Went here today and while they were out of what I was looking for, the guy was very helpful upon me entering the store and saving me as much time as possible. Very knowledgeable dude and handed me an alternative option for my issue (I needed a 1/2 CPVC coupling, which they didn't have, but got the job done with two 3/4 adapters and a 3/4 coupling instead).Would recommend. Amazing customer service.

I love this place. I am in there fairly often, and they are always knowledgeable about what I need. I am not a mechanical person, and the employees always are able to explain what I need and how things work, unlike a lot of stores that simply have clerks with no knowledge of what they sell. Always very friendly.

Hands down the best customer service. They greet you the moment you walk in and are always quick to help. The prices are reasonable. They might be a little higher on some things, but I'd rather pay a little more and not have to drive to the big box store in Hickory. You know the one.

Went in a few months ago, got a rake. The rake broke the same day, was using it hard, was going to take it back but didn't have time. Went in today to get a watch battery, they are the only place that has them, and mentioned the rake broke. Without even a second word they asked me to go into the back and get a replacement. Didn't ask for the broke one back, didn't ask anything other than to ensure I got one that worked. Even offered to give me a different type. That's good customer service! Highly recommend this store, they are what good old southern stores used to be. A real focus on the customer!

Got my riding mower fixed at this place. The price was almost 30% higher than I expected it to be. Tax was added on two times. The first time I called the lady answering told me the numbers then looking directly at the receipt she failed to find the error and was very rude tone of voice. When they delivered it to my home, i drove it 10 feet then the new belt fell off. I asked them to come and fix it correctly as the bracket was not replaced as it should have been. Someone on my Harley Davidson motorcycle came and fixed it which I thought was very strange. I asked her to send me the receipt which I got about a weekLater when I got it it was plain to see after telling me the tax was not added onto the price she gave me she charged me double tax which she did refund to my account but her “as a matter of fact” tone of voice leads me to say I will never go back there again if I could give less than one star,I would.

It's so great to have a new hardware store in Taylorsville/Alexander County! Randy and his staff are very knowledgeable, and are there to answer your questions and help you. The store has a great inventory, too. Plus, no long lines to check out.

Knew exactly what I was looking for. Didn't have the right color and the girl looked to see if they can order it for me. I was looking for black fireplace cement in a caulk tube. Other hardware big box stores said they don't think they make that.

Very high prices, limited selection, and unfriendly employees. Avoid this place and shop at Wal-Mart, Lowe's, or Office Depot. Why waster your money? I won't be wasting any more of my money at this place.
