I work in sales, so I'm familiar with a rush to the register. As far as I'm concerned, the way that this pharmacy team handles the CONSTANT rush to their registers is STELLAR. They're as fast as they can be without risking mistakes. Y'all all better be nice to them.

Pick up window needs a designated person for each shift. They lady came and told us she’d be right back, and never came back. We had Togo inside to get our Covid tests. Which defeats the purpose of a drive thru.The van in front of us waited over 15 minutes, and also had to go inside.Don’t offer services if you can’t staff them.

Impossible to get what you need in a timely manner. Waited 45 and 55 minutes in pickup line in the last week. Also once you are in line it’s impossible to get out as you are completely blocked in. Having a sick child in the car for almost an hour and you can’t get out is ridiculous.Going inside wasn’t any better. I get many places are short staffed, but the case is different here. Something really needs to be done. We are switching to a different pharmacy all together. Sad because we’ve used Walgreens for many years now in other locations.

The phones don’t work; they send texts saying scripts are ready…I drive 45 mins (I live in mountains ) of course the scripts ARE NOT ready. The wait for pick up inside is 25 mins to get to the counter. Then….the scripts are not ready. I’m going to CVS

Always ridiculously long waits, and even if they know it's a long wait they won't tell you until youve been there for 30+ minutes and just blame "staffing" or "computer issues". Transferring my prescriptions to ingles in waynesville at this point because even with the drive, it won't take as long

12 to 14 minutes per customer wait time in drive thru for two weeks now. ????? What the heck people, treat a captured customer base any way you want. Boo boo boo, very poor performance..... yesterday was 1 hour wait.

Worst pharmacy. Always have to wait 2-3 days and then have to call.. prepare to be on hold for at least 20 minutes. Changing all of our prescriptions to Eastgate. Loved Kel -save so sad they closed

Signed up to get vaccinated. I showed up 20 minutes early and was the only one there. They didn’t get to me until half an hour after my appointment was scheduled, so time management and efficiency is not their thing. What’s worse, though, is that I observed one of the techs being very rude to customers (both in-person and over the phone). She had a horrible, hostile attitude and spoke to customers like they were stupid. If I was Walgreens, I wouldn’t want someone like that working for my company as I’m sure she causes them to lose customers.

We love our Sylva Walgreens. We are somewhat disabled and the On Line Ordering with the App and the Drive Up Pick Up is Wonderful. Inside I was looking for a certain item and a Pharmacy worker asked me if she could help. She was very nice and very helpful. I have never had a problem or a bad experience shopping at any Walgreens Store.

Would not recommend doing a photo order here. Half of my large photo order was missing, both in-store and online customer service was of no help. I should have been refunded over $100 and ended up having to pay for the whole thing.

Today I had to cancel a Western union transaction. Western union was having a great deal of trouble. Fortunately , the store manager, Lindsey Owenby , came to my aid. I can't even begin to describe how helpful she was in resolving my problem. Although I rarely shop at Walgreens, I intend to go out of my way , to patronize this business ! Walgreens should be thankful to have such a dedicated and resourceful store manager .

Rude staff, always feeling like you’re being watched & stalked. I don’t know if they’ve had a lot is issues this past year, but it’s extremely odd & I’ve never experienced/ seen anything like it anywhere. They try to be sly about it but it’s always so obvious. Just such a weird creepy uncomfortable vibe, especially since it’s every time. Also, unfortunately there seems to be a very limited amount of stock. Disappointing since it’s located in such a local convenient spot of town. I’ve always loved my Walgreens in the past, but I think I’ll be shopping at CVS from now on. :\

Everyone there has always been kind and efficient. However, I find it ridiculous that a national chain doesn't have more pharmacy hours at this location. Only open until 5 pm M-F? So, while I like them, I have to switch to Walmart so that we can get meds if we are sick later in the day or on the weekend.

I have yet to have a positive interaction with the employees here. The woman working at the 'drop off/pick up' register today in the pharmacy had a hostile attitude and obviously could care less about getting my coupons to work. I dread having to come back here for a refill

If you have a monthly prescription, DO NOT GET IT FILLED HERE!!! Literally, fill it anywhere else. The last 4 times I’ve brought my script here (closest pharmacy to me), my medicine is out of stock. It might come in on day 3, or it might not. Who knows? They surely don’t. No one behind the desk knows what’s going on, or what medicine comes in. I was told over the phone that my script was being worked on as we spoke, that it would be around 30-40 mins before ready. 50 mins later I drive down to pharmacy & give the girl my name… she gives me a funny look as if I’m crazy. They weren’t working on my meds after all. Now it will be 1-3 days before it comes in. So, SAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS &TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

The customer service at this location is an absolute joke. I scheduled a covid test online this morning, saw a notification that said not to show up until I received a confirmation email, and then received the confirmation email a couple of hours later telling me when to arrive. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told I wasn't in the system and they couldn't help me and I must not have been cleared for the test. When I referenced the email confirmation, they told me sorry, we can't help you. I am sick (even though I've been vaccinated) and specifically scheduled a test at this location because it said they had availability and need to know whether i have exposed all of my coworkers to covid. The lack of customer service and rude attitude of the employee was completely uncalled for. I was not being rude and only offered to show them my email confirmation and was met with a nasty attitude. If you are looking for a reliable place to get a covid test, I would not recommend scheduling it here.

When I moved from Tampa, Fl to Sylva, I expected the same good customer service as I got in the city. Boy, was I wrong! Walgreens was my first introduction to Country Customer Service! Not only did my transfer of complicated (and perishable) medicines go off without a hitch, but the pharmacist Danielle, found that I had 2 medicines that might cause interactions. Then, when I went on quarantine, she helped me get my meds delivered. Everyone in the store addresses me by name, and Danielle always remembers to ask me about my Grandson. Walgreens in Sylva, NC set the customer service bar waaay up above a 10!! Thanks...

I’m from franklin, called about a prescription the lady I talked to said it’s be 20 minutes so I drive from Franklin to Sylva. Get here they say the pharmacist was giving vaccines and after that she was going to lunch then they could count the pills and have them ready in about and hour. There were 6-8 other workers in there. This place needs to get their priorities straight.

Pharmacy has been closed, nothing on the phones stated it was closed so I sat on hold for 30 minutes for nothing. Ended up hanging up and driving there just to find out the pharmacy is yet again closed. Good thing I didn’t need the 4 prescriptions I had been waiting for for 2 days.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. It is always a pretty quick in and out if I run in to buy something there. The Pharmacy is very good too.

A slow, unsafe place to have prescriptions filled. They are horrible understaffed and so incredibly slow it is almost unbelieveable. I will not let a loved one ever shop here for prescriptions for the sake of their safety and their health.
