It’s 10$ a dog which isn’t bad. The room has two stations which is fine, I have two dogs. We were told to wait bc there were two already in the room, which was fine we waited patiently. But then when I’m grooming my two dogs this guy comes and keeps trying to come in and knocking on the door with the employee beside him. Mind you we had been in there maybe 15mins max. He should have been told to wait like we were told. It was rude and made me and my younger sister VERY uncomfortable. I’ll just buy my own supplies and do it at home before I risk being bullied again. Do better tractor supply.. this was unprofessional

The location i go to is always well kept and well stocked. The people that work there greet you when you walk in the door and are happy to help is you can't find a product or just questions in general. My only gripe is the same with every store I go to that has outdoor work clothing. they never have my size pants. I wear 30x34 pants but there never are any in stock. overall though it a great store with great and friendly people staffing it. I highly recommend shopping there.

Want to the thomasville location to wash my dog and it was my first time trying this. I want up and paid for the wash and washed my dog. They have 2 wash sinks so it was me and my dog and then another couple and their dog in the other wash sink. When I left I ask the cashier Lisa, what time they closed the wash she said eight I said great I’ll be back. I came back to the store with my other dog around 7:20 PM and she tells me I can’t wash my dog because there’s people in there. And when they get done they’re closed well the sign says 8 o’clock keep in mind this is the same lady that told me they close at eight. So I go back to the wash to see how many dogs are in there there’s only one so the other sink is open for a wash and she would not let me so not only did she lie to me when I was there the fist time she closed it early and gave no care about it not only was she rude but she lied. I will not be back with my dogs to this location to deal with rude people like Lisa.

The workers are very nice people, just leaving the store, a man named Barry helped me and my father out with dog food and was very helpful and easy to work with, he is very nice and professional

Always a great shopping experience. The staff has ALWAYS been super friendly.. Very helpful.. And has always answered any question that I have. The store is clean, well stocked (great place to get pet supplies). Always plenty of parking, and well lit.

We had issues at the one in Lexington, so we came to the one in Thomasville. Your manager Stephen is awesome!!! He went far above and beyond than anyone I've ever seen. He took his time to get us what we needed, what was impossible at TS in Lexington was possible with Stephen because he cares about his guests. Thank you Stephen, you are an amazing person.

Lisa is the worst cashier in that place. Other than that I love that store. But Lisa was extremely rude and unprofessional with me over a coupon. Michael has always been the best to me & my mother in law. If I come in to this location I will refuse to be rang up by her. Please look for an employee who’s polite thank you..

Went to look for chickens yesterday and was disgusted by the condition of the chickens and ducks. Dead animals and feces everywhere. The tractor supply in Lexington is taking way better care of their chicks, if you need some I'd go there.

They are very reluctant to honor the replacement insurance they sell. They lied to us about not needing a receipt to use the replacement insurance. Thankfully we did have it. The experience was not a pleasant one . We bought all of our Greenworks products there- mower, leaf blower, and a few other pcs because they sold us on the replacement insurance and how easy it would be to use it Not the way it worked for us .

This is one of those locations where you have to go. And I'm glad it's there locally. Many yard, garden and home repair supplies are often only found there. However, There is often out of stock conditions repeatedly. And I have found the service to be somewhat lacking. Sometimes even amiss. It seems many personnel are not very focused on helping the customer. At least that has been my experience. If you can get the same item at Quality Hardware, you will get much better service.

Bought a 60 volt Greenworks trimmer last August. Bought the 2 year replacement warranty. Bearings went out after only 16 uses. Took it back to the store and they did replace it (reluctantly), but said my remaining 16 months of the 2 year replacement would not carry over to the replacement. I had to pay for additional years. Simply not right.

First time in Tractor Supply on a while, and I must say...this was one of the best visits to date! I think almost every employee working offered to help us find what we were looking for or if we had already been helped by someone. Each time, the employees had a smile on their face, and actually appeared to want to be there working, rather than the typical "this is just a job, and I'm absolutely miserable that I must be here" cliche we seem to come across more often than not these days! The manager even stopped to have a conversation with us about if they were hiring, how since COVID the turnover has been the worse he'd seen in his 15 years in retail. He was very approachable and very down to earth and that is something you don't see everyday, so we really appreciated that as well! I highly recommend this location of you're in need of animal supplies, farm supplies, lawn equipment, a new knife or a good pair of boots...which they had several sales on as well as t-shirts for all the back to school folks needing these items. There was also a large selection of clearance mark downs in the middle section of the store for anything from tools to pet toys.

This store was absolutely amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful! This was the first tractor supply I've been in when someone actually offered to help us not only find what we needed but also offered to load it on to our trolley for us!! This was also the cleanest one I have ever been it. Absolutely outstanding will definitely be back

I bought a brand new Retriever dog kennel and in less than a week's time of me onweing it I discovered that four of the weld's on the top part of the cage came undone from the side of the cage and my neighbor bought the same one and she has four of the weld's broken off on her cage and it could have hurt her dog I believe that tractor supply needs to get in touch with the retriever co and let them know that they are having some dangerous products coming into the store and get the matter fixed or find another supplier who thinks that our pet(dog's) are a very important part of our lives and family tractor supply did let us exchange it for the same thing so let's see what happens with this one

It's a mini version of Tractor Supply. Very neat, clean, well organized. Brings something different to the community that is needed for those speciality items. I needed some medicine for my cat that other stores locally didn't carry & this saved me a trip to a nearby city. Lots of items for pets, lawn/garden, tools, & livestock.

A pretty good place to get those yard and farm items. Pet toys, pet collars, 5 gallon buckets, and other items you wont find in Thomasville, unless you're going to drive to High Point or Lexington to visit Lowe's or Home Depot.

Very helpful. We had rescued a dog and unsure of it's shots. I've given my puppies their vaccines but I was unsure of the rescued as to what I should do. So I spoke with one of the gentleman that worked there and he explained everything to me and what I should give. They are always like that. Anything you need or want but not sure about, they'll help you. Thank you guys for all you do.

While I really can't afford much bc of their extremely HIGH prices..I do prefer Tville location more than Lexington bc the staff(when u can find them) are a lot nicer and more willing to help again that's if you can find them. They have a good selection of products and the store is always clean and very nicely organized which is always a big plus with me!

I have traveled to 3 different locations to find a specific electric dog collar. The Clemmons location called Thomasville yesterday and they said they had one and would hold it and put my name on it which we informed them we would be coming in today to pick it up due to it being closing time yesterday. I came in today to pick it up and the lady said they SOLD the collar even though they had written my name on it. Basically got told “oh well”.

I just had the rudest customer service experience ever at Thomasville location no welcoming was great by the blond headed lady the guy helping with the dog food was wonderful but the cashier was rude treated me like I was beneath her and basically threw my bag at me to mosey on along. I’ve never been treated so rude. I will be going to asheboro more

does not allow for negative reviews of its products on its own website, Does not take any negative comments on how poorly it treats Veterans, does not allow veteran discounts on online orders and when they offer the discounts they have such POOR stock there is no reason to even have the discount. THEY evidently do not like VETS at all and would rather you do business elsewhere, they DO NOT THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

They mostly have nice staff, and a decent array of products, but I was rushed out of a section by an employee because their “motion detector kept ringing, and it “drove them crazy”. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. The only reason it is a three and not a one, is the pure array of products.
