The slowest drive-thru in the history of drive-thrus. Find yourself sitting in line for at least 10 minutes every time with no one in front of you. Clerks are always busy doing anything but providing customer service. They literally stand in the window as if they don’t see you waiting. They never have your prescription in stock or they claim to be so backed up filling them, that you’d be lucky to get it the same day it’s called in by your provider or by the Emergency Room. Save yourself time and headaches, go to Drug Co!

I've Been waiting on a prescription since yesterday for my son who is sick at home with the flu ...They closed early today without telling anybody now my child have to go another day without started his meds ..walgreens is unorganized smh

Today the parking lot had more cars than usual. When I went inside, it looked like most of the customers were at the Pharmacy. The shelves had more empty spots than I expected for Walgreens. I wasn’t able to get everything I came in for. The cashier was polite.The Walgreens in Williamston appears to be a pharmacy-only store. Is that what this one should be?

What an absolute clown show. The Walgreens in Tarboro, NC is the most incompetent organization I've ever had an experience with in my life. As a leadership professional myself, I would be ashamed and embarrassed to have such a poorly managed operation in the community. They have constantly mismanaged prescriptions for years, regularly act unprofessional during store visits, and have achieved such a bad reputation in our local community that it has actually become quite impressive. If you have competent leadership in place that can clean house and get this store back to the Walgreens brand of high execution and success, I highly recommend you do so. It would be doing our community a great service and dramatically assist your business in our area. Many people are leaving you for local pharmacies that focus on customer service, adequate time-frames for prescription fills, and community support. Tonight, there was even a sign that said they couldn't fill prescriptions because a pharmacist wasn't on duty. A pharmacy without a pharmacist? Only Walgreens in Tarboro. I transferred everything I had to your neighbor. Now they know how to treat someone. Take care.

Went to the urgent care with my daughter and the doc sent meds and called them to let them know iflt was coming. They stop filling prescription after 730.... They have had my daughters prescription all day since last night and they still don't have it filled. Why would people us them. My daughter is sick and I'm still waiting on meds for her from them... Also the people in the pharmacy are rude.....

Joke. The place is slow. Could drive across county and get your prescriptions faster. Drive thru wait everytime is no less than 15 minute wait no matter if you are the only car in line. inside service is no faster.

Extremely Extremely slow service...had prescription btn3:30 ...was told an hour to get ready...came back at 6:30 andnam still waiting on prescription...SMH

This store is ridiculous! Only n Tarboro. They keep you waiting in drive thru line. Forever I called to confirm elderly aunt's scripts were ready for pickup. I get there, wait patiently and I tell hard of hearing drive thru cashier that pickup should include scripts pharmacy just filled. Please check all there. She said it's all here. I leave after waiting drove to aunt's house and meds are not allthere I have to then call pharmacy back and since y'all waited so late to fill the scripts she has to do without until tomorrow . She has congestive heart with edema and her heart Dr wanted her to start new scripts today. Well that's not gonna happen because store is closed. Thanks for nothing , my extra gas expensemy aunt's health. Thanks for going that extra mile GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Update next day wasted another 45 minutes in line at drive thru while clerk mumbled and did another customers order. And what happened to thanks for your business have a nice day. Transfer your scripts people

Slow, rude and uncaring! Worst drive thru service ever! They don't even look at you they hide to the side of the window. Not much better when you go inside to the pharmacy they are still rude and slow.

Long wait times for prescriptions and everytime I go to pick up my prescriptions at least one item is missing, so I end up having to drive back to pick up missing prescriptions. I left the doctors office at 9:30 came home knowing I wouldn't have medicine filled leaving straight from doctor's office. So I give them time to fill it then get to Walgreens at 10:40 they say it will be 20 more minutes until my prescriptions are filled. Sure enough they left out one. I ask about it they say we don't fill that you'll have to get it off the shelve mind you I have no idea what to get... I call my doctor back and ask them they tell me they sent all my prescriptions in and maybe ask for the pharmacist to help me find it. I ask them for help they show me where it is but I also ask if it was all called in together why it wasn't in with the other prescriptions? She told me because it was an over the counter medication and they don't know why doctors do that. Also that they was going to get it but they were busy helping other people get their prescription filled. Not wanting to argue but thinking to myself I'm customer trying to get my medicine fill too and if all my prescriptions wasn't in the bag then why did you call me saying my prescriptions was filled. Letting me pay for half of what my doctor prescribed for me. This isn't the only problem I had another was the doctor prescribed me some medicine and I pick it up. Then when I got to my car I checked my medicine to the paperwork and noticed that what I picked up doesn't matched what the doctor prescribed me. So I asked and they said that it was basically the same medicine but my insurance didn't cover the other one I said well shouldn't you ask me before changing my prescriptions. I told them to give me exactly what the doctor prescribed and I will pay for it and if they could make a note in my records to please ask me before change my medications.

Jesus Christ, their pharmacy team is just ridiculous! Clearly no leadership or guidance and ZERO teamwork and have no comprehension of how to multitask!Shouldn’t even be able to leave a star... because that would indicate that they are somewhat decent in their field and that is continuously not the case.....

I will be changing my prescriptions to some place other than Walgreens..I called in 5 different prescriptions and they only had one ready..said there's no record of them being called in..I called them in a week ago so they would have enough time to fill them..nope...and the sad thing is it's not the first time but it sure will be the LAST...

Slowest pharmacy around. Multiple trips from 35 mins away just to find out they have filed under the wrong insurance the whole time. Will be looking at another pharmacy

Pharmacy team works hard to refill medications. Staff is helpful with store products, including photo shop problems. Staff is always friendly.

Employees are not as knowledgeable as should be and are very rude at times. The store itself is nice but just seems like the employee's need an attitude adjustment or more training on customer relations.

Pharmacist only has 1 employee to wait on customers in store and drive thru and answer phones. Average wait in line 15-25 minutes...that is with 2-3 people in line.
