Had an interaction with a male cashier in the outdoor area yesterday afternoon that was so off-putting I will definitely not be coming back to this location and maybe Lowes at all. Tractor supply may be more expensive but at least their employees are always polite.

I'm sorry this review is for the Conway sc store. The Troutman store is great usually although this time they did not have what I needed. Can never get any help in this store. Asked 2 associates to call someone. They didn't show so finally called from my cell phone to get some help. 2 customers actually helped me. Guy finally took my call told him what row I was on and he finally came over was no help at all. The 2 customers continued to help me

Excellent customer service from Vincent and Pete! They are a great asset to your company! Very knowledgeable! As you walk in the staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. Store was well organized as well. I definitely recommend this Lowes store! Great job!

It has everything you expect in a Lowe's. Have on your walking shoes. Some customer service reps are slack and get irritated if you interrupt their gossip with a question.The row with sink fixtures was half the size of the one online and they don't carry the product I need, even though it was on their website.The garden center is great. The employees working in there were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Everyone is so nice, clean store, great selection but NO CASHIERS available! Plenty of people standing around at customer service area but not one could walk over to assist us. Fortunately the lady working the Customer Service register was very pleasant and checked us out without issue.

Vinyl fence delivered 3-4-2024.Installed 3-11-2024 The wrong gate was ordered I was told they would order another gate for me. contact Lowe’s approximately a week later for an update. Gate was never ordered. received the email stated the gate was ordered March 12 and 25 and they would follow up with me 3-27.. called for a update 4-16-2024 someone would contact me 24 to 48 hours no one contacted me /e mail.Called again 3-22-2024 someone will call you schedule appointment 24 to 48 hours no call /e mail.Call 4-24-2024 for a update someone will call you today no calls no email. when ordering the vinyl fence, I was overcharged the contractor loaded my material up on his truck and I stated to the contractor I purchased that equipment and to leave it I paid for it. I was told that Lowes always sends out extra equipment. If this is extra why did I pay for it? I did a return to the store over $300 of material. I will give you an update when my Gate is installed…. CUSTOMER BEWARE Troutman Lowes involved with the purchasing ,ordering contractor involved With the completion of this job gets a 0.

Went to check out to find that every check out is now self service.Also found out rewards cards are no longer active and you have to have the app on your phone and the QR code, expires in like 20 seconds....what are y'all thinking! You are making checkout a nightmare! I guess I'll be checking out in the garden center or building center where there are actual cashier's!

I purchased a Amana washer and dryer set on November 26th. Was scheduled for delivery today. When units arrived the washer was defective, leaking water. Now no one at Lowe's can tell me when I can get a washer in stock and redelivered. What's happened to pride in customer service.

Spent 7 hours trying to find a Lowe's with all the fence parts I needed. All of them said they had stock and they did not. Statesville Lowe's has been so run down, I felt like I was in a 3rd world country.

David in the electrical department was a huge help to me and my husband when we were trying to figure out a motion-sensor light solution for our driveway. When we encountered an installation issue, we returned and quickly found him and he helped us find a great cost-effective solution. He was friendly and helpful on both trips and made sure we had what was needed for our project.

Smooth and easy return. Started to put in a special order for tiles and the cashier pointed out they would be a $25 fee for not having an order over $100 - we only needed 4 tiles. So thankful she pointed that out.

I recently purchased carpet from the Troutman location. I got a great deal on a remnant roll which was far more carpet than I needed and the installation was quick. The installer worked by himself but was efficient and cleaned up all the mess. I’ll be doing the kitchen floor next and plan to use Lowe’s again.

I’ve had the worst customer service experience with Lowe’s in Troutman! I took a picture of flooring in their store and sent to my contractor, he ordered the flooring based on the product number displayed and then installed. I got to the house and said this was the incorrect flooring, went back to the store and snapped a picture. They had fixed the display and were now advertising correctly. I spoke with the assistant manager and all he said he could do was offering a discount on the correct flooring. I called the corporate number and after weeks of keeping me in limbo, they just sent me back to the store level. I called the store again asked to speak to the general manager, they said he was on vacation for two weeks. I then spoke with another assistant manager and she said they could replace the flooring and would get it scheduled. Then I get an email yesterday saying that it was brought to their attention the one manager already offered me a solution and there is nothing more they can do for me. I’ve emailed them back and still no response.I would understand if any of this is my fault, but it is clearly their fault.

The troutman Lowe’s is hands down the best Lowe’s I’ve ever been to!!!! And live been to many across different states too. Everyone in here is friendly and offers to help. My wife comes in and grabs hardware and stuff for me while I’m working on a project and she always talked about how pleasant everyone is at this store.Thanks to everyone because y’all care!!!

George Cid assisted me this morning (8/17/23) at the Lowes in Troutman, NC. I would like to recognize George as being patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My installer had called Lowes headquarters to check on availability of a flooring that I liked and matched my existing flooring, George was able to help when my installer was told the flooring was no longer available. George went beyond the call of duty to help me. What he did not know was that my husband passed 5 weeks ago today. I was able to get my installer on the phone and together they identified the flooring I wanted and George was able to complete an order by phone. He found all the product needed and was kind and patient with both myself and the installer. In a time where there is a lack of good customer service I commend Lowes for having employees like George. He was my guardian Angel today and I hope you will recognize him for a job well done and reminding this customer there is still such a thing as caring employee's who really want to help their customers.

The carpet I had just purchased for my spare bedroom a few months ago was no longer in stock when I went to order some for a different room BUT Josh and George Cid from the flooring department were beyond helpful in helping me color match and also gave me a discount to price match with the other style, I didn't even have to ask for one! It was so nice. They gave me great assistance and customer care from start to finish and I hope they get recognized for it! Thanks!

Not enough cashiers, long checkout lines. No longer offer a military discount on many items. Went back again, and only the self checkouts were open. Not enough staff, couldn't find anyone on the floor to help me find a heat gun for heat shrink tubing. Ended up going to their competitor to buy what I needed. Common Lowe's your corporate headquarters is just down the street, send someone in to figure this out...
