Does NOT have public restrooms. I had to drop all my items and haul my child out to rush across the road to Walmart to go to the restroom. This is unacceptable. For this sole reason I will no longer shop at dollar tree

Sucks they started closing at 9. I want be going to that one much anymore. If it's like that I'll go to the one on Randolph Street. It's way better anyways. Bigger store nicer people.

I have always shopped here for years. The past two years, with these new older faces, I hear nothing but negative out their mouths. For them to be older women and to serve in retail, they do not need to be at work. One lady, Teresa , is rude with her talking about her personal body parts with the customers being nasty and the store manager short skinny older lady don't do anything about it. Another woman, Margarett, with the raspy voice, was so rude to one of the managers that came to help her when she call for her and Margarett lady telling the customers in her line that she will walk out and she never liked the manager and she will get her fired. The store manager is messy bc I heard her talking junk about all her employees. It is sad. I like the young black female she just help everyone out. The store is clean and stocked. Bad employees and store manager.

I still love this location; they always have good stuff because it's not a busy location. So if you're looking for something your site is out of and your close try here. Most of you are probably already aware but bring your own bags unless you want to pay $0.05 per bag they had to do this because of the price hikes around the country very understandable just bring your own bags save you some change. Thomasville Dollar tree u still rock!

Was really pleased by the appearance of this store, clean, and organized. That's the one star. Now as for the store associates and the friendly service, don't expect it. Not sure of Dollar Trees company policies but the associates were loud and obnoxious. One was on the phone talking the entire time and making some very piggish comments about customers in the store. To the other associates as well. I could elaborate but no need. Grossly disappointed by your swamp talk

This dollar tree has always been one of my go to places! Today me and my best friend went. We had a cart full of stuff and I was beyond thankful to have had such an understanding and friendly cashier to help us through. I understand a whole cart full could be a pain. Especially in a dollar tree. I couldnt have been happier with how in and out we were. And the other staff on duty also helped out by bringing an extra buggy over. I do greatly appreciate the teamwork between employees. On top of the customer experience, the store was pretty fully stocked and clean. We greatly appreciate yall taking care of us!!!

I was at this location last weekend. The male cashier asked my granddaughter to not pull on the balloon strings up front. I asked him if there was a problem. He said she can get those strings wrapped around her neck. I said she is 7 & I am 8 feet away from her I don't think that could happen. She wanted to buy a balloon & was trying to look at them. She was not pulling them out of the area they were in. He said well the manager complains about it. With his rudeness I ended leaving & made my purchases at a Dollar General.

Nice selection in store....casher Teresa not customer service motivated at all. Didn't speak all she said was have a nice day. Can you at least tell me my total? If wasn't because I needed something quick vs going to Walmart, I would have left. One star for her. Rude.

Normally I like this store but today, I was disappointed in it. The cashier had a customer come in before me who made a large purchase with foodstamps, well I guess it bothered the cashier because after the woman left the cashier trash talked the woman to the all the following customers who would listen. I was raised not to judge people because we all go through hardships and we shouldn't be embarrassed about them. Hearing the cashier talk about the woman the way she did wasnt right. It made the cashier look bad and definitely didnt do much for the environment of the store. Customer service is important no matter what the payment is or how much is spent, it's all revenue that pays the staffs checks.

The store was well-stocked and clean. I was able to find everything that I needed. The lines were short and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Also it's a very convenient location right by Walmart

Beware if you are Hispanic walking into this Dollar Tree, manager Cynthia and cashier Lucy accused my mother of shoplifting within seconds of her arriving in the store. If you are going to accuse someone of stealing, please make sure you have the right person instead of lying and blaming it on an innocent person.

The store is fairly standard for a dollar tree, but cashier Sandra made rude remarks about my sister checking the time on her phone while ringing up our purchases. Would have rated higher if not for her.

You can't go wrong with a dollar store! They have an excellent selection of foods and toiletries. The staff is usually friendly and they have you in and out fast.

For everything to be a dollar here I salwaya spend way too much!!! This may not be the largest dollar tree there is but they usually have everything I'm looking for and the employees are always friendly!

An absolute necessary store in every community in America. The Thomasville NC store saves me money in my househokd cleaning needs, little gifts for monthly special occassions, and budgeting kid grocery needs, as well as good, fast, customer service.

It’s 8:49 and one cashier who doesn’t seem to want to be here. Ever. And the manger just running around trying to look busy but is not. Won’t even jump in a cash register to get his customers out. I’m going to Walmart next time

One of the cashiers actually called manager to the front while a long line of customers were in line to check out and said, " it's time for me to clock out!" This could be a policy but not very professional.
