I lost a family bracelet in this store. That meant a lot to me. Called just on the off chance someone turned it in and the staff looked for it and called me back. They had found it. I really appreciate them taking the time and returning something to me that was very sentimental. Thank you

Parking lot and inside the store looks very organized and clean. All shelves are full stocked and everything is fresh. There were plenty of registers open, fast in and out.

WORST & I mean the worst morning crew I’ve ever seen.. I’m standing at the customer service desk waiting & no one had common sense to ask if I needed anything or went to grab someone that could assist me.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS FOOD LION AGAIN..😡

Excellent, helpful staff.Always clean facility with no real problems. As expected, some shelves could use more stock but with current crisis was what I expected. Everything was fresh but had to be selective with some produce but it was on a Monday. Believe this is the most challenging day for grocery stores. Great store. Have shopped here for at least 20 years.

I was a Food Lion customer when it was called Food Town. The prices are competitive, and the produce and meat sections are well stocked, fresh, and clean. They have a great variety of grocery products. The stores are clean, and the staff is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is THE grocery store for me. Drop in, you will not be disappointed.

I recently dropped my debit card in the parking lot. Realized it after I got home. All the way back there thinking probably someone has found it and was already charging stuff to it. Very nice young man who works there Seth Schenal, had found it, and they had it waiting for me. My favorite grocery store!

I love shopping at this Food Lion because it’s in Tarboro, has good produce, friendly cashiers and quick checkout. I have discovered that it’s better to purchase certain items from Food Lion than other places. Packaged salad greens stay fresher longer. Some of their store brand frozen fish has more flavor. Also for plant-based diets, it’s easier to find items such as plant-based cheeses. Every once in a while on their discontinued items rack, you can find some real deal$!

Food Lion over next to Domino's is a very nice grocery store. The employees are always very nice and it is a pleasant shopping trip. If you use your coupons and Shop the MVPs you can save pretty good amount of money. I saved $35 my last trip.

Staff are the front doors went above and beyond with helping my elderly mother get a scooter that was charged and ready. One lady got it all unhooked and ready to go then manually drug the second cart back to give her plenty of room to get into the store. Then a gentleman came to her rescue when it stopped half way thru the door and got her into the store. I've never had a bad experience at this store but this was by far the biggest show of love for others I've seen during this pandemic mess. I only wish I had gotten the employees names so I could let the bosses know what caring and valuable employees these two are.

Went to Food lion the other day, the cashier named Talia, I believe, was not very friendly and seemed as if, she had an attitude while checking me out. She took her time as if, she didn’t have a care in the world and appeared angry when I asked her to bag my meat separately from my other groceries. Customer service now a days is horrible. Smh

I stopped by food Lion 2213 Saint Andrew Street in Tarboro today at 1:30 p.m. ask for particular product from one of the employees that was stocking items and was told " I got no idea" and went back to work stocking produce. Poor customer service. NO HELP HERE I EMPTIED MY CART, PLACED ITEMS BACK ON THE SHELF AND LEFT THAT FOOD LION. Walmart does better than this

I guess it's ok, the only thing I didn't like was that I didn't have my food lion card and the bill was $66.32 and I asked the cashier can she use the store card because I left mine home and she said "I DON'T KNOW IF I CAN DO THAT "... instantly I thought OH GIVE ME A BREAK! I was about to put all that stuff back.
