Absolutely love this place. Great small town grocery spot with the best meat and deals. I shop here as much as I can. Way less crowded than the supermarkets and very friendly staff and they carry my favorite local brew Red Oak!

My wife went into the store on October 19th to buy some chicken because she was recommended by a family member to go to cedar lodge. We later discovered that the chicken she had bought had been packed on MARCH 29TH. She went back to simply exchange the meat because it was a mistake. The manager then proceeded to imply that my wife was lying despite her having the receipt that she had purchased it that day. After he realized that he was in the wrong he exchanged the chicken for a fresh cut for free. First and last time we'll ever go there!

I grew up coming here as a child. Shuler Meats now owns CLM (another place i grew up going to) Went for the first time in probably a decade or more. Nostalgia hit hard, but a lot has changed. Not for the bad either. Yet much was the same too. Awesome deal on Neeses sausage this week. I had to get a cold glass bottle of cheerwine to go too. Definitely will be returning and glad to see it striving as I remembered

The new checkout counters are nice. New owners have done a lot to revamp this old store. Meat is the best and they carry local stuff too like Lexington Style Trimmings pimento cheese and Christos wing sauce. I make a trip from Kannapolis (yes I moved away from Davidson County) at least every 3 months. There is nothing like this store.

This is a great neighborhood market. Good variety of goods. Have a great selection of meats at a good price. Family owned and operated. This is a must go to market. Will be returning many many times in the future. Friendly and helpful staff.

Mike and the crew are awesome! The meat department always has what I'm looking for at wonderful prices!My last review was a while ago.Under new management! Schuller Meats has assumed the management of the store. The store is fully stocked and the meat counter continues to impress! I expected nothing less. I always find what I want at the meat counter. I love it!

I shop here at least once a week. The meat department is, I feel the best in town, hands down. You can see the quality and attention to detail in the cuts they do by hand and package. The produce is always fresh and clean.It's a family atmosphere with local students getting the opportunity to have that first job. And, to complete the experience, they offer to take you bags to your car.

A great place to shop. The people that work there aren't just employees, but like a family, and treat you as such. Super nice & friendly. GREAT prices! They may not have everything the big chain stores do, but they more than make up for it. Also, it's so wonderful that they'll carry your groceries out and put them in your vehicle for you. I would gladly recommend this store to anyone!

Great local market for a quick stop. Not my first choice to shop at as prices not too competitive with other local chain stores. Sale items are a good reason to shop here but for our budget not an everyday go to store. I would like to support the local grocer but I find it tough with the prices. The staff are always great and friendly!

Mike (the owner) is amazing. He 100% stands behind everything he sells. Cedar Lodge is a specialty store. I get bottled ginger ale & fresh fat back. He usually has a great selection of meats. The staff is fast & friendly. It's a cute independent grocery store. I support our small business owners. I shop local whenever possible.

Great people, great service. They carry some products not carried in most stores, ex Hudson Cream Flour (finest for biscuits) and Charley's soap washing detergent.. Meats are great - very fresh.

Small grocery store with a small town feel. They have free cookies and suckers for children and will load the groceries in the car. They still have paper bags if you would rather not use plastic. They have high quality and low prices on meats.
