This Goodwill is a little smaller but they seem to always have a lot of good stuff. I've found new shirts,coats movies and much more at this location. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly. Easy access to the Goodwill store from the road. Come and check them out.

This is a very nice goodwill, I believe it's relatively new. There is a huge selection of clothes for men, women and kids. A great selection of CDs and DVDs along with books and records. The furniture prices were really low, multiple rolling chairs and desks all for under $5. I purchased 1 older style chair with casters for $2😃👍

This location is probably one of my favorite, we drop in quite frequently and it never seems too disappoint. The staff are super friendly, and they've come to recognize us as regulars.

This was one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. Got some sweet retro T-shirts for $1.69 and some basically new shoes for $4. Clean store. Friendly and helpful staff.

The pricing is horrendous. They price most items at the same price you can get them new. The point of a thrift store is for people who don't have much money to be able to purchase gently used things/clothing for cheaper. This goodwill is failing the community.

Polite, friendly, helpful staff make this a good place to shop. The store is smaller than some other Goodwill stores but has quite a bit of variety packed into the limited space. Parking is plentiful. It is a short walking distance to a couple of restaurants. The bathroom was clean. There was only one fitting room but there were a couple of comfortable chairs by the fitting room area to rest a bit while waiting.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. My husband and I went to drop off donations, but when we got there we realized we grabbed the storage box piles from our house and not the donation piles, so needless to say we started to leave. That’s when a very rude employee approached us accusing us of stealing and saying we will be persecuted. I told her she is more than welcome to go check the cameras, because we touched nothing and explained the situation. She still went on and on about us stealing. I will never shop here nor will I ever donate as much as a crumb to another Goodwill.

I love the goodwill in troutman, since moving to this new location the store has been so much more organized and find the best deals here. The staff are usually very friendly and helpful..

Travelers, I got a cashmere sweater for 3.99. wool pants and blazers and boots. Stuff seemed nicer than other Goodwill stores. Hope you have as much luck as I did.

I think it's a wonderful store, Yes it's kind of small and crowded but they are trying to fix it to where it's not. And they have the nicest employee unlike some other stores i have been in that are really snobby and not a help to you at all and very rude sometimes.
