They have a lot of selection but the prices are a lot higher than other appliance stores nearby. Only about 5% off of retail brand new.

Our 2-ton heat pump was acting up and Eanes H&A gave us a price of $6,000 to repair (with no guarantee this would fix the problem..their words). And then their price "up to $20,000" to replace the entire unit and air handler. Well I thought this was very excessive for a 2 ton heat pump and there was no way two senior citizens could afford a bill/payments on that. So we contacted Cheryl from A-Z Appliances. From DAY ONE, she made it her mission to find the heat pump equipment that would work for our small house. Working along with Comfort Tech H&A from Thomasville to assess exactly what we needed....A-Z supplying the equipment and Comfort Tech installing the new equipment and hauling away the old. If I could give both a 10 star rating, I sure would. Under $6,000 for the entire package and installation. Folks, don't walk, run to visit them if you have needs like we had. They are actually in business to HELP their customers. Other big companies could learn a lot from A-Z Appliances and Comfort Tech. Kiddos to Cheryl for going way above her job duties to help us out! And also Wayne at Comfort Tech.

We had such a great experience here! We found an appliance we were looking for on their Facebook marketplace listing which drew us to A-Z Appliance. Once we arrived, we found another appliance that also met our needs so we got two things off of our list for our new home! The staff were very helpful and kind. These guys were great! I had been looking for a refrigerator as mine went out but no one had the one I wanted in stock as a last attempt I call A-Z they had it it has worked perfectly AND I was able to get it for $100 cheaper than other places I was looking. The service is great they are knowledgeable and even helped me strap it down to my truck after loading it for me. I will definitely be back for my next appliance or heating/air conditioning purchase. Was going to The Home Depot to get a room air conditioner. So I stopped by A to Z and ended up going home with a new air conditioner and my son while we were there bought a used air conditioner. The lady was very nice and helpful. And the man helping loading the air conditioner was very nice also. It saved me a trip to The Home Depot and I got what I needed. If I need something else I will go to A to Z to see if the have it.

A large selection of new and used appliances and a pristine, welcoming store. The staff was also kind, professional and informed. We will be back again soon. Their prices seem fair. The store also carries other home items like fireplace and heating needs. Easy parking along the frontage road. Thank you.

Bought a generator at this place before hurricane Florence for $600 over retail pricing from Lowe’s. Apparently the same generators could be bought new from Lowe’s they just weren’t in stock that day. Didn’t realize this little fact until I got back home with the generator in the back of my truck with signed and initialed final sales paperwork. On top of that, the generator had a dented fuel tank, gas line leak and battery was dead...needed replacing. There was also a missing “accessory kit” that was supposed to accompany said generator that I never received and didn’t realize again until I did some research online. Do your homework people. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Seemed the generators that day were priced with “hurricane prices” and these folks didn’t hesitate to take advantage. I was in a pinch, desperate and paid the price. Literally. Don’t do the same.

Before I begin I want to say Ms. Griffin is one of the most congenial sales associates you will ever meet. A to Z Appliance serves a community need for appliances and various hardware items. They have been around for many years. I recently bought a Maytaq washer believing they had the best value for the particular product model. I had visited a local home improvement store and had seen seen the same item just prior to that item going on sale that was priced lower and new in the box. A to Z is a scratch and dent store that usually sales below other retail stores. I'm advocating if you shop this store do your homework and check several home improvement stores. I did bring the issue up to the sales associate and they did re-negotiate the sale price somewhat to match the other home improvement location. They did not offer quite the compensation I requested and my washer has a small dent that I would not have other wise. I also bought their warranty as there is a sign at the counter that clearly states all sales are final. Consumers, do your homework and make sure A to Z is the value they want the community to believe.

BEWARE: NO MANUFACTURER WARRANTY. Sold a Thermador double oven that DOES NOT WORK and manufacturer will not fix. So far they have not returned phone call to fix under their own one year warranty either. We have a brand new, very expensive, piece of junk.

Absoulty the best buying experience ever conducted. I purchased a Applewood UTV that exceeded all my expectations. As I walked through the warehouse I found many things that I need from time to time, they have a lot of name brand appliances , out door fixtures and lots of items that meet every homeowner needs. omg they did what i thaught couldnt be done. We went to two non exsistant place and thank you google you sent us to a tonz not only did the get us the refrige we need financed. They got me financed for the frige stove dishwasher microwave the washer and dryer. For the same price of the fridge i looked at the the big name store that dent i didnt notice til they pointed it out wouldve been there soon enough with two teens and a pre teen. David and lisa and Cheryl are an amazing team and you couldnt ask for better service price . Lisa went over and beyond checking options for us . i can honestly say dealing A to Z left me leaving estatic .will continue to got there for all the other stuff i never dreamed they had. I seriously cant wait for our next project. Think months not years!!!
