I was told that the mower that I purchased was serviced and there were no problems. When I got home there were problems with the deck belt and steering issues. They would not repair it and just told me to bring it back. I wanted this mower because I could not find one anywhere else. I had to pay someone else to repair it. I will never purchase anything else from this place again.

I have used Woody’s for over 30 years.But today was my last day.They are rude and incompetent.When you walk up to the counter and an employee is sitting behind the counter and does not acknowledge you.I spoke and told the guy that they sharpened my chain and the chainsaw was was not cutting straight.He sharpened it again and charged me .It’s the principal….Bad service all the way around!

Two month turn around and not so cheerful counter help. "Oh great, another push mower." No need to worry about my business any more. Over $100 to clean carburetors on 2 mowers with no new parts used.

I called about a mower repair and they told me not to bother making an appointment. So I won't. And I recommend you don't either.

There’s a reason for this place’s rating; I can’t even express my disappointment. I dropped off a weed whacker and it took a ridiculous amount of time to be fixed because they ordered the wrong part multiple times. In the time it took to fix, we listed our house for sale, sold it and moved. We had to borrow a wheel whacker from them in order to clean our house up for photos and had to borrow another one for our current house. Then I had to drive a 3 hour round trip to pick it up today. On top of that, it was $40 in labor for a $13 part. There wasn’t as much as an apology until I expressed my disappointment in the length of time it took and cost. What a disappointment!

Very friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. They explained what is probably wrong with my weed wacker and showed me how expensive it would be to repair if manufacturer would not send the part. They were right and honest about it and spoke to Troy built trying to repair it. And I appreciate that. They are the only Troy built representative in the area. But it took 3 weeks for them to look at it and call me. They just might need more Sevice men doing repairs.I would go there again to purchase equipment and have it repaired.

Was quoted $15 (by Russ) for a weed eater part. Went to pick it up. Older gentleman proceeded to let us know that "the warehouse superseded the price" (this is what he kept repeating) and that we would now have to pay $39. We said no thanks, clearly that was not what we were expecting to pay. Emotional about the refusal, he then said he would never order a part for us again -- which is fine, because after spending thousands of dollars here over the past several years, we will never set foot in this place again.

Woody's is a good place of business. Russ takes the time to explain what the problem may be with your machinery equipment. They give you good quality service. You get a comfort of trust that the job will be done right when you walk in and talk with Russ about your equipment being fixed or trying to figure out the problem. Had an issue with my chain saw. Stopped by and he fixed it on the spot and did not charge me. I tried to pay something but they declined so I purchased some supplies. They have a new customer.
