I tried the chicken strips, cheese fries, and a black cherry waffle cone. The fries were great, although I'll skip the cheese next time (wasn't bad, just not my favorite). The chicken strips were just 'alright'. The ice cream cone was fantastic. The people before me ordered 2 scoops, it was a lot of ice cream, so I knew to order a single scoop. And the ice cream was VERY GOOD - I'll be back for more!

My kids and I dropped by here for an amazing burger and ice cream after our long hike. It was exactly what we needed as we were starving. They have a lot of cool stuff to look through and even an upstairs with unique items to purchase. I definitely recommend it if you're in the area.Parking: Lots of parking available.

CECIL!!!!! YOU WERE AWESOME!!! Gosh, this place was great. After a long day of hiking we dragged ourselves down from the campground and asked if Cecil could make us some burgers. He was so nice and our food was great!! He told us we were welcome to use the long after close if we wanted to hang out. We got some ice cream too. There's so much to look at while you eat. 100% recommend to anyone staying at the campground. Save one meal for the country store!!!!! Thank you!!!! <3

After long hike at Stone Mtn the country store is a must stop for ice cream and refreshments. Great service, extremely clean and relaxing with views. Can't believe size of ice cream serving for price. Been years stopping here when hiking or near by.

Super neat place, was like going back in time... kid had a blast too seeing all the things inside the store. Ice cream was the best too! Staff was super friendly, answered all our questions and really just a A+ experience. Must visit spot if your camping at Stone Mountain!

Nice little country store with excellent hand dipped ice cream at a reasonable price.. They also have a grill , you can get burgers hotdogs ECT. You can sit outside on the porch and enjoy your ice cream in the shade.

Great prices and friendly service! Food was very good, and there was plenty of seating area on the porch. They have a great selection of snacks, sodas, and gear. Definitely try the ice cream!

Small little country store with local gifts, snacks, old timey soda etcKids and grand kids love this spot, cute country store with treats and snacks and gifts plus inexpensive home style burgers, fries, sandwiches, ice cream etc.Definitely a fave stop for us when at Stone Mountain State Park.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here, fun old time snacks and drinks, kid friendly menu and porch for sprawling.

Take what you expect a country store near a state park to be and scale it down a bit. Everything they sold there you could buy at the dollar general 5 mins down the road from it. They also didn't really have any souvenirs besides some crocheted doilies, soap, and a shirt that had the stores name on it. The only the keeping the place floating is the novelty of it I guess, but for how long. I wish they'd sell more souvenirs or had something that made it stand out more.

They have awesome ice cream, they also serve food grill food. My favorite part of the store was walking around looking at the numerous insteresting vintage and antique items that they use to decorate the store. They are well stocked, with local arts and crafts that are for sale as well as fishing and camping gear. The store is very clean with fast and friendly service.Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Handicapped Parking, Wheelchair accessible entrance and bathrooms

I always stop here after spending the day on Stone Mountain, usually for a bit to eat or some hand dipped ice cream. The service this time was not great, but we did find out before we left that the guy working had worked over because his replacement didn't show up.Parking: Gravel lot with plenty of room for cars or even RVs to parkWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp.

The food was good and employees were nice but the cleanliness was lacking. They were not busy and tables were not clean. There was food and napkins on floor at the dirty tables inside. Outside seating was no better. Outdoor dining tables were dirty, cobwebs, bird nests, bird poop on the porch floor in lots of places. Porch needed to be swept. Building needs a good pressure washing all over. The swing was dirty and in need of repair as well as some of the other chairs. A broken pallet propped against the wall next to the swing, an attractive nuisance for a small child. A little upkeep and housekeeping would help the dining experience.

The Stone Mountain Country Store is a one stop shop for most anything you need. Camping supplies, knives, cookware, water, firewood & also a really good restaurant.It's a really neat store & fun to look around in. They have a little bit of everything here.The workers are really nice & helpful too!Worth a stop to have a look around.
