I would give this Dollar General 4 stars because they have great customer service but it seems like it's only 1 or 2 people working the store and for whatever reason there is always a cart blocking one of the aisles. They usually have what you need unless it's something the pandemic has caused to be out. S/N: it's hard to make a left turn out of this place at times!

Throughout the Pandemic, DG has had grocery and cleaning supplies stocked that I could not find elsewhere.It is a great place to find good prices on many useful items including clothing, groceries, cards, decor, make-up & sunscreen, vitamins & OTC meds, small appliances, art & school supplies, picture frames & journals, and automotive, laundry & home cleaning supplies.Sometimes, prices can be hard to determine.

1/28/17 I asked cashier Stephanie to double bag an item, she rudely tossed the bag inside another bag, left the bag on the spinning hanger and walked away from the register. Never said thank you for shopping or come again. After I loaded my car I realized that I had forgotten one item. I went back inside purchased item and brought to Stephanie's attention her rudeness and she just looked at me. She never apologized and she still did not say thanks for shopping. I did notice while in line that Stephanie thanked the Caucasian customers for shopping and asked them to come back.......INTERESTING

It takes forever to check out here. They are supper busy snd crowded no matter what time you go here. They dont have enough staff. Dollar General is cheap. They are putting these stores up everywhere but dnt want to staff them properly. Overall they always have what I want at this location. I just hate going in here because it takes forever to get out. They are slow.

Awesome experience Everytime James is working always helps find what ever I need is always nice to everyone and is always working when I walk in and is never standing around not doing anything as I've seen with a few other employees 5stars

Nothing in stock. Unfamiliar employees who were very rude and was extremely bothered by me asking if they had a certain item that is always in stock (polish remover) and there wasn't 1 brand or 1 style in sight. She blew right past me with a slurred mumble of something I halfway made out as she bolted straight for the entrance to registers and employee room where fellow employees stand talking and laughing as customers are ignored, items aren't stocked therefore they are loosing out on sales, etc. I wish people would realize YOUR BEING PAID TO DO YOUR JOB & IF YOU WANT TO BE RUDE & UGLY PERSON TO PEOPLE JUST QUIT, STAY HOME/GO OUT AND ABOUT LETTING PEOPLE HAVE IT ALL DAY LONG WHILE YOUR NOT GETTING PAID...I bet I know how many people would NOT DO THAT if they weren't being paid for it and it was a required part of their job description.#rantover #tiredofthis

They have a wide variety of products! Anything from sinus medication to shower curtains. It's a scaled down version of Walmart. Tobacco products, toys, beauty products and groceries. The prices are fair and they have regular sales

this Dollar Generals always been my favorite even though it's not the closest one to my house I will make an exception at times to go there rather than to win by the house they have so much offer so much different variety of things at definitely a reasonable cost

The manager is always on site at the Troutman store, they're friendly and helpful, they maintain their stock, and all of the people working there are cheerfully efficient. Prices are great, and a fast in and out for errands

Dollar General my new go-to for about anything you need store don't know what Dollar General has done in the course of revamping all their stores but it's absolutely wonderful I would suggest going to them for any of your needs General Store related

Only go to this dollar general because its close... but it's not like their says...because it's a dollar....their prices are a dollar plus in some cases a lot more! They should put a + symbol at the end of the Dollar General name!Go to Dollar Tree! Everything is still one $1.00!🤑
