My main thing with Tarboro Lowe's is it's seldom crowded; busy sometimes but not crowded. Helpful staff and well organized. Military discount groups with the recent insane inflation price hikes.

Store manager doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and treats the employees rudely the store used to be great but you can tell the workers feel undervalued and I would too I’ve seen and heard how they treat the employees they have it’s horrible you would think you’d treat them better since without them the store would go nowhere you should remember they don’t need you the store needs them I just hope someone sees this and fixes this store as a regular I’d like to walk into Lowe’s and feel welcomed and see employees happy and eager to offer assistance not them being belittled and told off over very small things just because they are not a favorite of managements. Lowe’s please take out the trash and bring in people who appreciate and value the workers they have!!!!!!

3 stars because unfortunately, yesterday I had a bad experience. I asked for help to get down a vanity sink from this guy who was helpful and went to go get somebody that worked the area that I was in. She came and said she’d help me and help me waiting for an hour . I went to go look for her and I saw her in the front just talking with her coworkers. I went to go look for the guy who originally helped me . He apologized for the wait and his coworker. He kindly went and helped me on what i needed. Even got some other guys to help with a forklift . Most of the time the workers are pretty helpful. Until this bad experience with this girl and I believe her name is Brianna. Hopefully I don’t get help from people with that attitude again.

Garden center was great.They have all kinds of plants.Great variety of herbs and vegetables. I went to get some strawberry plants.They had some small plants and some rather large one.Picked out eight and I am going to plant them in containers and leave them on my patio..Will be returning to Lowe's to get tomato plants..

I use Lowe's daily. I recently had an emergency, my washing machine quit and I was trying to get one ASAP. I stood around the washing machines for an hour and nobody asked me If they could help me. Which wouldn't have been a big deal except there was three employees standing around chatting with each other. I finally got fed up and took my business to Greenville. I love my new Speed Queen. Definitely going to be looking elsewhere for all my contractor needs in the future.

This is the best Lowes i e been too! They had a drive thru lumber yard and the customer service was amazing. Wanda and Ayshia made my shopping experience so much easier than usual!

This review only goes towards one employee worker. She is letting her personal life get in the way of her work life. I understand people go through things but I’m sure Lowe’s customer service doesn’t approve of this. I am just like any normal customer shopping and this employee is rude to me and others, but besides that everything else is fine. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen because I love getting my supplies from there.

Always have what I need for my projects! I installed a black splash in my sisters kitchen First time Ever and Lowe’s had all the tools to make it easy. I started with an adhesive that you place on clean wall instead of that messy mud stuff. You can place tiles on adhesive perfectly. Let it dry. I let it dry over night then grouted it. Came out perfectly for my first time

Everything is locked up in this store, EVERYTHING. And there are only 2 people that actually work around the store while the rest of the employees walk around like mindless zombies. We waited 30 minutes by the lawncare area for someone to come unlock a few pieces of equipment we needed. We talked to 5 different employees and no one ever came. Will never come back.

I love Lowe's, was a Home depot dude for a long time but when they started treating everybody like thieves and videotaping all of our transactions I had enough. But now I'm starting to see Lowe's have more self checkouts than actual people working. This makes me sad because I always enjoyed the friendly service from their employees.

They didnt have what i wanted, but ordered it for us! In a couple of days I picked it up! Great! Just one little problem, i needed another part but i was told it was not in stock and no idea when it will be available. That is no reflection on customer service, they were helpful in everyway! Even carrying the heavy boxes out to the car. I wish i had got their names because they deserve a big shout out!Customer Service at the Tarboro Lowes Store is fantastic!

I love the store!!! Almost all I need is there. Tarboro sore needs some help, most of the people supposed to help not have a clue where or what you need and where could be located, the Latino girls all are awesome but if you don't have the luck to go on their shift you are lost.

I purchased a Refrigerator from this store a month ago, the first delivery they sent a damaged refrigerator the dent on it was huge so I sent it back. Today the delivery team brought me a refrigerator that looked like it had been dusted in dirt. The delivery driver even stated he felt uncomfortable showing up with a refrigerator in that condition so long story short I sent it back. Keep in mind new appliances are wrapped while they are en route for delivery and they are unwrapped at arrival to their location. This was not wrapped and didn’t even have film wrap in the inside of it. Called the store shortly after he left and let me tell you the Store Manager Kayla was so rude and nasty to me. She didn’t even try to make things right. Her immediate response was that she was issuing a refund & I could go online an order another one since it didn’t work out🤔 as a store manager or someone who works in customer service how could you be so rude for an error on your store behalf. I just need a resolution for something I paid for. Soo here we are a month later and no refrigerator and I feel disgusted from the customer care service I received from the store manager. So if you have an issue don’t even bother talking to her.

Best service ever in Tarboro NC on today from Bill in appliances. Met us to offer help immediately upon entering his area. Was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, everything to be the wanted salesperson. Haven't seen this kind of service in ages.

Placed an online order and 2 hours later, the received email it was pulled and ready for pickup. Arrived early next morning and after waiting 35 minutes was told it was not ready but they can get it together. Canceled order and won't return to Tarboro location again. Pitiful!

Service and management at this Lowe's location is exceptional. Well organized, prices on everything, and a staff always friendly and eager to help. Lowe's needs to clone this shopping experience to their other stores. Three chairs for the management and employees. Send them all on a Hawaiian vacation. They deserve it.

The girl who helped us today in the stove and fridge section was extremely helpful and very nice. She helped us get what we needed and answered all our questions. So today we walked away with a new fridge and stove with warrantys on both and saved money on both. I wish I had caught her name she had black hair and was young. Was a great a experience today and super glad they had what we needed in stock.

I live an hour and a half from this store. I drove over specifically for an electric hedge-trimmer. Not only did they have my hedge-trimmer but they also had my shower head on the aisle around the corner from them, not across the store with the bathroom fixtures! I've been looking for that type of shower head since mine lost pressure!Great, productive trip!
