The girls who did my pup, boscoe. Did AMAZING!! With boscoe being a husky I’m always nervous when taking him to the groomers since they don’t like their nails touched. So much respect when you first walk in the building, great hospitality and friendly staff. Will definitely be returning for future appointments. Glad I finally found an amazing groomer for my pup (he’s a little grumpy in the picture, but he feels 100% better)

I recently moved to Troutman and needed to find a groomer for my big boy of a GSD. I couldn’t be happier with the service that my dog and I receive. Today was my dog’s second time going. The lovely ladies there do a wonderful job.

Highly recommend to any pet parent. The booking process was so easy and we’re able to get me in last minute. Our Atlas has never been to the groomers and he came out looking amazing thanks to Destiny ! Extremely affordable as well!

Got me in last minute when I could tell it was going to be a tight fit over the holidays. Spent extra time on my lab, saw his needs by offering an extra service for him to help with his dry skin. They went above beyond even on what seemed like a very busy day. The customer service was kind and personable, felt like I’ve been coming here for years. After the service I got a finished photo of my pet with the sweetest Christmas background. Truly, a great experience all around. Highly recommend!

I have doodles and have to go to a groomer very frequently. Kayla listens to any requests you may have and does a superb job. Both of my dogs get out of the car with tails wagging! The amount of services that she provides are extensive. She will even do fun cuts like Mohawks! You won't regret taking your animals here. She even grooms cats and bunnies!! Excellent value for your money!

My mobile groomer stopped grooming and I was panicked because my doodle is aggressive and a handful. The owner took winston in and he loved it! She sent pictures and kept us updated! Love this place! Winston has found his grooming home!

I was told to give this place a try through another groomer. After a couple of texts and a phone call, was able to get an appointment for the same week.My dog got a mini grooming (bath, shave his head, trim the fur around his feet and trim his sides. He was even ready ahead of time.Will use again.

This was my first time (1-/23/2020) with my dogs. Thankfully there was a slot that opened for my dogs and Kayla got them right in. She even worked around my crazy schedule to access drop off and pick up. My dogs smell great. They did not want to dart out the door either. They must have thought she was ok too!Kayla is very welcoming, to the point, and appears to run a good business. I will take them back again without hesitation.

Dropped off my dogs for boarding late one evening (Oct 2020), had to go right back and pick them up because owner decided.. after less than an hour.. that she couldn’t handle my small Beagle who is always a little anxious in new situations. (Other boarders have never had an issue with him.) I was then left with having to find new accommodations for my dogs around eight thirty at night.. the night before we left at dawn to go on vacation. I had already paid at drop off but it took the owner over a month to refund us fully.. and this was only after I sent her multiple texts and phone calls reminding her that we needed our refund.

A friend found a husky puppy running in the road outside the business and tried knocking, tried calling and no one would answer so he put it back in the gate and it crawled out a big hole in the fence. So he put the pup in his car and owner of the business finally called back and by this time he was already home. When she got there (after 9pm) she said “ I left around 7pm and I can’t believe I left the back door open!” Leaving this review in hopes the owner of the husky puppy sees this because it seems to be a recurring incident and they deserve to know.
