Well tonight I go to the store at 9:54 my son was sick I needed medicine fast I’m within walking distanceWhy is the doors locked all businesses serve customers up until that clock strikes closingThe the older black lady which is always rude and complaining about her job to customers gone using her finger towards her neck area in a cut motion signaling the other young young NOLike I only needed medicine for my kidClean this store up why are there uboats covering the floors of the store put the product up can’t see down any isles without moving uboat carts out your way Tammy get your store together

It's a Family Dollar. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Could use a good cleaning and the staff seems understaffed and overworked but I really wanted to shout out Tyrone. Such a genuinely nice, friendly dude that always greets you and is willing to help. He knows that store like the back of his hand but he should know it; he is always there! If this review was for Tyrone I would give him 5 stars!

I called to see what time they were open till, and when I inquired about the address, she hung up on me. Now, I might be wrong, but I'm guessing hanging up on customers and then not answering the phone, can't be good business practice. Idk what kind of ghetto people you employ but you need to shorten the leash. I'll go to dollar tree.

There’s a 1 woman I absolutely love that works there and goes to different family dollars but the Caucasian lady that cashed me out is absolutely awful! Snippy, disgruntled; for no reason! I’m actually gonna wait til the lady I love comes back to let her know what happens and if the Caucasian lady is working there that day, I’ll walk right back out!

The big tall light skinned manger threatened to hit a customer for bringing her own drink in the store and accused her of stealing it. The customer hadn't even been anywhere near the drinks. She then followed the lady out screaming thief and then got in her personal car and followed her threatening her some more. That Manger needs to lose her job. Also the big black guy because he was egging it on. The lady hadn't been in the store no more than a minute. The drink was half gone and not even cold. They wouldn't even listen to her. This store needs a complete overhaul.

This store and all the other Family Dollars in Thomasville has gone down. I visited this store 10.17.2020 and it was AWFUL! Totes and cardboard boxes everywhere. You couldn't get down the isles because of the clutter. Hardly anything was in store. No cars were available for customers. They were inside the store filled with merchandise that the store clerks were putting out or taking from the shelves. One good thing about my experience that day was that the one and only staff that was working that day was very helpful and polite.

Only gave it a 2 star because of the nice person who works there. I can't believe how dirty the store was OMG! Also the lack of products. How can a store have one employee! Guess I'll start going to Dollar General until you straighten up your store.How can a person take a break or go to the restroom if they are the only ones there?

I checked the DG app to ensure they had what I needed in stock. Upon arrival, item or even anything related was nowhere to be found. Found the manager, asked about item (litterbox.) Manager responds "we ain't got none." I told her that she showed some in her store inventory, and she laughed, then replied "that don't mean anything, we ain't got it!" Maybe it was meant to be in good humor, but even if it was intended that way, it was h3lla inappropriate

Good store, sketchy neighborhood. Store fully stocked, great prices. Some customers were questionable looking a bit untrustworthy with smaller items. There was a man in the parking lot begging people for money rather persistently.

Always my first stop for cat food. Best prices I have found. Also, very competitive prices on all everyday items such as cleaning products, paper goods etc. Shop there usually every week. Great people and good prices!

I go here because its convenient for me. But sometimes its not even open due to staff shortages so that is something to keep in mind when going here.

Bad Verizon phones 1st.moto e5 play wouldn't program took 40$ card. No refund for unused card. Will destroy phone in Verizon parking lot!!!
