This place is horrible. I picked up my Cat nDog yesterday. When he came out he pist everywhere. He was 6pds smaller and so frail.He was shaking and was acting as if He was tortured.he pist up the house and couldn't stop.they left his hornes on in which it was chewed up.only God knows the stuff that went to my Dog.He was so traumatized I couldn't believe what I saw.$400 dollars to have my animal Traumatized. He hadn't Eaten or had water they need to be shut down. I pray they do.the sad part no one said a word.

Please go somewhere else. Boarded 3 dogs here while we went on vacation. Two huskies and a beagle. Was told final bill depends on length of stay and weight of pets. We picked up our dogs one day earlier, was charged for the full 4 days. Also the dogs stunk so bad. I am sorry but my dogs should not smell worse than when they went in and be charged $320. They stunk so bad i was gagging and had to ride home with our windows down. We had to bathe all of them. We should not have had to do that after what we spent for you guys to take care of them. To top it all off we had to take our beagle to the vet yesterday who has kennel cough. We are really hoping our other dogs do not get it. All of our animals were up to date on all vaccines. If you care about your pets, take them elsewhere!!!

I left my two dogs in care of Thomasville pet center daycare for 4 days and they had a ball. They were not traumatized like they have been in the past when I have left them boarded for a weekend. I would use this wonderful day care anytime I highly recommend it!it!Thomasville pet center again anytime

Thomasville Veterinary Hospital took very good care of our 3 kitties. Dr. Milliran was awesome and very caring. Only thing I would improve is the staff need to communicate better. You will ask one staff member a question and then ask another staff member the same thing and will get totally different answers. Especially the Vet office and the days care/boarding staff. And when someone calls for boarding give the client all options. One example is I called to board my cat and was not told we had an option for a cage or condo. She was put in a cage and when we went to pick her up we thought we would see her in a condo.

The pet "spa" is a JOKE!! Took my lab/boxer mix to get a bath upon picking her up her fur was very disheveled and clumps of hair were falling off of her. I proceeded to ask if they had brushed her after bathing her. I was informed that having her brushed would cost an additional $10 to $20 dollars!! I questioned why this was not part of the bathing package and was told that bathing and grooming are two different services (which I was NOT informed of when making my appointment). It makes no sense to me that they would spend time bathing, expressing anal glands, etc but running a quick brush through the dogs 1-2 inch straight hair to avoid excess shedding is out of the question. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !!

I am very pleased with Thomasville Pet Center. The staff, from the front desk to the vet techs to the veterinarians are all nice, polite and knowledgeable. They always remember my pup, by name, and Jax loves visiting with them.I am glad we chose TPC for Jax and will continue to use them.

They seemed a little unorganized. Git my dog a rabies vaccine and a I was backing out to leave they came out with my paperwork. If I would have left I would not have record of her shot.

It took more than 2 hours to get the Cat her vaccines! And it was not her first time coming here! So annoying!!
