Just moved here from NJ and Groomingdells was nearby so I tried them and I’m very glad I did. My dog Carter can be difficult but they handled him with care and did a great job with his haircut. They now have a customer for life!

My dog came out with nothing but hair on his body and a swollen eye. My dog is literally traumatized!! I’m used to him being hyper and energetic. He’s now “lazy” and hurting. Absolutely unacceptable!

Went there today to get my little Buddy mini short haired dachshund groomed and they did a wonderful job! The people are down to earth and polite! When I came back to pick him up he didn't seemed stressed or shaking just excited to see me, unlike petsmart where he'd come back stressed and shaking. Totally recommend grooming Dell's in supporting local shop and great service!

We live in Huntersville and have not had any luck finding a groomer that would be patient with our 3 year old Goldmation. She can be really timid and frightened easily. My boss told me, if it was not too far to try Groomingdells in Troutman, about 22 miles from where we live. We are super glad we took the recommendation and drove to Troutman, it was well worth the trip. Along with taking the time to answer our questions and concerns, our dog was treated well, loved like we would love her and in a very good state (looks and emotional) when we returned to pick her up. The prices are very reasonable and even made up for some of the mileage up there. We will be going back on a regular basis.

My 2 boys had a great experience with Groomingdell's. After the horrible experience with another groomer I promised Colby he would not go through that again.Pat took the time to let him get to know the place and her. She was wonderful to both of them and myself also. They looked wonderful when we were done. We will be going again and from now on.

They were amazing!!!! My dog is 12 and has health issues and could not find anyone willing to groom my Labrador but they took her!!! So friendly and they did a wonderful job Maggie smelled so good and she looked fantastic when I picked her up. They didn’t rush they took their time and made sure Maggie was comfortable the whole time. Highly recommend for sure

This place has been the most welcoming place for me and my dog. Not only do they do an excellent job, but the kindness and love with which they treat the client and their dog is unique and incomparable to other places. I highly recommend GroomingDells for your pet. Personally, I loved it.

The people were friendly, and they did a pretty good job on my dog. But the shop smells very strongly of dirty dog. There appears to be a coating of hair laying on all of the surfaces. I was expecting it to look and smell clean. There are also 2 rather steep sets of steps to get down into the shop itself. My 12 year old dog had trouble getting up them. He also developed an upper respiratory infection 2 days after visiting. I do not plan to take him back.

We recently moved to the area and a neighbor referred us to Pat at Groomingdales. Pat did a wonderful job welcoming our two mini labradoodles into the salon. She was so sweet and caring to make them feel comfortable. Their coats were a mess and Pat did a wonderful job getting them back in shape. We will be back!!

They did an excellent job on all three of my dogs. My dogs didnt seem stressed or scared when I picked them up and the people there are extremely friendly. Would refer to everyone I know!!!!!!

I am sorry I have to write this, but,walked in, stunk badly, very dirty, unsanitary, they should be closed up, please someone look into this, thank you, now to my dog, only needed nails cut, dogs walking around, I had to put my dog on a filthy table, I had to tell her to put the leash around her neck, then she clipped the vein of a nail, she yelped, then did it again on the third one, she yelped again, bleeding on the table, put white powder from a dirty can, stuck paw in the can, but she been in business for 40 years, don't bring your pet,bring the SPCA
