We love shopping here!! Only complaint we have are the prices, wish they were a bit lower but we do love how clean and well stocked the store is. Everybody should give them a try.

I've not been in here in abt 7/8yrs.... it's changed ALOT.... GLAD to see they've hired alot of younger ppl these days.... but let me tell yall, I'm pretty sure the Mgr on Sun the 11th Erika Smith (don't quote me)....But I went in to get wraps (*Games*) and I had a $100 bill.Cashier: Stormy said ",I asked about the 10s"Mgr Smith: "I done told u ain't no 10s gah can yall not comprehend 5 plus 5 makes 10 child u was already told his the 1st time NO TEN DOLLA BILLS WASNT A JOKE?"....(WITH A SMART ELLICK LAUGH)...."ALL u have to do is simple math and add it up"....This woman is the MANAGER of the store, and attitude like that wow smh....A) towards ur employeesB) in front of customers (us)C) she KNOWS better.....D) it broke my own heart for the girl bc she was embarrassed and so was i.... that was RUDE as all get out.... poor employee....

I guess this is a LITTLE better than when Food Lion was caught dipping stinking spoiled chickens in bleach water and rewrapping as fresh, but I'll be checking ALL expiration dates in this store... It's August 9, 2022, there are products on the shelf that have expired as long ago as November 2021!!!!! 9 MONTHS! Also expirations in March, June and July. There were more than down in this picture, I didn't see a reason to take pictures of all the same old expiration dates. Cleared the shelf of these, but if expired/stale food can go 9 freaking MONTHS beyond it's expiration date in one area of the store, who knows how much stuff is possibly YEARS out of date in the rest of the store.Has the shelf even been dusted/cleaned/disinfected since last year? Come on people, clean your shelves and check expiration dates... You remember how to disinfect surfaces since COVID? Or was disinfecting and cleaning surfaces just as important to the store manager as not selling SEVERELY outdated food products?

Store is typically neat and clean. They keep reducing store brands and even eliminating them from entire categories, forcing customers to make more expensive choices on products that keep going up in price every day. Produce department does not keep a good variety mostly standard staples.The last several weeks now, they only are using the self-checkout as the only available method to leave the store with your purchase. There is only one other register open the last several times I've been there with a line of people and employees walking past not caring to help customers.

Very busy! But an associate took the time to help me find what I needed really fast because I just released from the hospital. She walked with me to locate it and back to the register. 5 stars for customer service.

Never any grilling steaks, typically have to ask someone to go to the back to get some, they removed their buzzard from the wall so i have to hunt down an associate. Front end staff is nice, rest of the store is rude. I ill drive to another location from now on.

I like this particular location. I've never had any issues here. They now have self checkout available which makes checking out easy and quick (if you don't have a lot). Most of the workers are friendly and treat you like a person.

Aldi's and FL are just about the only two stores I shop at these days. (Fits my limited budget. LOL ) If these 2 stores don't have what I need, that's when I hit Walmart.

Very clean and bright. People were helpful. Discovered 8:30 is about when they restock the meat areas so will wait a bit later next time but overall a real good first impression for this store.

This store is cleaner than most Food Lions. It may be because it's not old but they do a good job of keeping it neat and clean. I think the produce even looks fresher than the surrounding stores. Staff are friendly and readily available to help.

I have always had a great experience with a guy Named Jason I am not sure of his last name. I want you all to know that Mr. Jason is a very intelligent guy. I ask him where something is he knew exactly where the item is located. Jason is a VERY respectful all the time. There is NOT one time that I have come to this store and him not been in a good mood he is so delightful and he is a joy to do my business with him. He deserves a reward for him doing his job the way he does. I am really enthused with his service. I really look forward to doing my business with him in the future.

I have been shopping at the Food Lion for a pretty long while now and every time is a such a great experience! The managers are always so kind and welcoming. There is one guy in particular that works in Food Lion To Go that has brought my groceries a couple of times, including today around 4:15. He makes my day every time! He is so positive and fun! So great to meet people with such a great outlook especially in today's world. Keep being a light in peoples' day hunny!

I'd give five stars, but lately it takes forever to get in and out of this particular location. However, the employees are generally always friendly, kind, and courteous and anxious to help. In my opinion, self checkout would be nothing less than an asset so this store. Although, I do shop here often and this would but be the case if i was not satisfied and in doing so.

I LOVE this Food Lion. They 99% of the time have everything I need and the employees are always pleasant. But then SOMETIMES you get an exceptional employee that is SO WONDERFUL, like today, that sends you out of the store feeling so many moods better. Even if you were in a good mood, you will feel even better. Makes shopping and that location one I always want to go back to.

I've never had any complaints or bad experiences at this Food Lion. The employees are always super friendly and helpful. The store is kept very clean and the produce section is immaculate! They generally have good prices and excellent quality products!

I love this store, but I would like to complain about a manager named Erica. Several times I have witnessed her being excessively rude to the employees. I have never had any negative experience with any of your employees, everyone has always been pleasant. But I have overheard conversations, that aren’t quiet, where she is being aggressive toward the employees. It’s such a shame and likely a horrible experience for your employees, to have a manager that is rude and non constructive!

I love the look od the new store remodel. Always very clean, grocery manager is always friendly and personable, makes a point to greet everyone who walks by. Checkout personnel tend to be younger, with limited social skills for a customer service job. I would like to see more experienced people in this role, as they move more quickly and confidently.

Great Food Lion and the Manager Ms. Smith is always so friendly and helpful. I'm a senior citizen and they unload my buggy at the checkout. I always find it very clean , organized and user friendly.
