The staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to help you if you ask. I cannot lift a lot of heavy items, and they are kind enough to help me load them into my cart and my car when needed.I've used the Food Lion app many times to order groceries and schedule a pick up time where they load the groceries into my vehicle. It works smoothly, and it is a wonderful help.They've gotten in many new products needed for Keto or other low-carb diets. It's awesome.They've been hiring for new employees...seems job-seekers may apply at any time here for work.P.S. Don't forget to get a MVP card...the discounts go a long way.P.S.S. They have in soil & plants for planting, now.

The store is always clean and well stocked to include sale items. But the Food Lion employees that work there are absolutely the best. They're all extremely helpful and nice. I have yet to have a bad experience at this Food Lion location

Very clean store inside and out(parking lot). Good selection of fresh produce , vegetables and meats to choose from. Very fast and friendly customer service. Easy access to the store from the roadway and into the store.

this store has everything i need- and i love the ez self checkouts. in out-and i can get cash back out of my bank. people are helpful here and it has a come one come all attitude. that works for me. and they keep the beer cold and the bananas fresh. good stuff

It’s Food Lion, but I find that this one is below average even for Food Lion. The major complaint is that whenever I go in here the aisles are always filled with employees stocking. They walk in front of you, block the way, and are generally just not very interested that you are trying to shop. It is always this way at this location. Maybe adjust the stocking time to around closing as well as teach the employees to be more courteous.

I had never had very much luck at Food Lion Grocers until finding this little gem. The produce is always fresh and beautifully displayed. The variety in all departments is amazing for a store of this size. And every employee I have met in both of my trips to this store have been happy and energetic. Thank you for a great shopping experience!!!

I like to shop Food Lion, but I dislike this location. The store is clean, but it's old and worn. They don't have the same items as the one down on Brawley School. I drive the extra few minutes to shop there instead. I use this one if I absolutely need something right away. Otherwise, no thanks!

Great produce, good meat department with good all around prices. One small issue when ever someone gets in the express lane with more that the limit of items no one ever says anything so if i have two items i have to wait till they ring up the cart in front of me with 50 items... thank god for self check out!

This has been my go to spot for groceries for almost ten years. Unfortunately, many of the staff have changed and the store is not as welcoming as before. Even today a worker in the deli was very rude to me because I asked a question.

I come in here all the time for groceries and the employees are always very nice and willing to help. Today however, I went into this one girls line (I believe her name was Julia) and she was so kind and curtious to me with helping me load my groceries on the belt, ring them up, and place them in my cart for me. Amazing. A little bit of kindness can go a long way and hers definitely did. Thank you for hiring such great employees.

My husband practically lives in Food Lion! They always have everything that we need, even in the deli! The price is about the same as they are anywhere else and everything is so nice and clean which makes it easier to find everything that you need to purchase.

Last time I shopped canned pepsi was on sale but they had no diet Pepsi they say due to can shortage. Tried to call this am before going to see if they have them before I drive to the store and they have a recording now that says they will no longer answer questions about product availability and there aren't any options on line to check different stores. Very poor customer service

We are two months new to the Troutman area. I visited three grocery stores and like this store and staff. Friendly, clean, and well stocked. Plus, they constantly monitor checkout for quickest and easiest way to check out. We moved from MD and they have limited lines with self checkout being really pushed. Your doing a great job Food Lion. 😄

Go in there alot can never find stuff and grocery like the other stores especially the Deer Park water in the gallon container this is the only store in the area that some of the products do not provide like the other stores around the areas
