff

My Husband and I Visited Walgreens at this Troutman location on April 8, 2021 for our first covid 19, Moderna vaccine and filled out a short paper, and presented our Health Insurance cards.A technician took us to a small room and privately gave my Husband and I our vaccines...The staff in the Pharmacy were very cordial, and accommodating.Next vaccine 3 weeks from April 8, 2021.G O G E T V A C C I N A T E DDO YOUR PART!!!

I have used the pharmacy there a few times, and have never ever been treated rudely...Everyone at this store has always been more than friendly, even remembering my little girls and taking a minute to chat with them. It would be my best guess that if someone at this store was rude to a customer, the customer was probably rude first.

They had my Rx ready in less than an hour of the Doctor calling in. The cashiers were very friendly despite being extremally busy. I will be using this Walgreens from now on.

While I cannot comment on the store itself or the pharmacy, I'd advise people to stay AWAY from using their photo department. My last 2 out of 3 orders have been very messed up, causing me to have to resubmit the pictures elsewhere and make a separate trip out to pick up the photos. I don't know about ya'll, but I really don't have time for this.

The store itself is fine but I've been by there multiple times that they've been closed before nine o'clock. If your hours are till nine you should be open till nine not 8:15 or 8:30. Luckily there's a grocery store a cross the street.
