I gotta say I usually like coming to this store. Today has changed that for me. I was there when they opened at 9. Got my items & went to check out. The cashier with dreads was not very nice. Didn't even speak. Once he rang up all my items the total was more than it should've been. I asked if all the coupons came off & he huffed & puffed & said yes. I said I dont think they did. He huffed & puffed again & then turned the cash register monitor around so I could look for myself. Well I'm not real sure how to use the monitor as I'm not an employee at this store. So I told him since he was having a bad day & didnt want to help me he could keep the stuff & I would just go somewhere else. Idk if I will ever go back to this store. No reason to be rude. I asked simple questions & was nice about it. If it wasn't for shoppers like myself this store would be closed. Employees need to think about that! Keep being nasty to customers & they won't come back either & then your nasty tail will be put of a job.

The cashier has been very rude on several occasions. She does not sell cigarettes after 8:20 p.m. I said with good manners, but it's 8:20 and she screams that it closes at 9:00. I can't believe it!! Cashier screming to a customer!! What kind the service is that! Sunday, 05/27/2018.

Very rude I went in to check the prices on a couple items and walked out because they were rather pricey. Well two ladies start chasing after me accusing me of stealing and said if I didn’t empty my pockets they would call the police. I thought long and hard about being stubborn and letting them make fools of there selves once the cops got there. But decided upon not having a scene being made right outside the store there. so i pull out of my pockets my phone, a cross i carry on me , and an asthma inhaler. Smh people these days it’s sad.

Family dollar tends to be a good place to shopas far as prices but customer is usually lacking but this particular visit their was a very helpful polite cashier ray was his name I think,anyway if they had cashier available like him always I'd shop there slot more often

The cashiers are rude. I've never been more offended while shopping. I shop here a lot but after the rude cashier today I'll shop elsewhere.

Cashier's are very friendly. The line moves slowly at times. And usually have to wait 2-3 minutes for someone to get to the register.

MOST OF THE PEOPLE THAT WORKS AT THE FAMILY DOLLAR STORE IS SOOOO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I COME TO THIS FAMILY DOLLAR STORE SOMETIMES TO SHOP, BUT THE RUDENESS AND DISRESPECT IS OUT OF THIS WORLD. THERE IS THIS LIGHT SKIN WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE AND SHE IS REALLY RUDE, SNOBBISH, DISRESPECTFUL, AND LOVES TO TALK ABOUT PEOPLE. RECENTLY, I HAD ASKED HER ONE QUESTION AND SHE LOOKED ME UP AND DOWN WITH A DISRESPECT LOOK AND SAID WHAT SHE HAD TO SAY TO ME IN A RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. SHE HAS ONE MORE TIME TO DO SOMETHING AND IM CALLING CORPORATE ON HER. RECENTLY, I WAS AT THE FAMILY DOLLAR STORE AND THERE WAS ANOTHER FAMILY DOLLAR STORE EMPLOYEE BEING RUDE TO A ELDERLY LADY JUST BECAUSE SHE ASKED A QUESTION. THE EMPLOYEE LOOKED LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO BE THERE BUT STILL HER JOB IS TO GREET PEOPLE AND BE RESPECTABLE. I HONESTLY DONT KNOW HOW AND WHY THEY GOT HIRED. SOMETIMES PEOPLE GET COMFORTABLE ON THEIR JOBS TOO MUCH. THE JOB I WORK AT REQUIRES ME TO BE AROUND PEOPLE AND I HAVE MY DAYS TOO, BUT IM NOT GONNA TAKE IT OUT ON ANYMORE OR BE RUDE OR DISRESPECTFUL.BUT AS I SAID BEFORE THE LIGHTSKIN WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE "WILL" WITHOUT A DOUBT BE TURNED INTO THE COOPERATIVE OFFICE IF SHE'S RUDE TO ME AGAIN. AND PEOPLE LIKE THAT CANT HELP IT SO I KNOW SHE WILL DO IT AGAIN. NEVER GET TO COMFORTABLE IN YOUR JOB LIKE YOU CANT LOSE IT AND YES I CAN GO TO OTHER FAMILY DOLLAR STORES (WHICH I DO) BUT I HAVE MUCH RIGHT AS ANYONE TO COME AND GO INTO A STORE AS I PLEASE AND IM NOT LETTING THESE RUDE, SNOBBISH, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES THERE RUN ME AWAY UNTIL "I" GET READY AND DECIDE TO LEAVE. I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT THERE IS ONE LIGHTSKIN (MAN) EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS AT THIS FAMILY DOLLAR STORE, BUT HE'S VERY RESPECTFUL AND KIND. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM. IF I COULD GIVE THIS FAMILY DOLLAR STORE A "0" I WOULD.
