I dont normally leave negative reviews, but i feel like it's important to talk about this appalling experience. I had 2 dogs cut here. The haircut was not what we asked for. The woman was dishonest. The price was increased on us, and when I asked questions about it, I was told to find another groomer. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. The service took 6 hours to complete. Believe the negative reviews you see here they are accurate. This place is not the one for you.

Every time I take my four legged sister “Tilly” to get her day of glamour done she comes back looking and smells amazing. The ladies make sure I liked the service and ready to to fix anything I may not like.

Do not take your dog to this Groomer. Very very bad service. The Owner is very rude and both times I took my dogs, the haircuts were terrible. She overbooks and always says she is short staffed -took over 6 hours to groom my small Morkies. She also keeps the dogs in a closet without water and very hot. There is no area for the dogs to potty. Worst experience ever!!!!

I love My Blue Dog! My baby always comes back stressed and anxious from other places but he's so calm and happy after leave MBD! He always looks and smells amazing. Staff are friendly and great at what they do. Benito and I 100% recommend!

My fur baby (an Aussiedoodle) first visit ( two months ago) was great and we scheduled our 2nd appointment right then for June 30th. I received a phone call today from the groomer/owner stating that she will be out of town and will not be back until after the 4th and the only time she will have available is the middle of July. When I told her he can’t wait that long and Sensing buy the tone in my voice I wasn’t too pleased at the very last minute notice(and too late to get him in with someone reputable)she then says “ well, IF I can fit him in can you come today?” No ma’am I can not, I am at work, I took Friday off just to bring him because you are closed on Saturdays! Now, I truly understand that people would like to and deserve go away and enjoy the holidays but come on his appointment was on the book TWO MONTHS ago why wasn’t something said much sooner!!!!!

Have used a long time but never again. They cut big gaps in my dogs hair all over her body and the cut her flesh under her neck about the size of a fifty cent piece. Then they wonder why she cut a fit when they put her in the bathe. I feel sure it burned her where they cut her she has never acted out before. So no more Blue Dog

Excellent grooming business. I don’t have a clue when it come to dogs and how they need to be groomed. They recommended what to do, and did an exceptional dog on our pup.
