Store is older and congested, but staff seems friendly and competent. Good specials usually, however I bought their NY strip on special today and it was tough as a boiled owl …tasted like a retired dairy cow!

The employees were friendly. However, trying to guide a cart with a blind lady holding onto one end while navigating around all the boxes & stuff in the aisles was very difficult. I understand that some things have to be there but not everything. In the event of an emergency & having to evacuate would be very difficult even for those without disabilities but could turn tragic for customers with disabilities.

The manger is so sweet and so helpful . I live close by so this is always my go to grocery store and Everytime I walk in she's being super supportive to her team and jumping in on the register if they aren't moving quick enough and lines are getting backed up . One time I saw her in the back where the milk is calming an employee down who felt like he didn't know what he was doing . My heart goes out to this women, she is truly a model manager

Hey love going to this foodlion! But as ant always correct online.They have Pepsi products on the ad for 399 a 12pack on 11-7-23 one day special! I'm here on 11-4-2023 and they are 399 today the 4th not the 7th so if you want the sale for the 1day sale for 7th you better go get today on the 4th! Ask lady at the store about it she said she dont no! get there on 4th for the one day sale that on the 7th LOL,LOL 🤔

Nice store and you don't have to wait very long for service. The thing about food lion is they have cashiers that don't have you wait. I appreciate that very much. Regardless of how busy they have been you can get in and out quickly and their employees are so nice. Amazing service.

I'm changing my review because it's really gone downhill the last couple years. Rude staff, especially the deli looking right at you--but then ignoring you for 10 minutes until you walk away and then the cashier's telling you to your face that they won't help you. Do yourself a favor and go to Cooksey Drive.

I'm giving this store 3 stars only because , while we were there out the 10 employees we walked by 2 of them was kinda friendly our cashier was very snotty, I myself just ain't crazy about paying someone to be rude , but my hubby and we're out and about today so we stopped in to buy groceries . Groceries are plain expensive , but those MVP cards are really cool .

Today I had to go to Food Lion for one single sweet onion. The produce was bare of all onions but red. I asked the lady in the produce department if she had any in the back. She went to ask another lady in the back produce room. The lady continues to do what she needs to do and passes me then turns around to ask if I am the lady waiting on the onion. I said yes. She said well it’s going to be a while because what she had on her cart took priority over onions. She said do you not understand we just had a holiday yesterday. I said yes. I said I worked for Food Lion for 10 years. I understood everything but what I didn’t understand was her attitude not once did I raise my voice or act upset. So I went and found a manager - Matt - he was so kind and even went and got a sweet onion off the truck for me - free of charge. Thankfully Matt and his customer service skills saved the day. Hopefully the lady with short white hair in produce will learn how to better handle or give customer satisfaction because in the amount of time he found my onion she could of done the same and I could of paid and been on my way.Thanks Thomasville Food Lion for showing customer satisfaction 💓

This is such a nice, clean Food Lion! It's a great place to stop in and grab a few groceries! The lines are hardly ever backed up. The employees are always friendly and helpful! They usually have great prices, and an immaculate produce section!

I have always gone to Food Lion in Thomasville. Always clean, shelves stocked and friendly staff. However in the last 6 months things have changed. Shelves are very poorly stocked including meats. Each time I have had to go to other local grocery stores to complete my list. It appears that management has changed and it definitely reflects! Disappointed for our community!

Great clean store with excellent employees and customer service. 4 stars due to pricing higher than other local stores. We shop here for the good sale items which are stocked well compared with other stores sale items that are very often sold out the first day.

Great store and friendly staff. Very very dirty parking lot with no trash cans so everyone throws their trash on the ground and it blows done the streets near by. Mentioned to manager and nothing ever changed. I think a business should take responsibility for litter being produced by their customers.

Went into the store hoping to get some drinks and when I seen the prices of $7.99 for a 12 pack of soda I turned around and left the store I'm not going to pay $8 for a 12 pack of soda

My go to grocery store. Appreciate the online pickup option now too. Even though Walmart's is free. However, growing up with my grandmother, this was her store and I guess because I know it so well, it's mine too. Prices are always great

Manager Chris here is a great friendly and caring person! Every time I come in he makes conversation and will go out of his way to make sure he can help if an item I'm looking for is not on the shelf. Great cashiers as well! Clean store.

I don't usually shop this Foodlion on Cloninger Dr. but I needed milk and it's on the way home from my best friends house. I was impressed with the cleanliness of this store and some bargains I also picked up along with my milk. The cashier was a nice young man that was very pleasant and helpful. Great store and positive experience!
