Poor selection in the grocery section. Not enough variety. I did not shot for produce or cold or freezer sections. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Store was clean. It had a great toy section and housewares seemed adequate. Clothing sections were OK. I didn't see Christmas stocking to purchase nut did see quite a bit of gift sets. One of the vitamins I purchased tasted so bad I almost vomited. I called the Walmart numerous on the bottle and they are promptly refunding me my money. Extra nice lady on that customer service number as well. I used to live in that area, and it has grown tremendously. For that size of the surrounding area I was surprised of the small selection of grocery items. I was able to get a handicap scooter upon arrival.

Crowded and aisles blocked by staff and inventory 2 check outs open for probably a 1000 customers or a mile long line for self checkout that is card only for most of them making people who have only cash for paying a nightmare and when I elected to receive a $40 cash back with my purchase it was charged to my account and showed on my receipt that I had received the cash but nothing came out of the machine so that was 2 hours on the phone with my bank and a very accusing manager that ended with the machine finally being closed and counted 3 times (another hour and a half) to get back my $40 and then I was asked to leave without the groceries I bought and had melted or gotten warmer than I was comfortable with being replaced by the staff and I lost nearly $15 and my ice cream, milk ,and 2 boxes of Yoplait my kids were waiting for so I don't suggest that you expect a shopping trip that will end with your grocery list being completely filled or the service and effort of the staff being the absolute minimum they can get away with

Clerks standing around talking. No one at the registers. I left the buggy sitting along with the items I was going to buy and walked out of the store. I refuse to do self checkout. It is NOT a convenience.

Always too packed with people. Right now they’re remodeling and everything keeps moving Everytime I go in. I feel they could be more organized. Every cashier is rude besides one and there’s never any aisles open which is annoying because self checkout don’t accept WIC

Ordered on line. I went to the pickup number and called and my order was out and in the car in 10 minutes. The lady that brought my order was very nice and friendly.

Small store, but friendly staff. It may be small, but they usually always have what I need on stock. We do our monthly grocery shopping here, prices are reasonable, and we're usually able to get in and out pretty quick.

Walmart is Walmart , and they are pretty consistent wherever you go. I usually end up at this one for something--usually food--whenever I visit family. They always seem to have what I need. Today was no different, and, fortunately, everything on my shopping list was in stock. And today, they had the lowest gas price.

It be nice to not have random people selling things outside of the store or someone pushing for donations to charity's inside the store. Just rather get in and get out. But at least they offer pick up and delivery.

WALMART is what it is. Good, bad, right, wrong. No significant complaints except for the dogs. No problems with Service animals, but the rest of them need to be left "OUT" of the store. Just my opinion.

Done a store pickup and the picker choose expired fruits. Not one, but two separate fruit items. Went to return them (and absolutely rightfully so at that) and the woman (Mary) at returns kept making remarks on how it was such a shame that all this fruit was going to have to be discarded now. I immediately said right back asking if they were allowed to re-put out expired, rotten, fruit that has been returned from somebody’s home out back on the shelf, she did not answer that question, but said it was a shame in general (with a RUDE tone) that they had to discard it. When I asked why it wasn’t already thrown away being expired having mold, and if she’d be okay purchasing and eating expired rotten fruit that has VISIBLE MOLD which I pointed out, she huffed and said people abuse the return possibly. So to Mary at returns in Walmart, it’s abusing the return policy if you get rotten, expired fruit with mold and return it. Hunny, if you’re reading this, I don’t care how long it takes you to damage out the items. I have worked in retail. I get it. But it doesn’t take long. You cannot possibly care that much about Walmart losing $9 on items that should’ve done been pulled. I, along with everyone else, are NOT going to pay for your rotten stores fruits so you don’t have to damage them out.

Pretty much busy throughout the day a lot of The Times I've been into this Walmart and the shelves were bare and didn't have what I was. Needing from they don't carry some things like the super Walmart so in order to get what they don't what I'm needing that this Walmart. Don't carry I have to drive to Conover or to Hickory. In order to get what I'm needing because the Townsville Walmart does not carry it or is out of it. Some of the staff there aren't nice cool and very helpful and knows. Where stuff is at? I have come across a few employees that did not care to be there. Did not care about their job and did not know where stuff was that? I'm looking for and didn't know if we think it would carry it or not. I got a gown of milk yesterday and it was $3.02 you do which was good because it was over $3.50 a Week ago And most of the time that I'm in there. I'm able to get in-and-out pretty quickly. And at this Walmart several occasions that I've been in there they've had an employee at the front entrance trying to It's money for children's hospitals and other organizations. There's not a lot of places that do that. Which would be great and it be nice for more Businesses like walmart to Raise money like Walmart is doing. There's normally 9 times out of Tim and I'm in there. There's good parking parking places. You don't have to walk very far to get into walmart. This parking lot isn't very big.

I ordered 10 bags of 8 ounce gummy clusters only received six bags after they charged me the full amount and now I have to wait minimum seven days to get my four bags worth of money back because they didn’t have it in stock

Taylorsville Walmart doesn't carry alot of the stuff that super Walmart carries. I have to drive to Hickory or conover to get anything am needing. because it's not at this walmart. The staff here is nice for the most of the time. A few staff here is litter rude and don't know where anything is at all and don't seem to care about there job and don't care to be working at this walmart. This walmart don't have a bakery. They are really busy most of the day. And most of the time that you're in there. You don't have to worry about waiting in line to check out most of the day. I've have been in their several times the shelves were bare and be out of what am there for.

It's like going to prison. You have to check yourself out and then get searched on the way out. The next time, I am stopped at the door on the way and accused of shoplifting they had better be prepared to call the police and file charges.

Wanted to make a purchase that required a manager to be present to complete. Called ahead of time to be sure the manager would be present. Drove from Conover to Taylorsville to make the purchase and manager wasn’t there. Had to interrupt three customer service reps to get them to wait on me to tell me. Guess they feel they are too big to fail! No star service!!!

I called twice while in in the store to speak to the manager or assistant manager about how loud the music is. It is very hard to concentrate on shopping with music that loud. I will take my business elsewhere ,I can only imagine how difficult it must be with a headache or tired from work that come to shop. It has been proven LOW VOLUME music helps the customer feel more at ease at buying more but how loud the music is here they will want to get only what they have to and get out fast as possible.

I only wish they would watch the right people. The ones they are expecting to steal are the ones whose actually paying cash..no ebt or credit cards.
